Mark called and was very informative and easy to talk to. Im not real computer literate, but Mark made it real easy to go through my problems and come up with solutions. I appreciate my company using The Purple Guys!

Josh listened to me without assuming that I didnt know anything. He walked me through things that I had already done, but not in a condescending way. It was really great working with him. He has a great customer service attitude, AND he solved not only the original problem, but a secondary problem that came up because of the first.

It is such a pleasure to work with Network Tech. Their technicians do a great job of fixing and solving problems, but they also take the time to walk you through the steps so you know what to do next time. Thats what Josh T. did last week when I needed help transferring a large file from one drive to another after trying several times myself. He was pleasant, courteous and full of patience. Problem occurred after hours and remote from office. Mark was right on the ticket that evening and gave me a work around until Josh got in the next day during day shift. I love talking to and working with Mark. He makes my problems seem trivial, especially when it is after hours and stress is high.Josh was very apologetic, but clearly an unforeseen consequence of quickly solving another ticket earlier in the day.Josh got it resolved early the next day, and followed up proactively to make sure it worked at office and home.I never lost any time or productivity, even though it was after hours.Love your Techs!!
