I was able to arrange a last minute Covid-19 test for international travel with ARCpoint Labs. Scott and his staff were very accommodating. The price for the PCR test is fair compared to other options in Omaha.

Scott and the entire staff at Arcpoint were helpful and personable. Scott patiently answered all my questions beforehand and worked with me to devise a workable plan for my needs. Their services were rendered quickly and professionally. 5-star service...I gave 4 stars because I was disappointed that they did not accept Medicare and BCBS supplement to help offset the cost. Beyond that, however, I would highly recommend!

We (my company) have been using ARCpoint Labs for 2 years now and have been very please with their service. They are prompt, informative and very good at customer service. We highly recommend them.

This was expensive. However, there were about 10 people that were rejected from my flight to Canada for getting the wrong test. I was very happy that this part of my flight went smoothly.

Staff was very careful to fully explain procedures and expectations. Results received on schedule. Was very happy.

I got there 1 1/4 hours before my appointment and they were kind enough to get me in in less than 15 minutes. They were very friendly and the blood draw of multiple vials was effortless. Got the vein on the first time with virtually no pain. Highly recommend!

Worst experience I have ever had. The COVID-19 test came back negative. However, Scott called me and stated the specimen got contaminated by one of his employees. I told him it was not acceptable. He offered to give me a partial credit first until I mentioned I would file a complaint with the CDC. Then he offered 100% reimbursement. This is beyond unacceptable, we decided to go there toGet a faster results so we could return toWork. This delayed my husbands to be able to return to work. Lastly, they don’t scrub your nose well enough, they only do the tip of the nose. They should go far back, or at least half way your nose to get a good specimen. I haven’t used this place for any other thing other than COVID test but bad experience with them. I will never come back again. I truly believe that CDC has to be made aware. Will never come back here again. I would not even give 1 star.Regards,Luis S.

We were able to make a same day appointment for COVID testing. The staff was courteous, prompt and well organized. We received our results a few hours earlier than we expected. Overall experience was very good.

No help with insurance. Will not provide information insurance needs for reimbursement.Very expensive for a regular test.Would definitely go elsewhere

ARCpoint Labs was extremely fast and efficient with my Rapid Covid Test. The ARCpoint technician was was 10 times more gentle that the Test Nebraska technician. I did have a positive result, but I was happy to have received it by the time I drove back come. Both my son & his fiancee also had ARCpoint do a Rapid Covid Test in the last 2 days. They were also satisfied with the process. They were both Negative!

Staff is amazing! They are professional and courteous. I contacted this lab due to concerns that my grandson has been exposed to drugs. Since there was a civil case established, CPS has not intervened. As expected the hair follicle test came back positive. Due to this lab being accredited, the results are admissible in court. I am giving them 4/5 stars as there was a paperwork hiccup that delayed the testing.

So fast to check in and staff are so polite!! I was in. & put in 10 minutes. I have never had such a smooth and pleasant process when getting an employment drug test!!! I would recommend this lab to anyone, I chose it based on the hours they are available ( more than any other lab offered for me to chose from). I called for an appointment & they told me to “come on over anytime”. It was also at a very convenient location. I walked right in & they offered to print out my forms by forwarding the email which was also VERY convenient! I have been an RN for many years & I have never seen such an efficient process!!

Not one to write reviews but I had to with this place .First I walk in and there is a radio in the lobby so loud you can barely here yourself think let alone here what the the person play the counter is saying to you . Andthey weren’t the friendliest at the counter when I walked in to ask about getting my twic card .But the radio in the lobby so loud is very unprofessional . It feels like you are I. A club it’s so loud

I attended with my BF and child to get tested, the staff were nice. The experience overall was good. I don’t have anything bad to say about the experience itself. One thing that is very upsetting is since being there I have noticed the negative reviews on here. And though my personal outcome may or may not have been good, I wouldn’t want anyone to think that me as an individual or that other people would put negative reviews there unless there was an actual basis to it. It seems like a lot of trouble to go to. Someone that wasn’t happy or competitors I assume. I know how important a business’s reputation is and reviews are important. Word of mouth and referrals are an integral part of small businesses. I would hope that the reviews are based on real experiences that would allow other people an insight to the services being offered. I would be extremely upset if someone were to accuse me of having posted a negative review, Just as the establishment would be upset to receive a review which they think they didn’t merit.

Efficient, low stress, and professional!

Visit was quick and not unpleasant. Staff was friendly and proffesional. Minus one star for the tablet sign-in and nobody being at the front desk to help when I first came in.

Everything went super well, my only complaint is they do not have a system set up with the lab company they are supposed to and I had to pay $75 out of pocket, when this should have been billed directly to said lab. I was eventually reimbursed, however, it was extra work to get this done.

Under staffed facility. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. TSA precheck is a joke. Much angst in the waiting room. I was 2nd in line for tsa pre check, told it would be 45 minutes. 3 1/2 hours later, the owner came out and said the fingerprint machine was down. Terrible way to run a business.

Very easy and accommodating. I showed up for a pre-employment testing, but unfortunately didn’t have the fluidic gumption built up yet. They were quick to offer Coldwater, and made it a non-stressful atmosphere while I was pounding down multiple bottles of very cold water. They communicated how much of a donation I was going to need, and I even suspect they stayed a little late so I could complete my donation. When the time came I passed with flying colors, but they didn’t want the excess fluid back. They said I could just keep that water. Again accommodating, non-stressful, and enjoyable people to chat with while waiting.
