First they cancelled our room 2 days before we got there and didnt tell us. They told us we shouldnt have booked through booking.com and blamed it on them. Then they only had 1 room for 1 night available when we booked 2 nights originally. Also, someone from the staff tried to come in our room (WITHOUT knocking) at 930 and claimed we are just checking to see if you were gone yet. Definitely felt not welcome with the service we received.

This is by far one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed. The amenities were great, they’re are multiple hot tubs and pools. The selection of rooms were great. Parking is good; hotel was clean. The beach access was decent. The best part was Brandon he helped our family get all of our suitcases up to our room. He brought a cart over and unloaded everything took it up for us and helped us unload it. He deserves a raise! Because of him he made our vacation 100 times better. We rented our room through airbnb which made check in smooth. Other than that it was 10/10 we love this place. No complaints. Thank you again Brandon he made our stay great.

The condo room we rented was very nice looking, upgraded, and clean. We had a great view of the ocean and were on a corner, so there was another side balcony. The pools were nice (although a bit too warm) and not overly crowded even on a busy week. The beach was busy but we were still able to enjoy it. Our only issues: check in was very slow waiting on a cart and bell hop for an hour and getting through the parking lot and elevator area, we didn’t have a shower curtain or linens (they were brought to us later upon request), there were little to no supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc.), and most of the outdoor showers didn’t work.

We had never been there but came down for the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. From the view to the pools, the room the only negative is the parking garage other than that we loved it, we will definitely be back

Love the condo I stayed in very clean and updated, the ocean views were AMAZING. Pools were clean restaurants were good. My only complaint and what keeps me from giving a five stare and should probably drop to a 3 is the building itself needs fresh paint, carpets on the hallway floors should be removed as they smell. Hallways were dark, ice machines look like they been around for decades wouldnt trust the ice. Update the vending machines. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it.

We stayed for a total of 3 nights at Bay Watch Resort. One night in a one bedroom king efficiency. And the other in a 2 bedroom condo. We did a split stay due to scheduling conflicts on our part.The king room we stayed in was room 531, and it was in the tower closest to the parking garage. It was a bit on the smaller side, but was clean and well kept. The bed and pillows were comfy. This room was fine for myself and husband for the one night.The second unit we stayed in, was a 2 bedroom condo in the other tower furthest from the parking garage. It was room 509. The unit was clean and well kept also. The only downside for staying in this unit is the queen bed in the second bedroom is a bit warn and not very supportive; the pillows were lacking also. The room felt cramped with the nightstands and dresser. The bathroom was very clean but we did have trouble with the bathroom water fixture it would not switch to the shower function easily. Also with the second tower, the door to enter the tower locks at night. But the nights we were there, the lock would not work. You had to get someone to let you into the lobby.Overall it was a great stay, with a great location and plenty of parking. Be aware if you have a oversized vehicle though, it can be a tight squeeze in some spots. The staff at Baywatch was some of the most friendly and helpful I have encountered. They are very accommodating and nice. One other thing to be aware of is that at the massive and multiple pools, they do play music on the speakers. So if you are on a lower floor, its hard to hear the waves over the music. At night time and early morning it does cut off. You have easy access to the beach also.We would not hesitate to come back here again.

Tower 3 - Room #531 was Awesome! We had a wonderful week in this clean quaint unit. Lovely place to stay. Very Clean and updated. Pools and hot tubs are amazing and lots of other amenities. Highly recommended.

Just arrived. Its a madhouse trying to find a short term parking space to unload. Check in was quick and easy. Room is clean. Great view of ocean.

Great place to stay, away from the main attractions but near great restaurants etc. When traveling here put the name of hotel in GPS. I used the address and it took me to a diff hotel with the same address. I would stay here again.

Lovely, relaxing place to stay. Beautiful views and convenient location to facilitate your vacation. Staff is exceptionally polite and accommodating. Room was beautiful with a beach vibe. We only stayed one night this time but will definitely be back for a longer visit.

