I drove through the car lot and got out to look at a car and Grace happened to be coming out to finish up the day. We had a connection and Grace listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few cars near where we were standing then invited me in to her desk to look at online inventory even though it was late. She sent me home with a couple links and I was able to look through the online inventory, found one and set up a test drive the next day. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was able to walk out that evening with the car I chose and all the documents on a convenient flash drive instead of a pile of papers. I will recommend McCarthy Auto Group and especially Miss Grace to my friends and family!

First and foremost Grace was AWESOME. She was professional, knowledgeable and aware of what my daughter’s purchasing needs were and got her in a vehicle that was perfect for her needs. As a first time buyer I do not think the experience could have been any better. Bad experience at this dealership. Months later I still feel taken advantage of and treated poorly as a customer. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. I was deceived by showing me numbers higher than the price I had named. The manager and salesman told me I was mistaken but I insisted I knew what I wrote down. I ended up purchasing for the price I wanted because they had the car I wanted. I don’t think it was worth the hassle. After owning and looking into the car further, there is rust EVERYWHERE. Under the seat and inside the radio. Absolutely sneaky salesmen and finance office. Also salesman asked how much my boyfriend pays for my rent when I very much so live alone and pay my own rent. I recommend skipping the sales tricks pulled at this dealership and purchase elsewhere, especially if you are a women coming in alone.

I purchased a Rouge late Friday afternoon early evening was helped by Grace a wonderful sales rep. If you go there ask for her she is great to work with makes buying a car easy. Josh Emmons was our car guide so to speak. Listened to the needs we had, what we wanted, and the price range. He then showed us a slew of cars, not a single one more then the price we asked for. He was polite and knowledgeable. He made the process quick too, we bought two cars, and it was painless. Once we got to finance they of corse up sold us as they are paid to do, we wound up buying what they call their “Meat and Potatoes” warranty on both cars and an interior protectant on one. This pushed us up another 7-8k more then we expected. Both buying 2022 cars we expected factory warranty to surface. This is not true, according to their finance manager. Outside of upsell everything was great, I understand it’s what they are paid to do, and I am sure there is a benefit to what we purchased. Just know going in a new car warranty will not be enough to cover you as they stated.My next car I will go back and purchase from Josh and McCarthy again.

Just bought a used Nissan Rouge gotta say my experience was fantastic. This was the first time buying a car from a dealership and I have heard some bad experiences from buying at dealerships. This was not the case here Grace Perry helped pick out a car that suited my budget and had some great features. The only bad things I experienced (it wasnt even bad) was the waiting period for the finance department. I waiting for roughly 1 hour. As soon as I got into finance the process was quick. McCarthy finance department explained all the details in the contract and went over any bit that I didnt understand or had questions on. Overall if you are in the market for a new or used car McCarthy auto is the place to go. They have fantastic employees that help out any way they can.

I saw a 2012 Nissan Titan online. I was able to negotiate the deal and have the car delivered to me at the Lake of the Ozarks. It was a great buying experience with just a few phone calls and a few emails.

Went there today to look at Nissan Altima that I was very interested in. Test drove and everything and when it came down to talking about price it was pretty clear they didn’t want to sell me the car as it seemed they had another potential buyer (which is fine just wish they would have been upfront). The girl that we were working with was really nice but her manager was not. They were not willing to negotiate which is fine with how low inventory is but then they knocked up the price about 3500 dollars because of my credit score and we didn’t have a trade in... which seemed kind of like a bait and switch if you ask me. The whole situation was strange and I am glad I didn’t walk away with that car because the deal seemed a tad shady.

While my Armada was being serviced, I looked at an Armada on the showroom floor, and not one salesperson asked me if I was interested in it. I could have been considering upgrading to the newest Armada, but the lack of service made up mind for me. I only come to McCarthy because it is closer than Hendricks. I have been to Hendricks for service before, and I was quite pleased.

We thought we had a great experience but wasnt even close. Agreed on a price I was happy with. Get into the finance office and something looked off to me but wasnt sure what. The finance manager explained it to us in a confusing way and with how great everything had been up to that point we figured we could believe him. Long story short it looks like the trade in value I was owed was left out of the deal on paper. So the 5k I was owed seemed to have disappeared between them and the bank my new truck was financed thru. I emailed a guy named Karl who deals with this stuff and said someone would he in contact with me Monday. It is now nearly Wednesday and they wont reply to any emails.I do not recommend you buy from these people especially after I have seen a few reviews with the same situation and another nissan dealer has said they are known for this. So buyer beware

The Sales process was quick and easy. Grace and Tyler were fantastic to work with. We could not be more pleased with how this, usually painful, experience went. I was disappointed in the detailing process though. It took us 2 hours to get it cleaned properly. Still has a sticky substance under both front doors.

Stayed at the dealership because I as told it would be one hour. It was one hour 45 minutes. No apology. When I pointed it out, was told “we have some people on vacation”. Of course, you know this is something you should adjust your appointments to accommodate, and not leave it to your customers to accept the over scheduling.
