Hands down the best service Ive had when it comes to having my vehicle worked on in any way. The office manager Brandon was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Everybody there is honest and helpful. I thought I was going to have to replace a tire, but was told that mine was actually repairable. I will be bringing all my future business here, and sending anyone who asks me as well.

Awesome!!! Troy was so wonderful. I got my tires rotated and balanced in my home town and then took my car on a 9 hour drive to Branson and my car was shaking pretty bad once I got on interstate. My husband found this place online and Troy got me in right when I got to town. Fixed me right up and had me on the road in no time! And he was pretty funny which was an added benefit. While passing through Iowa in our RV, we lost pressure in one of the inside dually tires and had to pull over on the interstate shoulder. Tire went flat, but not before our tire pressure monitoring system alerted us of the problem.It was Saturday afternoon, we were in the middle of nowhere and Good Sam was having trouble finding anyone locally to assist. Even though they were closed, Nebraskaland Omaha arranged for Troy to meet us at the shop and perform the repair. Local Sheriff’s deputy arranged for a tow company to haul the rig into Omaha, which was going to cost us an arm and a leg.After nearly 3 hours of waiting on the tow truck, Troy called me and volunteered to do the repair on the side of the interstate. As tractor-trailers zoomed by our tiny sliver of a shoulder, I thought that we should probably avoid placing him in such a perilous position. He was willing to do it though.Troy knew we were anxious to get back on the road with 6 more hours until our destination. He therefore volunteered to drive 35 minutes to a rest stop located near us, where he would repair the tire on site. His selfless act saved us time and money.As the tow truck dropped us at the rest stop, Troy pulled in with a big grin on his face. He saved the tire, replaced the blown tire valve in no time and explained my local tire installer’s oversight in understandable terms.After performing the repair, Troy volunteered to check my remaining tires. He changed one of the extender valves that my installer had installed and gave me a more durable one. And finally, he suggested that he follow behind us as we drove through Omaha in order to make sure that the tire was performing as expected.During this time of COVID uncertainty and awkward distancing, Troy was a reminder that there are good people out there willing to sacrifice a little for someone who needs a hand. Thanks to Troy we were able to make it to our destination unscathed. If you need tires or tire repair work, call these guys without hesitation.

Recommended by my fleet provider. I was able to talk to them and get an appointment. Went in they did all the paperwork for ARI and got met up with new tires.

EXEPTIONAL!!!! Troy answered my call , and from there he took care of everything, update on the repair and cause (happens that my driver damaged the tire). AWESOME. Troy was very helpful and honest with me. I hit a pothole the previous night and went to the shop early in the morning. Troy saw the rim and tire and gave me the down low on how to repair it if possible. He was very upfront and courteous. Highly recommended. Im from out of town and had an issue with the rear tires on my dually truck. The guys at Nebraskaland Tire checked / equalized the pressures and corrected a miss-aligned inner valve stem. They provided some great advice and didnt try to up sell me new tires as I didnt need them. I appreciate the honest, fast and friendly service I received today.

I was in need of a tire today, unexpectedly. I called several tire places in town and they weren’t very nice and their cost wasn’t the best. I talked to Troy at Nebraskaland and he was very nice and helpful. You’d think men would be a little nicer to women, especially with car trouble, but that was never an issue with Troy. Very respectful and the cheapest in town! Thanks from one truly satisfied woman that had no clue what to do for a tire today!

Great place! We were from out of state and had a mangled up tire/blowout on our 30 Ft gooseneck trailer. Got to the tire house at 7:20 before they were even open and got waited on immediately. Bought 4 new Goodyear tires. (It was time to replace anyways) and they had us taken care of and we were out of there in an hour! Troy and the whole staff were so friendly and courteous. We were in a Cruise American RV, that was a wreck, from the beginning, it originated in Everett,Wa, when we experienced our 3rd flat tire. We were on the left meridian waiting for a person to come from Omaha, Ne, at 5pm we were just outside Avoca, Iowa. Troy arrived, assessed that yes, we did need to be towed off the hyway, which Cruise America had determined we didnt need. We has to wait for the tow, and Troy, waited with us. After the tow arrived, we were towed to a rest area, after dark at 10 pm. Finally after 2 tires were changed, the flat and the other one with dry rot, we were on our way. But, we would have not been able to have accomplished that, had it not been for Nebraskaland Tire and Troy. Troy was very thorough and cheerful and supportive through this whole ordeal.Thank you Nebraskaland Tire.
