Various pumps keep-on function do not work for my car. Loud annoying commercials from pump plus background music noise. Over filled my diesel and made a mess. Very slow turtle crawl speed to fill. Lame.

I should radiate more stars but that experiences that I have at this store outweigh any of the good. I go in I am always very respectful and kind I say Hi thank you and have a good day but its time the lady basically just slam your drinks on the counter and she is so rude and short with me she wouldnt even look me in the eye. Its the heavier set lady with brown hair. Very unprofessional and rude.

Paid for the best car wash, was supposed to include wheel detail. Wont be returning as the wheels and car were still filthy. Next time Ill inspect my car before tipping generously.

The manager that is there working right now is very rude all the time!every time I come in to me at least. No matter how polite I am he is always rude and acts annoyed if you ask him any little question for help he should not be a manager I’m surprise that he is actually.and I’m just going off what he’s claimed to be the manager because i asked how would somebody complain here and he said well I am the manager and I said well then I would like to talk to an owner. It just plain sucks because it’s always nice when you go into a gas station and they have a friendly worker it makes your day and even better you knowBut not this place!

Every time Ive gone the car wash has been closed. No info online. Sure, I could step back in time and call them, but Ive noticed other places put their hours online for all to see. Ill keep moving forward.

I have been using this Shell station for about 14 years, now. Even though I live further away than I used to, I still stop at this station on the way home. It is obvious that the owners care about customer experience as the cashiers have always greeted you as you enter and been polite. The auto wash is above average for the type when it is manned (you get a pre-scrub); the self-serve wash is what you would expect. Pumps are completely covered - a must in Washington. If you are driving through the area and want some local burger flavor there is an Eagans Burgers inside.

I took my new car through the car wash—I got the most deluxe wash. There are now circular scratches in the paint on my hood.

Great place to get lunch, snacks, wash your car, fill up with gas. Neat and clean store, friendly helpful staff!
