What a great team, delivering great knowledge and service. Jennifer spent time on the phone listening to my description of what was going on with my laptop, then explaining the options, pending (free) diagnosis. Randy couldve run with what other repair shops were sure was the problem, replacing the motherboard or at least keeping the laptop and charging for soldering or replacement of parts. But no, Randy realized that a much simpler, and cheaper, fix was all that was needed. He and Jennifer were super honest and friendly and smart; and then, when I called them after hours with a question and a concern, Jennifer took the call, hung up and called Randy, who called me right back, fixing/settling my concern, and then Jennifer called to follow up, making sure I was satisfied. Now THAT is outstanding service! Pick these guys for Mac or PC repairs -- pick them!

Randy was very welcoming from the very moment I walked in, he had kept me updated on my computer the whole time he was fixing it. I had originally taken it to the computer fox off 7, That place is a train wreck. Randy told me in 1 day what it took the other guy to tell me in 2 weeks and he gave me estimates, and was very easy to work with/talk to. I would recomment outboost computers to anyone, this guy is fantastic replaced my motherboard, GFX card, ran a bunch of diagnostics, and i know for a fact he tested out my computer multiple times before giving it back to me, which i have not gotten in the past.

I never write reviews and I am sorry this is so long but. RANDY SAVED MY LIFE. I lost my phone and had to go back to a shattered iphone 3g. I continued to use it but the screen was completely crushed and I could hardly see anything. I took the phone in to get fixed for a really great price and they were speedy and had the part. It was amazing, they completely fixed the phone so it looked brand new and I didnt have to wait long at all. I paid, and thanked them and as I was on my way out, I DROPPED MY PHONE again in the wrong place and the screen cracked a little bit again. My phone has been dropped a million times before and never cracked but, I got it at the completely perfect angle and my heart dropped into my stomach. Needless to say, I was distressed beyond belief. long story short, I had been without a phone for the week before I got the shattered one and just gotten the older one fixed. I took it back in and was in hysterics. The part I appreciated beyond belief was how understanding and kind Randy was. He showed me so much compassion that I felt like he was family. He offered to fix it for me for a great price and had it back to me SO QUICKLY. He knew how impatient I was about being phoneless and he express ordered and extra part so I could get my phone back THAT much faster. I am SOOOOO grateful for his amazing service and efficiency.
