Great place wish it was on google maps

The internet is unreliable three day of being just restart or unplug router and three days of more then three periods of no internet that range from a few minutes to hours.

My girlfriend recently went to the Spectrum building in Allegany, NY to sign up for a phone plan with her and her sister, but the lady that was helping them out was being extremely rude to them and was rushing my girlfriend with the sign up process. She kept saying that she was being too slow when signing up so she wanted her to just tell her the details with her personal information out loud with other customers in the store, which she obviously wasn’t going to do since she was also asking for a social security number and you do not give that out to anybody. The lady was also complaining about how my girlfriend used a Community Bank card since she doesn’t like that bank, but that’s not something we can control since that’s the only bank we use. And now because of her rudeness and rushing my girlfriend, her card is now frozen for fraud and her sister’s phone is deactivated. We can’t remember the name of the lady who was helping my girlfriend out, but all we do know is that she was wearing a black jacket. I hope whoever reads this review gets it sent to the Allegany branch building and possibly get this lady fired because this is not how you provide customer service.
