I wasnt too thrilled with my apartment when I moved in but maintenance has been great with fixing my problems promptly. They are friendly, personable, and clean up their mess before they leave. Most importantly, theyve made sure that my problems are completely resolved before calling the job done, even if it means having to come back again. Im finally starting to feel at home.

Upon move in.....The bathroom wall had a hole in it.The patio door doesnt lock. (1st floor)All the windows were terribly dirty.The vent in baby room and in the living room doesnt blow air.The blinds in the kitchen werent put up properly and fell down.The pipe under the kitchen sink was too short and didnt screw in so there was a pretty big mess.The stove drawer doesnt close properly.The top sliding bolt on the door is loose from the wall. All of these issues and I just moved in on the 1st of this month!!! Very frustrated!!!! Elevate Living better be glad they us in a 12 month lease!!!!

Bad very bad look for other place, I have several days with my garage door broken and they do not repair it, Im losing money , do not solve the problem, I can not work my car is inside...

This place is great to live at for the following reasons:1. Management staff is polite and helpful.2. Great maintenance response.3. Security is good too. I see patrolling quite often.4. Good neighbors in the apartment complex and decent neighborhood around.5. Common laundry room is always clean and machines function good most of the times.

Pros: Great location! Spacious apartments! Great value!Cons: Response from office management is HORRIBLE!! I left multiple voicemails and NO call back. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Building is old, units need repairs, and hallways stink. Experienced a series of serious maintenance problems while living here. Management is not cooperative, and cares more about themselves then tenant satisfaction. Worst renting experience I have ever had.

Ive only been here 4 months and Ive had HORRIBLE experience, the management doesnt answer your calls, none of my keys worked for the longest time to get into the building, I called maintenance because the exterminators locked me out of my apartment because again my key doesnt work for my front door either I waited for 3 hours with my 2 kids to be let in!!! Someone from their team entered my apartment WITHOUT a notice, also I have MOLD growing inside my dishwasher and have heard nothing from the management and its been 2 weeks!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Oh and the 2nd day of living here my bathroom flooded from people above me I called at 6 or so they didnt show up until MIDNIGHT!!! This place is a joke!!!

This place has become disgusting. I have been here almost 7 years and its gone down hill so bad. Hallways are stained and reek of urine. Mold is growing and alot of bugs. I cant wait for my lease to be up.

This place has more than 10 problems in a day going on. Horrible horrible.

Been here 8 weeks and no response to repeated attempts to get blinds or a garbage disposal. Also fell on ice and no reply or resolution! Becoming extremely frustrated at lack of response.
