All I can say is... WOW! My wife set up a mobile detail and man was it worth it! Not only were they on time, but they were great to converse with while they were here. The job they did on my car was godly. I have 2 large dogs that shed and looking at my car once they were done, youd never know. I 100% would recommend to my closest friends and family. Thank you again, so so much!!!

I have never had my car detailed before, but I decided to give it a try because my car was filthy! We have pets + 9 grandkids (ages 4 months -15 years) that we are constantly hauling around … which means my car is daily subjected to sticky fingers, greasy French Fries, muddy shoe prints, messy diapers, colored markers, doggy hair & nose-prints … you get the picture. Karen showed up right on time, worked her heart out, and left 2 hours later with my car looking brand new. No joke — it looks brand new! I will definitely use Mile High Mobile Detailing Service again! Two thumbs up fir this friendly, Christian, hard-working, honest team!

I love reading bad reviews with a company that I had SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH! Karen was on time with a “we are here text” that I loved because of dogs and working from home. They were very nice and respectful, I love supporting local businesses especially when people are so hard working and kind.Now to the best part.. the car. It was not clean at all when I gave it to them. We have very busy lives and two kids so we don’t have time to clean out our car.After just a few hours. They made it look like a brand new car. I would tell anyone and everyone to use them! I love how nice my car looked after. Paint is shining like new and inside looks better than when we bought it! No really it looks better than the new car “detail” when it was brand new!Don’t listen to the lady that didn’t like them. They were very nice, fast and best yet did a great job.Ps: yes on some houses the out door outlets do not work as well as garages out let’s. 😊

Absolutely beautiful! I contacted Mile high mobile detail an spoke with Karen what a fabulous lady! She explained everything very clear an how much I would be paying. I agreed. My appointment was yesterday and I will tell you at first I was a bit embarrassed because I have an older car and its pretty gross. 🤢 Karen an her sister Tracie showed up an on time! Fabulous! I showed them my old beat up Camry and they made me feel so much better the customer service I received was exceptional!!! It took them ladies about 2 hours I kept asking if they needed anything to drink or eat I made them coffee. ☕ Now lets move onto my car, its like it was a whole new vehicle again. Its like it was never ever dirty, like I never smoked cigarettes in it. I have no clue what products these ladies use but ohhh my gosh! Just exceptional! Smells an looks amazing! Total I paid was way worth it an more, Id recommend these ladies any day of the week. Ill definitely be calling them again!! Thank you again!! ☺️

I am sad to even have to write this, but I would want the heads up so we could have saved the time and money. We were literally told she didnt care if we gave a bad review, so that can tell you where this is headed.All I wanted for Mothers Day was my SUV detailed and I had been REALLY looking forward to it for quite some time. I asked my husband to make sure to find a local company, as we feel supporting small and local businesses is crucial. My husband contacted Mile High Mobile Detail and set up the service, and when Karen called him to confirm and review, he was told, We are giving you a good deal and price, so remember that when you tip. That was an odd start, but its a long awaited gift, so he proceeded. They were asked to only knock to get the keys from me in the morning, as I work from home with small children and cant be taken away much, and to contact him with any questions and for payment. After the initial knock on the door to get the keys, and a subsequent odd remark about my do not disturb sign that I didnt quite understand, and mention that they had to use the electrical socket inside my garage and not the exterior, because they dont work as well (not true), I started to feel uneasy. I was also told they didnt have my husbands phone number, to which I offered to give it to them right away, but was told, Why cant we talk to you? in all I can describe as an ubrupt way, and didnt understand why I was being spoken to this way. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it is just personality, so I told them that Im working inside with young children and need to keep them focused on their work. There was no offer to take his number, or concern for their clients needs.Then I was informed there was vomit in my car and that its a biohazard and would cost more. I was shocked and clearly confused, so I went to look and they had already started to clean it, but I told them it wasnt vomit, but ice cream/milkshake drippings on top of crumbs through a seatbelt hole, as my kids are old enough to tell me if they got sick in the car. They never have been car sick thank goodness, even as babies. Not once. Not to mention the smell from old vomit would clearly have been noticable obviously. Had it been vomit (no way that would ever go uncleaned even in a mom mobile as any parent will attest), I would have gladly payed to have it cleaned, but after the way I was being spoken to, I had to return to working and let my husband handle the rest. He called Karen and she was shockingly rude and argumentative. She told him she didnt have his phone number (but then how did she call and confirm with him?), as if it was his job to exchange and take care of. I found that unprofessional to try to put on your client, not to mention rudely saying it was ONLY $15 more for the biohazard. That was clearly not the point, but we both had had enough, and he asked them to stop and wed pay them to just leave. She asked for $120 for literally less than 30 minutes of work, and we didnt want a scene to be caused in earshot of young children, so we payed it.Im so saddened that my long awaited gift was ruined, but even more upset that we felt uncomfortable enough to give them money just so that they would leave peacefully. What a horrible situation, and I hope they never do this to anyone else.

If your like me and love a clean car but don’t necessarily have the time to give it that TLC it deserves then I highly recommend Mile High Mobile Detail Services. Karen was awesome to work with and takes pride in what she does. They were on time, very professional, respectful and friendly. My car looks fabulous inside and out and smells amazing! The attention to detail is second to none. High quality work and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again.

We recently utilized this company to clean one of our service vans. Karen and Tracie did a great job making the service van look new again and we will certainly be calling them for our future detailing needs!

I was able to get an appt right away and the team made it convenient as they came to our home. They estimated the time and was spot on!! LolLast minute they also were able to clean my husbands car.

Karen is very passionate about her work and did a great job with my car. She was waiting for me outside when I showed up for my appointment and did a very professional job. Price was reasonable and only took a couple hours. My car is super clean and smells great!