The room worked for five people. I was able to make full meals in the full kitchen. Washed and dryer worked but they could wake up the dead on the spin cycles. Two arm chairs should have either been upholstered or replaced. The view from the top, ocean, was beautiful. Could wake up to the sunrise, if you can wake up early enough. Parking (garage) that came with rental was very convenient. The location is great for foot traffic. Shopping, eating scooter/bike/golf cart rentals; all withing walking distance. The beach was lite and patrolled well at night.Never got to explore the whole place but hope to go back.

We booked our stay with Vacasa and no problem with that. Pretty pricey for a 3 nights stay. Got there and realized that parking garage will not be able to accommodate our cargo bin. We asked the bellman if they can store it for us since we weren’t told they have limited open space parking. With absolute rudeness their response was “we cannot do it for you”. Didn’t even check or try to be accommodating at all. We have to haul our cargo bin all the way to our room and store it in our balcony. Not enough towels were given and our first night we found dirty clothes hanged on the bathroom door. This is how much you can tell how clean their rooms are. Room keys did not work the first day and keep getting messed up almost every single day we stayed. We have to keep it reprogrammed every single day. With how much they charge a night, service should have been better. Old rooms, old and smelly carpets…Not coming back ever to this place at all. 👎🏼

I had a group of 7 adults, and we had an amazing time!We stayed in room 1412 in the middle tower. Our room was very clean and beautiful. No issues! The view was absolutely amazing.From our experience, we all would come back to this hotel!No issues for us with parking in the garage, or any elevator issues. The indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs were very clean and amazing!The outdoor bar was alright, drinks were yummy (especially the dirty banana) but expensive and we’re definitely not enough alcohol for the price lol.. beach access was perfect!Also Colt is the absolute best concierge! He helped us, a group of 7 girls with so much stuff, get our things upstairs! He’s the bombOverall 10/10 for our experience!

It was just a place to stay.. nothing special about this hotel. We usually stay at Dunes Village Resort and now I know why it cost so much more. That is one of the best hotels ever!!!. You get what you pay for. Hotel needs to be updated and a fresh coat of paint wouldnt hurt either.

Worst condo ever! No cleaning offered! They offered to send up cleaning supplies and that was yesterday! Im still waiting!! Waiting 6 hours for clean towels. Had to go to front desk to get my own towels. They gave me 3 towels for a group of 14 people. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

1st time here. The hallways are run down and could be cleaner. The parking garage is tight. The view is amazing and they have spot light on top of the hotel shining over the beach and pools. Perfect for the night strolls and safety.

Also they obviously don’t come clean to good cause on our first day here I checked the dresser in my room and there was a singular cigarillo just laying in there like eww. Just not to satisfied with the cleaness and roaches .

I advise you to never even think about booking a stay here. Other members of my party have left reviews criticizing the hotel and they have been deleted. The cleaning is atrocious and here’s why; how clean your room is on check in completely depends on the last person who stayed there. You’re given an entire list of things you must do before you leave. I have no problem with cleaning up my mess before I leave, however it is disgusting that housekeeping hardly cleans before the next guest. It is entirely dependent on the previous guest. Do not stay here. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. My first day here we’ve found toenail clippings, a dirty sock, mold in our bath jets, and so much more. Save yourself the money and hassle by just booking somewhere else

It was wonderful, I first got there the young lady was very polite and explained everything I needed to know right then. I didnt have to ask no question. Everything I wanted to know she gave it to me without me asking her anything. The room was nice and cozy. Everything was nice, clean, n in good order. Housekeeping and other workers was very respectful and polite. I will definitely be staying there again n maybe on my next trip.

The check-in process was a little confusing. Mostly, due to parking. The room itself was dirty. The floors, counters, sheets and blankets were visibly dirty. But, the view is amazing and the amenities are spectacular! The staff were all friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay despite how dirty the room was.

The staff was amazing, the bellmen are super helpful and hard working!! The ocean view condo we had was conveniently located about 1 minute walk to the beach. The amount of pools was amazing!! The bartenders were friendly and fun to talk to. All in all it was a great experience!!

