I had my wireless home theater installed by The Help Desk and it certainly exceeded my expectations! At first i went to best buy to find a wireless solution, the salesperson didnt deliver the information in a way that made me confident so I went to The Help Desk in the hopes of receiving a more detailed idea of costs, operation and just general education. The owner Anthony spent about 45 minutes with me going over many options and i ended up deciding on Sonos, even though best buy made this product seem like a very expensive option, it was very obvious after speaking with Anthony this is what i was looking for! I was referred to The Help Desk by Aitoro Appliances (for whom The Help Desk does all installations). When I went there to have my 3 faulty Sonos speakers looked at, I met Ryan, one of Help Desks reps. Ryan could not have been nicer. He took the time to look at my speakers and reset each of them - at no charge. He also gave me some ideas about how we might improve our home audio and computer network systems. We will be making an appointment shortly for Ryan to come to our house and assess our homes technology and suggest ways to improve it. I know well be in good hands.
