Such great landlords. I’ve lived with them for a few years at two of their properties. I have never had a landlord who responded as quickly as they do. Forudad isn’t some giant leasing company where the tenants are just a number; they actually care about creating a positive relationship with their tenants.Thank you Lonnie and Yuliia!

Affordable, clean good looking wood flooring apartment with new appliances and free laundry, not to mention amazing service from Lonnie and his team. Lonnie is such a nice person and absolutely the best landlord I’ve ever had. All my concerns, issues and questions are always addressed right away, no matter if it’s early in the morning or late at night. It’s just impressive how much he cares. Lonnie truly goes above and beyond and I will definitely recommend this property to anyone who’s looking.

I lived in one of Lonnies apartments for nearly four years, and Id probably still be living there if I hadnt left Omaha. The location is fantastic, the studio I lived in was gorgeous, and the price was great. Lonnie is on top of his game when it comes to taking care of issues with the apartment, even if they happen at 4 AM. Overall, Im going to miss the place, and I count whoever lives there next to be very lucky.

I dont know where to start from, my experience with Forudad has been a memorable one from the start of apartment hunting to the end of my lease. Lonnie is an absolute gentleman, professional, and kind landlord. He was thorough with communication and always responsive. The apartment was spotless and renovated when I leased it. Any maintenance issues were addressed within hours. Lonnie is kind to his tenants, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fine. He made sure my stay at the apartment was a comfortable one.Yulia is an amazing property manager and a sweet person. She responds to any queries, maintenance requests immediately. She also checks with you once everything is in place.The apartment complex I lived had extra storage in the basement, which was definitely a plus. I had friendly neighbors as well. Hands down this was the best apartment I ever lived. Thanks to Lonnie and Yulia for making our stay the apartment a memorable one!

Rent with these guys!Staff is kind, Apartment is nice and its a walk from midtown! Maitnence inquirys never took more than a week to be fully RESOLVED (amazing)! The manager (yuliia) is very nice and professional, She made everything very simple! Forudad would definitely be a company I would enjoy working with again! My fiance and I have lived with Lonnie and Forudad for 2 years now. Hes the best landlord both of us have ever had. Day or night, he always responds to emails, text messages, and phone calls. Every issue weve had, (always minor) him or one of his associates have come over to resolve it within hours. Ive never gone more than 24 hours without an issue being resolved. Lonnie is fair, always willing to work with you, and he goes above and beyond to make your renting experience a good one. Id recommend any of his properties, not just because of location and the great apartment features, but most importantly because of management. We bought a house and plan to start a family, but if we didnt want a home to own for ourselves, theres no question wed still be with Lonnie and Forudad. I really cant say enough nice things about our experience. He cares. And its made a real difference in our lives.

All I can say is WOW! Lonnie Rozmiarek is awesome. Im not a resident (yet) but come May Im definitely going to apply with them first. I never write reviews unless Im dissatisfied with a company, but Im giving them 5 stars (wish I could give me) because I had a few questions about some of their properties and former business partner now mind you I sent the email at 6:42 & Lonnie responded at 6:46. This surprised me because I dont know too many properties where the ACTUAL owner response that quickly or response at all for that matter, and because I was talking to the owner my questions were able to be answered. In the email Lonnie let me know briefly why he doesnt work with them. He DIDNT bash the property or anything like that, he explained the situation in a very professional manner, which was even better, doing things like that reinforces the fact that he is professional in his business & in his personal like. The best part of the interaction was when he responded at 11:00 pm, Im like this guy has to be on call 24/7 for him to respond that late. That showed me that he cares about tenants & prospective tenants. Keep up the Lonnie.

This company has 2 empty lots on park ave area that they do not care for..Muddy sidewalks and weeds trash abound not good neighbors at all