A pretty niche resort at the break of Atlantic beach. Bar and small ice cream shop located in the lobbyFishtails beach bar serves up bar style food and refreshments. Located right outside the beach front with an assortment of water activities. Come try it out.

We stayed at Bay Watch resort in Unit 819 this past week. The complex is older and could use some work. Im sure theres some nice condos but 819 was terrible. All the furniture was worn out. The couch was so uncomfortable you couldnt sit on. I can over look a lot things because youre at the beach but one thing that I couldnt overlook was the fact the unit was nasty, not just dirty but nasty. You had to keep your shoes on at all times. We had to wash everything before we used it. It was a shame that you have to clean and pay a cleaning fee. The kitchen wasn`t fully stocked with pots/pans as advertised. We had to buy stuff to cook with. I would not recommend this unit.

Our family stayed at Baywatch room 1805 from 8/14 to 8/21 it was the worst condo experience I have ever had!! This room was said to accommodate 10 we had 5 adults, 3 children. There was 1 pull out couch and one wicker recliner to sit in, the only other seating was 4 dining room chairs. The kitchen was barely equipped to feed 10 people. There were 8 plates and the bowls werent big enough to eat cereal out of! There was no storage bowls of any kind, and only 2 skillets that were so old and warped, (one the handle was ready to fall off) you couldnt cook in them, we had to buy one to cook breakfast for our family. The beds squeaked with every move, I have never stayed anywhere with any worse bedding. Both lazy rivers were closed down our last 2 days there, you would think that kind of work would be done in the off season! In our original paperwork there was a note that they werent cleaning the rooms because of covid so we had to do our own towels after showering every day. They never came to vacuum at all so we wouldnt put the baby on the floor, not that I would suggest that anyway with the old, worn out filthy carpet! They need to do some serious updates in that condo! Pictures online can be deceiving!!

Pretty decent place to stay, I know this resort you have to be 25+ to check in. Seems less party like vs the other one i was at previously. We did have not the best neighbors, firecrackers at 3 am, leaving towels in the middle of the hallway. There is a lack of the luggage, I would bring your own carts. Also the 15 minute parking is not enforced at all, people were parked there all week, which was a hassle because people started to park and load up in the driveways. Overall not that bad.

To begin with the customer service upon arrival was horrible. The woman at check in was rude and just nasty. I asked her to stop being so rude and she then went on a tirade…when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were ALL in a meeting and could not assist me. When I asked what we could do for our second vehicle I was told “ I don’t know you should have read about vehicle parking when you booked”. Our room was not ready until 4 we’ll we were told we would get a call when it was ready and definitely never received a call so just came back and found out it was ready and had been. One good thing upon returning to finish check in the rude woman was not at the counter anymore. And the new one was pleasant. I brought a cooler to the pool and apparently that’s against the rules but there bar is not open for service either. Kind of Ridiculous to go back and forth to your room to get a drink. We will certainly never stay here again. And would definitely not recommend.

We stayed on an 11th floor unit (1102, East Tower) while visiting NMB from California. Our view of the ocean from the balcony and the bedroom windows was just amazing!! I loved being able to just go downstairs and walk right onto the beach. They also had an indoor and outdoor swimming pool (which we didnt use), a gym, and a gift shop.The building felt and looked structurally sound and I felt safe staying there.The unit itself was a bit dated, but it was completely clean and functional. Only thing that was slightly annoying was the parking garage was not connected to the building, so you had to walk a ways to get to your car. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience and I enjoyed my visit here.

They do not honor what you pay for through a third party if a third party is giving false information on their rooms. Tried speaking to a supervisor and she is not helpful at all. They made us wait on their call in our room just to call us back and tell us to come down just to let us know we need to pay extra for an upgrade which should have been what we had payed for. Not only that, our “penthouse” is a small bedroom that they just added a couch to. They want to charge us extra plus it would only be one night, even though we payed for two nights. And not to mention, the hotel is not very clean and extremely crowded!! Parking garage is separate from the hotel, and you must take an elevator, walk across and then wait in line for the elevator to go up to your floor. How I said, extremely crowded wherever you go except the lobby.. smh. Needless to say, it was supposed to be an oceanfront surprise for my birthday from my husband! Supervisor was not understanding at all of our situation and didn’t try to help, just tried to charge us more. Very disappointed. Even she admitted they have had many problems with whom we booked and still decided to not try and help solve the problem.

