OH boy where to start!!1 moved in Jan 2019 apx 3 weeks later had ants.2 along about March 2019 both bedrooms and living room flooded took them about 4 weeks to clean the mess up, NO new carpet, had to sleep in the living room on air beds, finally got mad enough contacted Lund, the office manager finally offered us a model to stay in, needless to say shortly later like 2 days they finished up our apt.3 microwave breaks down, 2 weeks later I get a used one which I had to clean4 patio door litteraly comes off in my hand, 6 WEEKS b4 that got done and had to ask twice5 came home from work breezeway was power washed and gunk that resemble sewage is all over our front door, contacted them to have them clean it and Im still waiting its been apx 6 weeks now! Still NOT cleaned6 dryer breaks down, still wating its been 2 weeks as of Sunday!Notified Lund , nothing as of yet, we started looking already for another place. Very dissapointed, considering the amount of rent we pay!Mind you we have only been here 8 Months and have endured all these problems already. God only knows what is in store for us here during the rest of our 5 month lease!!NOT HAPPY, DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! NO COMPENSATION FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS GONE WRONG OR THE LONG WAIT FOR SOMETHING TO BE FIXED!!! THE PHOTOS ADDED ARE FROM THE FLOOD, PLUS THEY BROKE OUR BEDROOM WINDOWS AND ALSO I FORGOT I CAME HOME AND THE DOOR YOU SEE THAT IS TORE UP IS OUR FRONT DOOR, IT LEAKS FROM UPSTAIRS WHEN IT RAINS AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT, SO EVERY TIME IT RAINS IT LOOKS LIKE THIS AND ALSO THE WATER SEEPS UP FROM THE FLOOR, I HAD A PUDDLE OF WATER IN THE DOOR WAY DURING THE FLOOD!!!

We rented a 2 bedroom unseen from out of state. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment and the amenities. We lived directly across from the duck pond so that was nice for the kids to be able to watch and go visit. We didnt notice the noise from Q street much. Our only disappointment was that we were told that our apartment had a garden soaking tub. However, when we arrived, it didnt have that. The office said that was only in certain apartments. That was a big reason why we wanted that particular apartment. Still, overall, its a very nice place and a decent price for the area. I would highly recommend Autumn Grove for a place to live.

It sounds like people are going to fall through the ceiling, there are bugs, overall quality is poor. They sneak in a auto renew on your lease and they never mention it, even on 3 month leases, so they can force you to pay for 2 more months. Would give them zero stars if it was an option

They got rid of the recycling bins and the goodwill donation box without warning. There are ants, flies, and cockroaches. The plumbing is the worst Ive ever experienced and thats including homes built in the 60s. The toilets and kitchen sink clog constantly. I was told its because all three apartments on top of each other share a single main pipe. Theres little to no insulation between floors so if someone lives above you every step they take sounds like an earthquake. The flooring, appliances, and layout are nice. However, it costs too much for what we get and it goes up every year. Id look elsewhere unless you enjoy cockroaches, poor plumbing, and hate the environment.

I’m giving a 4 star review only because I didn’t visit the property or move in.I do want to give Taylor Mckain 5 stars for the quality of customer service she gave me.I was moving from Texas and she went & took photos for me & answered all my questions in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t choose this property was because I wanted a yard for my pups.I did choose another Lund Property.Thank you Taylor!

Multiple maintenance issues since the day we moved in. Traffic from busy street keeps us up sometimes at night, impossible to open windows or have balcony open and still be able to hear inside our apartment. Parking is terrible. Haven’t been happy with our move here at all.

Decent apartments in the Millard area. Prices are not expensive if you sign longer lease terms - 12/13 months. Emergency maintenance is great. However, the regular maintenance requests, at times, take a little extra time to be resolved.

They’ll tow you if your vehicle isn’t “clean enough”. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and they just blame you. Been here two months and realizing they’re an inexperienced office that doesn’t want to do the work so they make you do it.

Do not rent here, here is why:1. They drag their feet on the initial application. Good thing I had a few months left on my last lease or I would have been without a place to live. This should have been the first sign.2. The premises is absolutely not worth the cost. Outdated appliances, the commons are always filthy, there is not enough parking, and the secured entrance is certainly not secure. There is pet waste everywhere so dont expect you children to play outside.3. When we moved in, they werent done painting the walls, the microwave was on the floor, and there was a washer and dryer even though we made it clear we had our own.4. I have had several noise complaints. I am a little too old to be partying, plus I get up at 4 to go to work. I guess the sound of my two year old running into my room was a bit too much.5. They have tried to get my Nanny to complete a background check. I cant help but think it is because he is a black male. The lease states that anyone there over 50% of the time needs to be on the lease. He is there for a maximum of 55 hours per week, well below that threshold.6. They gave me a ticket for not moving my car. It was there over the weekend during a snow storm.I will be seeking legal council with the next allegation. So do yourself a favor and avoid all of this. Im glad other people have had good experiences here but that had not been the case for me.

This apartment complex is very nice but i will say it is very expensive for an apartment here. I had no issues at all tho. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Maintenance is super nice and fixes issues very fast. The only reason we moved is because of the location. It is terrible to get to any where super fast. During rush hour traffic is terrible and there are a lot of accidents on q street. Had no issues with neighbors and can not hear your neighbors at all.

