If you work in commercial flooring, getting pricing from this company is a living nightmare. I emailed 5 people in my original pricing request and didnt hear back from anyone for over 24 hours. This is even after I stated in my original that our bid was due the next day. These employees are Jeanille Thomas, Jason Weeks, Elizabeth Chambley, Scott Glace, and Cheyenne Goodman. You are all terrible. After sending multiple follow up emails, I got on the phone and got Jeanilles voicemail. Very helpful Jeanille (This was during business hours). This is not our first time having difficult getting pricing from this company. I still would not have pricing if it wasnt for the angel in customer service named Brad. Brad, you are amazing.

Wonderful selection and service. Veronica has a great eye, she assisted me with kitchen and bathroom selections in two new builds. Pictures to come! After lots of shopping in the area, this is the best option!