Third trip to the baywatch for us. Lots of pools and hottubs, a great spot on the beach not overly crowded. They finally played music over the speakers making our visit that much better. Fun drinks by the poolside.

The Bay Watch Resort was incredible! It was unique and truly a home away from home. My friend, another Leonine celebrating our Birthdays prepared breakfast the next morning. It was griddled pancakes, bacon and loads of fruit! We washed it down with a toast of gold and glitter! The ocean experience every morning helped us plan our entire days. The ocean greeted us every morning, it was literally in our living room. On our final night of stay, we played music, danced, and watched Gods eagles soar nearby with their wings extending to the heavens. The sky was starry, a full moon that was enchanting. We sat on our balcony watching the ocean waves and people beneath surfing, riding bikes and just meditating. Oh, what a magical vacation!Thank YOU, Bay Watch Resort! Fantastic experience. We started for a week and the wife, kiddos and family all loved it. Plenty of space for us all, 3 fill bathrooms, a full kitchen with dishes, pans, etc and the most beautiful view of the beach. The staff were exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. Be sure to try the Italian ice by the pool, its great!

Great experience! Love that there are restaurants/ bars on-site. Only complaint is I requested oceanview and in order to see room, you had to lean over balcony to see.

Location is great the view is beautiful, the pools were nice, beds are pretty comfortable, check in/out was smooth, most of the staff was polite, room was mostly clean at first glance, though very outdated with worn out furniture. I was going to ignore the shortcomings and rate it 4 or 5 stars, but it turns out we had roaches in our unit on the 11th floor, so if they made it all the way up there it must be a pretty serious roach infestation at the hotel. Also, we werent able to use the free perks that were offered with our reservation because the water parks included were already closed for the season during the week.

Check in staff was nice, however they did give false information about the shuttles and bus system.Room and view was beautiful and amazing. the staff in the gift shop tried to not do a return on a defective item but in the end did after a little arguing, the hot tubs are not always hot, and the bathtub had a slow drain, the house keepers were extremely rude and disrespectful and tried to rush us out before check out, and they kept making rude Comments and giving us dirty looks. The manager that did call me back apologized for the house keeping staff and said they would take further action but nothing else was done or offered to make up for this. I did not mention other things to the manager just the housekeeper. Also my aunt was told they only wash the top blanket 1x a month so definitely re wash all linens in room before using them.

Not too bad of a place. Some areas definitely need a touch of finer detail. Some paint was in need of touchups. It just really seems it needs someone to take care of all the finer details.My room was good. A little outdated but probably very nice in its time. Some of the decor just seemed a bit old.Staff was very nice and accommodating which was very nice.

Nice place to stay. Lots to do there and in the local area. Staff was the best Ive seen in a place like this and we were constantly asked if we needed anything. Not in an annoying way but in a way that made us feel like they really wanted us there. Spend your vacation here. I think youll be surprisingly glad you did.

Place is a hot mess. We rented our unit through Elliott Beach Rentals, unit was not clean. We had to sweep the floors, countertops, bathrooms. The hallways are not vacuumed- found a 1 inch cockroach laying upside down dead. There are 3 towers, parking is limited for the high volume of guests. I will NEVER stay here again. Save your money and sanity and look somewhere else. I give one star because Oceanfront.

Tower 1 condo 1705 was absolutely disgusting. Filthy and obviously neglected by its owner. The inside of this condo is decorated with discarded furniture from yesteryear and does not match. There is no care or pride evident in this rental which leads you to believe this is strictly a money making venture with disregard for sanitation and cleanliness.

