Slow, hate it ever time we come here. Rude, usually sirens several hours to get unloaded or loaded. Im pretty sure its not that difficult... Speed up the process please. Most companies are streamling, when you seen to be slowing down the process.

Quick unloading reasonable lumper fees, clean location& received paperwork quick. Nice people

Unloading all day 11am -10pm and $355 for a lumper. Not just me everybody here is equally miserable 😩 ⏰ I lost a full day of driving.When you come here it’s best to have ran out your clock driving if you can do that then Personal Convey out to a safe haven.

Well havent even made it thru the gate. I pulled up to security and was putting my arrival in workflow. Security officer very rudely yelled and told me I was blocking the lane. No one behind me at all. Another driver was just starting to pull out of staging area. So far this place isnt very driver friendly. However if you can do a drop and hook on a weekend. The security officer was very friendly and helpful. No one here in the office. Drop your trailer and drop a copy of bol in office grab an empty and run.

McLane whse was good..Allied Universal was and is disrespectful and nasty. Made everybody wait in line for NO REASON and then a 2nd guard showed up and just reinforced no job done. Ive had dealings with them many times and its the culture of the company, but it also reflects on the receiver..Capstone was slow & uninformed.Error made by Allied trickled down to Capstone. No way to get a hold of them because the ringer is off..All this for 1 PALLET = 6 hours.O/O are driving away undelivered, and drivers are refusing loads to them.

Not good not bad, all the process of unloading took around 3 hours, facilities are new. There is overnight parking if you ask nicely.

I used to come in here all the time before they change the helping here you to get in and out Ive been back in here now for the last 2 weeks and the little Lumber girl in there is chooses to hold your paperwork up to where you cant get it out of here this place has gotten totally ridiculous I I hope I dont come back in here again they treat their drivers like this they need to haul their own product into their self

If you come to deliver to this place prepare yourself to restart your driving hours here. It took them 8 hours to get me out of the door.0 stars if possible

Got unloaded pretty quick however pulled over to their parking area for trucks to do some quick phone calls was told shortly after pulling over there I had to go. I asked if I could have 15 to 30 minutes while I waited for a call back since there was only 1 other truck in the 8-10 parking spots. Was told to go park in the middle of the road past the stop sign by security.

Was in-and-out of there in less than one hour very friendly people at the Gardshack

Lumpers rip you off. They moved 1 pallet out of the way that was double stacked and charged for two. What kind of sense does that make. Wonder how many they charge you for moving a stack of pallets.

Worst company to deliver for, avoid at all cost. Appointment was for 2:30pm got stationed and truck was ready at 3pm, I’m still waiting here and it’s 10:00pm. Nobody from the company cares when you call and ask them about the situation.

First time here I had the wrong bols and since I approached the guard shack everyone has been so helpful and kind. Five stars for everyone at this distribution center!

Seen staff yell at a driver for asking about his wait time. Sad service and im also worried about my next stop getting late. Been here 7hrs and counting getting unloaded.

So glad the warehouse is open again and expanded with new owners. I loved working in this building before, but McLane is even better. Awesome company to work for. They expect the best from employees, and take care of us well in return.

Poor service poor capstone poor unloading truck time only had 7 haft pallets of drink. Appointment times don’t mean a thing if you still have company trailers in doors where the trucks that have appointment need to go. Manager with red hair came from cotton Mc lanes where the service was poor now he has taken over this place where unloader walks out because his ride is leaving

I been here 5hrs so far and dont know whats going on. Cant even get in the building to ask for an update because they scared of this covid and are not letting drivers in. If your making a delivery here be prepared to be here a majority of your day/night. If managers see this... you Need to do better and talk about respect with the doggies security U have in there . I deliver hear often and its the same thing every week you can only show up a hr befor your appointment and takes 4 to 8hrs to get unloaded

First truck to sign in and one of the last trucks to leave. Before a forklift ever entered my trailer, the truck to my left and right was leaving. Receiving seems they could care less.

Showed up for appointment 30 min early for 8pm had to wait. Park In truck parking then walk to shack. No overnight parking. Was unloaded in less then a hour. Maybe I was lucky. 11/15/19

As everyone said, this place is worst for delivery. Checked in at 5:40pm for 6:00pm delivery appointment. It is 10:30pm now, still at the door.

Worst place to unload. 2nd window at the drivers lounge nightmare. She has too much attitude and 2nd chubby guy in w glasses was sleeping when i came to the window. Taking forever to sign the paper work. Will never haul a load for this place again ever!

It had a wow factor

Very, very slow to say the least. Arrived for a 4:00pm appointment, did not leave until 9hrs later at 1:30am. Will not recommend loads going there until they get their act together. Its a new facility very easy to locate. Does not allow overnight parking, and yes its enforced. What a joke tho, after I burned up my clock waiting to be unloaded. I hope I dont have to go back there. Kissimmee McLane is way better!

New facility, new bathrooms...took 5 hours total, 3 hours to unload not even full truck and 2 hour waiting for doorm...arrived 8 p.m. on time for appointment...left at 1 a.m.

Had a 1800 delivery, arrived at 1715. Got a call for a door at 1918. There were only 6 trucks in staging lot and no trucking in any doors. I brought them 20 pallets of water and they charged 105.00 lumper fee. Smh. Seems like Im in the wrong business. ALL DRIVERS AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!

Unloading takes a very long time. 5 pallets are unloaded for 2 hours.

The treatment of the entrance staff was super good but since you entered a lot of delay for everything it took almost 6 hours for them to unload me and give me the papers
