We hired Nastase Contracting to gut and remodel our main bathroom. My review of working with them is mixed. The end result is very nice and I am pleased with it. Cindy does a great job being thorough with design choices and making sure all materials are ordered. The process to get through the construction was arduous though and quite lengthy - forty seven days from tear-out, to be precise! There were many days when no one showed up to do any work at our home at all and on the days they showed up, ninety minutes was a normal amount of time they stayed. I just never felt like our job was a priority. There were other issues along the way, and Nick or Brian would say the right things, to little avail. It was extremely frustrating. In the end we were allotted a 4.5 percent discount for the troubles, which seemed inadequate and it happened only because we pushed the issue.

The Nastase crew did an amazing job finishing our basement this past Spring. They communicated well during the entire project and were always prompt and on time. From sales to the project managers to the subcontractors to the designer, all were exceptional to work with. The end product was excellent as well! Id highly recommend the entire Nastase team!

Nastase Contracting did a complete kitchen remodel in my home (removed walls, new flooring in several rooms, living room wood burning fireplace removed and a gas fireplace installed with new stone wall) - the results were amazing. Start to Finish - they were professionals in every aspect of the job - communicated the process, stayed on schedule, listened to what I wanted - and executed the whole project in an excellent manner. I have used Nastase Contracting Inc. numerous times over the past several years. They have provided services for roof and gutter replacement, siding repair, window replacement, drywall repair and internal and external painting. Had my addition prints for almost 3 months waiting for an estimate. Called one month ago, nothing done. Said they would get to it. Called one month later. Nothing done. Said they didnt have time to do it. Originally said an estimate would take 2 weeks. Told them to bring my addition prints back. They did. They apologized but I had to check up on them. I had to make the inniative.

Nick and crew replaced my roof in March 2017, from quite to total finish of job was less than 2 weeks! Amazingly fast easy and efficient- one minute I had an old leaking roof, next minute brand new one! Even was able to choose a new roof colour, bought the samples to me so didn’t have to run around. Made the whole process easy. Would utilize these guys again.

Ive had Nastase rebuild a screen porch in the past and was happy with their work. After the hail storm last summer, I was able to get a bid from them for a new roof before other roofers would even call back. Since I had USAA insurance, I had a claim check very quickly and Nastase started soon after that. They handled further claim adjustments with my insurance company making it very easy for me. I wouldnt hesitate to use them

We just had Nastase Contracting renovate our (very small) master bathroom. Everyone involved was great to work with, and the bathroom couldn’t have turned out better!

I contracted Nastase Home Improvement for replacement of two skylights in a cedar shake roof with a pretty steep pitch. The estimator came out within days and received a quote. The price was competitive and the communications were good.There were a couple of hick-ups with the project; the parts did not arrive by the time the replacement was scheduled to start, so there was a delay. The second issue was that the replacement damaged the existing drywall under one of the skylights. When I requested that repairs be made, Nastase did the right thing and completed the drywall repairs at no additional cost.I am very satisfied with the results.

Nastase Contracting is of the highest integrity. Their staff is polite, professional and their work is of the highest quality, which they complete in a timely fashion.Due to extensive hail damage, they replaced siding, window wrap, downspouts, gutters, leaf guard and roofing. I have used them for other non storm-related projects as well.

Great service and product. I have had repairs done on my roof after a nightmare with another company. We had him replace my Grandparents roof and did a wonderful job. While they will not be the cheapest quote you find, they will be the best for product, service and peace of mind that you will not deal with a shady company. The man from Nastase who came out diagnosed the noise problem on our roof just before Christmas. Then, they made an appointment to come out and fix the situation shortly after New Year. When they arrived they made the repairs and replaced the vent that was making the noise.