Housekeeping really needs to learn to clean. Popcorn was on the floor in our room when we first walked in and the oceanfront window in the master room wasnt cleaned while the other ones were. This is with us waiting an additional 50 minutes to get our room because housekeeping was cleaning it. The luggage carts are pretty much non existent if you arent an employee. The pools needed cleaned more often than what they was. Definitely need more elevators for the amount of traffic that goes through. First and last time coming to this resort.

Oh my gosh! Relaxing, beautiful, and affordable! The employees and workers could not be nicer ! The ocean is beautiful and the sand is soft. All of the pools (3) including the lazy river are so nice. They also arent that deep so young children can go in, (around 3 ft. Deep). They also have another pool specifically for really young children ( 1- 4 yrs old) thats only 1ft deep. The rooms are perfect. All of the room include a balcony which is wonderful. There is everything you need close by, restaurants, fast food, surf shop, gift shops, icecream, and nice towns to walk around. At night the resort is beautifully lit up. I like to say, once you come you never want to go back . I will recommend this place 100%

Love staying here. Being right on the beach and all the pools inside and out. The lazy river, hot tubs, entertainment and Fishtails. Great times for many many years.

This place was disgusting. The pictures they showed on Airbnb and Booking.com are lies. When the 5 of us (4 adults and a 1 yr old) arrived to the hotel after a long flight, the hotel room was dirty. The sheets were disgusting, some of the furniture was damaged, the cloth on the furniture was stained and disgusting. The room smelled. One of the closets had old rusted paint cans in it. The front desk supervisor and manager wasnt much help at all. After arguing for 2 hours about getting another room, I finally said give me my money back and Ill go elsewhere. They literally told me to call booking.com to get my money back and have them find me somewhere else to stay. When I protested they said theyd refund the money and I immediately checked out of the room.@

Just checking in the staff was very pleasant and friendly 😀 although one is a big Dallas fan 🙄 I wont hold that against her 🤣

Please do not rent through Elliott Realty..room dirty..mold.tv does not work in either main living room or bedroom..after calling 3 days in a row a very nice repair man tried to fix..one in bedroom needs new tv..did fix living room so we can at least watch..need to put code in every time you enter room..

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in North Myrtle Beach.  Check in was an absolute nightmare.  There are 15 minute loading spaces that people were using as parking spaces so there was no where to park to unload.  There were not enough luggage carts for the volume of people trying to check in at one time.  We ended up carrying most of our stuff from the parking garage over to our tower without a cart.  The parking garage is terrible.  It is so tight trying to navigate and park.  Our hallway to our room had trash and dirty linens laying on the ground almost every day.  The hallway also had a very nasty smell as soon as you got off the elevator.  When we went to check out once again there were no luggage carts because people had put them in their rooms to hold them for the morning.  I would not recommend staying here.  There are much nicer places.  It is not worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay. Our condo unit was very nice. Wish we had a Broom and or swifter mop for the floors.We loved so many pools, our kids favorite, he loved the lazy river- it needs a few more floats, ppl would wait to get one and it wasnt crowded. Had dinner at the outdoor tikibar, the male staff should be friendlier, he acted like he hated his job and had no time when only ppl there was us.

We were not impressed with this hotel. The parking signs say loading and unloading only but people park in them all week so there was nowhere to unload. The beds squeaked so bad we couldnt even sleep. There were not enough towels for all of us so we asked for more...they brought us extras at 11pm. We had an 8 month old and two small children with us so that was a little late. The kitchen had no pots and one pan so we had to buy stuff to cook in. The room next to us had 2 small dogs that barked constantly but the front desk said they couldnt do anything because they didnt manage that particular unit. They left on our 6th night and some young kids came in and got drunk and had a fist fight and threw things at the wall and screamed all night. We called the desk and they sent security at midnight who didnt even knock on the door. He walked back to the elevator and my fiance went to talk to him and he said in his radio that it was just some drunk guys and he wasnt dealing with it. It wasnt very clean, there were not enough accommodations for our 7 person party, and no one was helpful at all.

The hotel was well maintained and staffed. Fresh towels were provided whenever we requested the. The ocean view was great and the kids enjoyed the lazy river and other pools. Enjoyed the stay, will stay again.

