Quincy was very thorough, and followed up consistently to be sure things were working well. We had one item to work on that was less familiar to him and he readily told me he would have to research, which I truly appreciated. I had dreaded the re-imaging process, as things that are familiar change, and it takes time to work through getting things back in place. I can honestly say this was the least inconvenient re-imaging that I’ve experienced.

I spoke to Ivan today who not only assisted me with my issue, he also allowed me the chance to make sure everything was working properly prior to getting off the call. Thanks Ivan!