I have lived here for about 3 months now... When we first moved in, the management was VERY welcoming, and nice. The property managers name was Kelly and I loved her! She was so bright and cheery. There was also Tristian and she was a lot of fun too. However, they both moved up in the company. Ever since new management has come in, I feel like we owe them money left and right. We (boyfriend and I) calculate everything perfectly, but somehow end up owing them $20 more dollars for an undisclosed excuse. I love living here, dont get me wrong. The apartments are spacious, love love LOVE my neighbors, and the community is great! Pet friendly, family friendly, but they lack (a lot of residents) big time of cleaning up their own animals feces. It just sits there and no one picks it up. Its gross. The front office, they cant get it together... They have new people working each time I come in. Theres at least a dozen new faces since Ive been in the front office! If they got their heads to stop bobbling, itd get my rating of 5 stars

Lund Co and Autumn Grove do not care about their residents at all. I live here now but will be moving when my lease is up. The pothole problem here is as bad as it gets(the size of kiddie pools). They temporarily fix them in the summer but they completely deteriorate by January and then you hafta wait 6-7 months for them to “fix” them. If the potholes happen to damage your car they will deny your claim even though they publicly acknowledge the problem. Sad thing is that other than not being treated very well I really liked living here and now I hafta move. Also they raise your rent $80-$100 a month every year which wouldn’t be so bad I guess, if they took care of their residents. I won’t live in another Lund Co owned property ever. I hope this was helpful. Good luck on your search for a new home

I wouldnt recommend living here. As the apartments are beautiful thats about the only good thing. The office NEVER answers the phone. They do not answer appliance issues in a lmtimely manner. We have had to call Linda compang directly many times just to get through to the office. We have even had to walk down to the office to see why phone calls are not answered and all the workers are just sitting around. The pool is Never open. The motnhly rate jumped $200 even if we signed a new 13 month lease. They do not tell you of packages are there and if you go look for it they say they dont have it. We have had to call companies to ask who signed for packages and then go to the office with a name. Then they look for it and magically find it. They do not make sure the grounds are clean. There is always dog feces around. The appliances never work. Our garbage disposal, and washer have not worked right since moving in. We have only been here almost a year and we WILL be moving. The rent prices are more than mortgage payments for a $200,000 house .NOT IMPRESSED

I have been here for 2 yrs and am very happy here. I havent lived in an apartment since the 60s and dont ever plan to move unless the rent is increased beyond my means. It seems more like a community than an apartment- love the way the apartment buildings angle to each other. I live by the pond and stream and have not had had any mosquito problems that I expected. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Some owners are bad at picking up after their dogs, but maintenance makes rounds daily to keep it clean.

One word people.....MAGGOTS!! A good friend of mine lived in these apartments a few years back and ended up with maggots, yes maggots, inside of her apartment due to a less than cleanly neighbor. She contacted management who did absolutely nothing, they wouldnt even come by and look at the situation much less send out an exterminator, it was absolutely ridiculous! The manager actually told her that maggots arent so bad and that when she was younger she had rats in one of her apartments so to just expect this sort of thing, WHAT!?!!? My friend ended up moving out due to the infestation and lost 2 months of rent plus her deposit, what a nightmare!!

We just moved out of Autumn Grove after renting a 1 bed, 1 bath with a den for 3 years. This year the rent went up so much it was no longer worth it. When we first moved here, they had some of the best prices in town and we loved the larger floor plans, the vaulted ceilings on 3rd floor and the marsh area. Along with the rising rent, the maintenance staffs responses took a dive this year. They also closed the clubhouse and gym for remodeling this spring, saying the gym would be open again in 2 weeks. It was closed for almost 4 months. They charge you an arm and a leg for anything new in the apartment, calling it upgrades, even for things that badly need to be replaced anyway, like the appliances, garbage disposal, countertops, and linoleum. The staff is always courteous, but their policies are very inflexible. They wouldnt let us turn over the apartment even a few days early and made us pay for an extra week after we had moved out. The Lund Company seems like just another greedy corporation to me.All in all, it was nice for a while, but I wouldnt recommend this place to my friends under the current circumstances.

I will be moving out in April and will never rent from Lund Co. Autumn Grove offers very nice apartments (I love the high ceilings). In all honesty I would continue to stay here, but there is no incentive to stay long term unless you are fine paying climbing rates each lease term. Ive paid my rent on the due date for 2 years. I like it here, but theyve made it clear I am not valued here. They basically said my unit is undervalued and if I didnt want to pay the climbing rent, they will find someone else who will. My unit is a 1 bedroom and 880 square feet. (Rent started a 790 and if renewed will be 1180). Thats insane! They say it is to keep up with all the emmenittes of the complex, but there is no proof or progress in that statement. The pool always has closed issues. The workout facility has never been cleaned since I have been here. Parking (in our unit) is awful. Weve also had a water main break and over 2 years theyve never seeded the grass to restore the damages.I also got a ESA dog, and all I get is phone calls and emails from them saying my dog is barking all day long. This comes when I am home with her. Ive made it a point to take her with me most of the time. I even have a Nanny Cam that provides proof of my dogs actions while I am gone. Instead of doing their own investigation, they take the word of whoever has the complaints. Ive even received notice of lease term violations because of her.Recently a new tenant moved upstairs and the complex has handled zero complaints on him. The previous tenants moved out, because for what we are paying is current mortgage payments.I hate moving. This place does have a home feeling to it, but Lund Co does not care about the people only the cash.

My husband and i went in to get details on a one bedroom apartment. We immediately felt unwelcomed we were not even offered a seat. The leasing agent with the thin eyebrows made it quite clear on how uneager she was to help a potential future resident. If that is the first impression given off, i couldnt imagine living here! So unfortunate an apartment with so much potential falls short because of a subpar leasing agent.

Not very good management, unprofessional and not very qualified maintenance personnel. The management seems to randomly decide if they want to enforce rules and regulations on certain tenants. Example some people in the back of the complex have stuff hanging up over their balcony and covering it however we get threatened to be evicted if we do. I brought the other apartment up to them and they told me they would take care of it yet nothing has happened.