It was fine until there was insane drilling and construction being done above our room. When I say insane, I mean headache-causing noise. Loud enough to wake my son up from his nap bawling. When I went to talk to the front desk about it they said “Quiet hours are between 5pm and 7am.” It was 6pm at the time. And not being within quiet hours is no excuse for noise like that. Horrible customer service in dealing with the issue.

My wife thought it only 3 stars. It was cloudy and rainy for are weekend. The fishtails bar was closed the first day because of weather there so did not get to enjoy it. The service and food was good at the sand trap sports bar. I would not call it a sports bar as the TVs where not al showing sports. Location and access to the ocean was great.. Check-in was a pain but it was raining some people where rude as they parked under the canopy for at least 10 minutes blocked the drive through. An ocean view would of been nice. The view we had was terrible; all you could see was the parking lot and the street. May try it again and hope for better weather.

Nice place with several pools and beach view rooms. Do plan to carry your own beach stuff as the resort doesnt include them. Food options are also limited inside the resort.

We had a wonderful stay, great inside staff, amazing views, quiet and relaxingI I DO RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE FOR A SMALL GET AWAY, I only give a 4 star because the day I checked the guy literally hovered over me times me and told me to hurry and unload or he would have to give me some sorta ticket for more than 15min unload reload time, , Not to mention there were cars still parked in same 15min unload spots 3days later, he was quite a JA!!!!! Guess he was on a power trip with that little blue pad he carries around and felt he had authority to treat anyone anyway he wanted or say what he wanted.

We had a studio room great for two wasnt ocean front but we were on the beach all day

Not horrible, but much to be desired. The room didnt smell very clean...because it wasnt. The microwave had spilled food on the glass turntable. The bathroom had fecal matter on the toilet, the cabinet and the door handle. The linen on the sofa bed was gross and we had to get some clean linen before it could be used. Dried up food was on the fridge. Also, I dont recall being informed prior to our stay that there would be no in-stay service, especially with many of the mandates being lifted. They claim to only allow pets during certain months...with the dogs everywhere, it was determined that was a lie...Needless to say, I wont return.

Location is awesome, the resort itself needs a little TLC. Very unclean in certain areas, smelly trash cans on the floors, virtually no housekeeping, no luggage carts available, they say no smoking but I assume thats only for cigarettes because almost everyone was smoking weed everywhere, which is ok, but it seems a little unfair, especially when the unit reaked of old stale smoke. Wild kids running around jumping into pools screaming with absolutely no staff stopping them. Again, beautiful beach, beautiful location just needs better management.

Our wedding was perfect! Diane and Wimberley did an amazing job decorating and coordinating our event! I was impressed with every detail and absolutely loved working with Diane. The resort is in a great location and the entire staff was helpful and courteous each time we stayed. We will definetly make plans here again in the future.. 😀

Our room, the view, the pool and the staff were great!!! The only reason for the 3 stars is the parking. It is awful!! The parking deck is so tight!! Smart cars, fiat, mini coopers and may nothing bigger than a mid-size sedan are great option!!! For large SUVs, trucks and vans it is awful. We have a large family so we drive our suburban.

Room needs better cleaning. Breakfast stills closed. I love everything else but will no come back base on the room no been detailed clean.

A great place to stay while on vacation. Nice clean resort with so much to do. All ages will enjoy their stay. I was on the 9th floor ocean front view. Beautiful view. I will def staying there again in 2022. Highly recommend Bay Watch Resort.

The whole place was absolutely beautiful, my best friend and I enjoyed and didnt want to leave. The only problem we had there was that we rented through Airbnb, we were locked out of our room for 2 hours due to the lock on on the door was not properly working. We contacted the owner of the penthouse room, she had to send a maintenance guy to fix the door, which took him an hour to get to us. The battery was dead inside the lock. The owner did not compensate us for being locked out for 2 hours off of something that was not our fault and that should have been checked before we arrived for our vacation, we went to the front desk to see if they could help, the employees tried to help us as much as possible and they were very friendlyand great. Even though that happened to us, we will go back but never rent from the Airbnb that we choose ever again.

