I enjoy staying here, the staff are great to work with! Most neigbhors are great, the Rusty Nail can get a little loud @ times. This is a super great location & the best value in West O!

Ive lived here a little over a year now. Best thing so far has definitely been maintenance. Ive used them a lot, and Ive never had to wait more than a day or have a problem not addressed. Best Ive ever experienced. Gym and pool are good. No complaints really.The only thing I would caution people on is parking if they dont want a garage. Youll always have spots, just not very convenient ones. Especially on the south side. Nothing terrible if youre fine with walking a bit every now and then.

The Management is nice, and the maintenance is quick to respond. My complaints are the laundry facilities are always occupied. Nobody picks up after their pet. So expect dog feces under your shoes when you walk in the grass.Edit: they will enter the apartment without a 24hr notice. Something that should only happen in emergencies.

Honest Review Incoming!Here we go, so me and my girlfriend moved here in october. We saw the unit as soon as the old tenants moved out. I tend to take charge during the move in process. Took about an hour to graze the apartment and made a list for them to do a week before move in. They got the list pretty much done. The apartment we currently live in has new carpet, paint, towel rods, sliding door holders, cabinets, locks and window locks. Our apartment is basically new.Its affordable and a great place to live. Abby and her staff have been great!

Love how dog friendly everyone is here, great location as well! Cady & Abby are so friendly and helpful, theyre both communicative and fix issues in a jiff. Ive loved living here so far :)

We moved in as of June this year and were recently relocated do to a fire in the building. The management staff has been amazing in assisting us during this time. Huge thanks to Abby and David! Really enjoyed the two bedroom apartment we had and wish we could have stayed, it was a great location for us.

Ive been working with the new manager, Chris and have had nothing but great experience. He is kind, flexible, and made it possible for me to be approved for the apartment. He took time out of his own schedule to help me find the best apartment for my new home. I give 4/5 stars because I still think its a little pricey for the size of the apartment, and the pool is small, but overall, very nice and I am excited to move in.

I have lived here for 9 months. It was a very nice place to live until management changed. If I had any maintenance issue I would have it fixed within the hour. Now it is days and weeks to get anything done. My microwave went out, I called over 10 times and after two weeks they brought me a disgusting, smelly, dirty old microwave. Now, my sink has been clogged up for two days now with sewage in it. My apartment smells worse than a dumpster. I have called multiple times to get it fixed and nothing. Do not live here if you don’t want anything to ever get fixed

Currently live here. Really decent place for the money. Office staff has been nothing but helpful and answers any questions I have. The maintenance guys are super cool and extremely fast at repair requests. Older building but they keep it nice. Not sure if the walls are thick or I have quiet neighbors, but its very quiet around here.Plenty of parking and easy access to the two main streets.

I didn’t read any reviews before moving in so I guess that was my fault. My move in day was delayed because apparently it wasn’t ready yet which messed with my moving plans and those who were going to help me move. When I moved in they gave me the wrong key to my building so I was locked out multiple times. When I went to get another key it was still wrong. Thankfully I ended up getting a spare key from someone else in the building. I asked a couple of my neighbors if they liked living here and they all said no. They told me management sucked and maintenance took forever. This is something I quickly learned. During the summer my a/c wasn’t working so they gave me a portable a/c that just sat in the middle of my entryway instead of fixing it. It sat there for months until I needed them to come and fix my heat. A friend of mine who has a friend that lives here told me she had the portable A/C in her apartment for months as well and nothing was done about it until she complained multiple times. no one in the office ever answered or returned my calls or emails. This new management has not been friendly or helpful either. This whole building smells like weed and something burning. Not to mention there’s dog poop everywhere, even inside, and they either don’t empty the dog poop trash can so it overflows or they don’t restock the little baggies. I’ve lived in two other apartments and this is by far the worst place I’ve lived. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not expensive, but you get what you pay for. You have your own room (windows dont open or shut properly, screen door is broken), you get a kitchen (kitchen light wiring is fried), you get a bathroom (ceiling leaks and drains need to be plunged bi-weekly), you have air conditioning and heating (works perfectly in my apartment), and electrical is fine besides the general bi-yearly outage for a few hours due to storms. One thing I have noticed though, and this is the reason I am currently writing this review, is that you will pay for a pool that you never get to use. Every single year for three years I have pestered them about why the pool isnt open, every single year I get different answers from different people. Expect to have maybe a month and a half of pool being open a year.EDIT:It seems new management has been working to fix issues that old management has caused by leaving things unattended. Pool and gym are open most of the time now, so you wont be paying for something you dont get.

Looked at an apartment here, put in my application, got a phone fall a few days later saying I was approved. Then I wanted to verify the exact move in date so I tried calling them for 3 days, left 2 voicemails, no answer. On the 4th day they finally answer, only to tell me oh that apartment has been rented I asked them why it was rented to someone else when I had already payed the deposit to hold it, they told me no we told u the one u were looking at was rented and the one u were applying for wouldnt be available for about a month and a half which I KNOW was not the case, because I needed to move much sooner and that would be a deal breaker for me. So i said ok whatever give me my deposit back that I payed to hold the place, and they said we cant refund that money because u didnt cancel within 3 days of being approved. I told them Ive been trying to call u for 3 days and nobody has answered, I left voicemails, but they still wont refund my money. Absolutlely unbelievable!!

The office staff NEVER answers the phone. I had to go to the office myself about my sink overflowing for the 2nd time. With the sink overflowing, the cabinet below the sink was ruined. There was water stained and the bottom cabinet board was sunk in. Maintenance showed up without telling me and all they did was put another used board over the old one! My apartment still smell like a sewer! Last but not least is the manager at the complex is extremely rude & they dont care about their tenants.

Calls to leasing office wont be answered 9 out of 10 times. Had to live with just one portable A/C for more than a month until they repaired the cooling system. Staff were very rude and the stay in this apartment was very unpleasant.

Overall, the apartment complex is decent for the price.