Room 235 was filthy dirty. I rented through an outside company so this unit is privately owned and rented out. All the furniture felt damp. There was some kind of hair on all furniture and floor. The whole room from the time we walked in stunk. The sink in both the bedroom and bathroom was corroded along with bathtub. I have COPD and on oxygen and still couldn’t breathe from the bad smell. No parking anywhere. It was so crowded the elevator hallways were packed like sardines in a can. Thank God the place I booked from got us out and another condo miles away from this gross place. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Overall very nice stay. Our room was nice and updated. The only reason it was not a five star was due to being generally outdated. I was also not a fan of paying 15 dollars a peice for buffet style breakfast. In my opinion, just tack it onto the charge of the room and call it continental.

Was very pleased with our room. Big tub, great view and very clean. Blow dryer didnt work but maintenance had a brand new one put in under 30 minutes. Fantastic value for the money. Will be coming back for sure.

Need to up date the rooms. Its rust every where. Who wants to put their food in an oven with rust in it. My celling paint was falling down. But other then that was a good trip not great

We were missing two blankets for two of the beds and a frying pan for the kitchen. That was just minor stuff. We brought extra blankets from home so we were good (hated to bother front desk over that.) It was an absolutely fabulous time. Way more perks than I knew I was getting and when we called about a maintenance issue, they were on top of it in minutes. Highly recommend and we will return!!

Like the room it was clean, comfortable beds ,quiet . The only complaint is the hallways are not cool,they are 🔥. And theres no ice machines on the floors that they tell you their own.

We liked the hotel. It was clean and maintained. We loved all the pools. The room was nice and clean. The only bad thing was the mattress. We both had horrible sleep every night and woke up with back pain.

So many options for food and fun at this resort! A wonderful vacay spot for families and couples.

My family visited for the weekend, and I am very pleased with our stay for the second time at this location! The room was clean and comfortable, and staff called to make sure we had everything we needed shortly after check in, and also said hello with a smile everytime my kids waved when we walked by the front desk, even when they were helping other customers. The pools were heated to a comfortable temperature, so my kids were able to enjoy it, without the fear of them getting hypothermia. Great easy access to the beach as well. We will be back for sure!

Restaurants... food were great.This post is strictly to let others know about Bay Watch Tower 1, Unit 402.This unit was absolutely horrible. Very nasty... Mold in the blender ... Powdery white substance all over the sofa (looked like someone had eaten white powder sugar donuts) ... Dried spaghetti sauce on the place mats for the kitchen table... There was dried food on the sliding glass doors, living room TV, kitchen counters, kitchen sink spigot, and chairs for the dining room table.Bad mold at the bottom of bathroom sink... The floors had not been swept nor the carpets vaccumed.On a positive note... The refrigerator... stove...oven..and toaster oven were clean.Elliott Realty is aware and stated they are handling the situation.

Well for starters my wife went to wash clothes in the room and the washer would not spin the water out of our clothes. We tried 2 or 3 times and still full of water. Went to use the dryer and it wasnt drying our clothes. The drum wasnt turning to dry them. We also paid for room service and never seen anyone the whole time we was there. I wasnt very impressed on our stay

Very nice place. Every apartment is independently owned so I cant speak for all room but the building and grounds were constantly being kept clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was spectacular. Everything I wanted. The workers were nice. The condo was amazing.

Resort staff is very friendly and helpful. Public areas were clean including the elevators and the public restrooms. Food was pretty good on the resort. Brenda and Noah were busy during the busy happy hour at the inside grill due to short staffing (help wanted signs everywhere in MB) but still did a fantastic job. Nice pools and an amazing beach. We rented room 420 through VRBO and it was perfect for the 2 of us with washer and dryer and updated kitchen and bath. Would certainly visit here again if staying in NMB.

Bay Watch is showing its age. Furniture and bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No dishwasher, ice maker, ice trays, or washer/dryer. Clean, and the pools are nice.

Very nice condos. All individually owned of course, so I can only speak for ours which was very nice and updated! We we on the 8th floor and had a huge balcony that stretched across our living room and master bedroom with a door going out from each. All windows across the back so I was able to lay in bed and watch the waves! We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. They have several pools indoor and out, multiple Jacuzzis indoor and out. Lazy rivers, indoor and out! The outdoor pools are heated. My only complaint would be the parking. There is only a garage and it is an absolute nightmare to maneuver for anything bigger than a midsized car. It was awful and it was far from our building. We were in Bay Watch Tower 1 and it was the furthest from the garage. I got a ton of anxiety every time I had to leave or come back! But other than that, our stay was nice.

Good place to stay pet friendly I noticed. Plenty of pools here for kids.

Positive: I love the location. I liked the fact that it was oceanfront. Customer service was great from the front desk to room service and maintenance. Everyone was very nice and professional. Negative: The furniture was old,the beds were extremely uncomfortable: bed and pillows. Room service did bring more pillows and they were a little better.

My family and I had a blast here this Summer! The beach access was so nice, all the pools were nice and fun, yes we had to swim in every single pool they had because of the kiddos. I just wish I would have booked our room through Baywatch Resort itself, because we booked through a third party our check in process was awful! I will never book through Vrbo EVER AGAIN! We drove 13hrs with 2 children under the age of 8, and we just wanted to get into our room and breathe for a minute. But for almost 2 hrs, we were starting to think that we werent going to be able to get in our room, because NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. WE WERE IN TEARS!! So my only advice is dont ever book through the Vrbo site...

I enjoyed the indoor Spas. The jets were great plenty of power. The rooms were adequate with all kitchen utensils with dishwasher. Great location with Neat bar.

I utilized Baywatch for my wedding ceremony and reception in the Ocean Drive ballroom and it was above and beyond what I couldve imagined! Diane and Wimberly helped me plan everything remotely and they delivered way above expectation. The view is beautiful, there was plenty of space, the food was incredible! I highly recommend!!

Great resort for families with multiple pools and lazy rivers. Good parking in garage and on site restaurants.

W always choose the same condo every year. Its always clean. We just love Elliott realty because their units are never sub par. They are always immaculate. Thanks Elliot Realty!

No coolers allowed at the pool and they have security walking around policing that rule. Watched the security pick up someones small cooler and take it inside. Seems like a money racket to make you buy drinks and food at their bar. Room was ok. Sand piled up around the edges of the rooms when we checked in so could be better.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here.Pros: on the beach, in a not so congested area.Cons: found a hair in the bathtub, a large bug on the floor, run-down sofa, bed with no box springs. The handout stayed there were beach towels and chairs in the unit and there were not.There are 3 small pools, a lazy river, a kiddie pool, and an indoor pool on premises. Beach access didnt have a handicap access that I found.

We loved the pools and hopped from one to another. Walked out to beach weather permitting. The indoor pools were great for rainy day. Hopefully will get back here again.

An amazing room for the money. Spectacular views from the living room and balcony of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The balcony also overlooks the hotel’s outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. We had one bedroom with two queen-size beds, and a murphy bed in the living room. One bath and a full kitchen with dishwasher. We only spent one night here, so we didn’t get a chance to fully explore everything the hotel had to offer, but we did have dinner in the sports bar overlooking the beach. The food was delicious, and the staff was super personable. The room may have been a privately owned condo, because the décor was nicer than you’d expect from a hotel, but the living room area rug needed cleaning. Hallways, elevators and some common areas needed cleaning and TLC. After loading/unloading luggage, parking is in separate parking garage. All told, it was a fantastic deal and a memorable stay!

I give this hotel a 3/10 the room was pretty clean but it had a weird smell , the beds weren’t really comfortable , they were hard. The key pass to open your hotel room are very weird you can’t have it near your phone because it would get connected to your phone and then you would have to go to the front office and get it activated again ! And lastly the pools , the lazy river pool had a cockroach , and two of the big pools had a cockroach! They don’t clean the pools !
