This was our first time staying at this resort but it won t be the last. Our two bedroom condo in Jasmine Tower was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and simple lunches and snacks. Everything worked well. The pools and hot tubs were well maintained. I will recommend this resort to friends. We were pleasantly surprised at what a great value this was. Our daughter found this resort online and booked it for us on the way down. The staff we met was professional and helpful.

Very impressed! We were a little worried because of a few reviews mentioning that some villas had mold and run down. Which may be the case with some but ours was so nice!! We stayed in 513OM - Barbados Three Bedroom House. It was very clean, smelled good, and had everything we needed. Short walk to the pool. The pool area is a little dated. There were a lot of people on a Saturday. We have two small children (1 and 3) and they enjoyed playing in the kiddie pools. Also there is easy access to the beach which was great.

Very poor accommodations and service. Frequent the resort for over seven years but the quality of the room and service was substandard. Room was musty that produced poor air quality. Told there were no other rooms available. Sofa was stained. Carpet was dirty and buckled - quite obvious it needs to be replaced. Dining table scratched and bed night stand was unstable. Took 45 minutes for someone to disarm the carbon monoxide device- no apologies for the delay and entered without a masked. Rating this experience a 1 is far too generous.

The two bedroom condo was spacious and seemed clean. However, the place is so dated. And the furniture so old. I wouldn’t sit on anything but the bed and the outdoor furniture.The resorts restaurant was under renovation which was a big negative for a facility of this size.The pool area is huge. There are many pools of different shapes and sizes. Some pools look oriented for families with young children and one pool was just for adults - it had a swim up bar. The pool bar was staffed with very professional and friendly folks.

We stayed in one of the houses, which was an absolute blessing when traveling with a toddler. From the moment that we checked in we had friendly service. All of the staff from the check in to the complimentary shuttle to the towel staff were friendly. The gentleman that was driving the shuttle had the most amazing personality and a great spirit, he even helped my son and I into the shuttle who was overstimulated and cranky. I totally recommend this place.

Best resort experience we had. Nothing to complain about. Rooms nice and clean and big. Quiet end of Myrtle Beach. You want be disappointed. Lots of pools and kid pools and easy beach access.

Where to begin? If you are looking at reviews to make a decision to stay or not, stop looking and just book your vacation. One of the best vacations I’ve had in a while, totally worth it. Couldn’t ask for more and everything has been thought through. Accommodation was 5🌟 Hospitality is great! Pools were amazing and cleaner and not salt water like all other pools in the area. Definitely going back here again and here alone if I go to Myrtle beach again. Rooms were kept super clean and only suggestion I would make for the place itself is to provide a better and faster internet service either free or for a small daily price to attract long term tech professionals to be able to work remote from here.

North Beach Plantation use to be our favorite place to visit before COVID-19, we would visit at least 3 times a year. This was our first visit (anywhere) since the pandemic and we were totally disappointed. The cleanliness of our room was awful the sheets and pillows were nasty and the toilet oh my goodness. Fortunately we brought our own Clorox bleach, wipes and Lysol. So we had to clean our own room and requested for fresh linen and pillows(which they stated they didnt have anymore 🙄☹️). This was the most unbelievable disappointing visit for us ever. We came to enjoy and unwind. 🤔

OMGEEEE!!!!! We feel in LOVE with this place!!! We have been to Myrtle Beach years ago and had no desire to go back...BUT this resort has definitely changed our view of Myrtle Beach.If you are looking for a more laid back getaway this is it! You can relax and feel like you are in a world of your own. The resort is close enough to the boardwalk/strip so you can party at night (if you desire) and return to the serenity of the resort when the party is over.The atmosphere is AMAZING! My husband and I reconnected and feel deeper in love here! If I could give 100 🌟 I absolutely would! Our only regret is that we didnt stay longer! We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom condo in the Jasmine tower unit 1415. This condo was so dirty. The sofa was dirty had stains on it. The dinner table chairs was dirty have stains on them. The walls was chipping and needed to be repainted.The carpet was dirty. This condo was a 1 or 0. I was disappointed in North Beach I expected more out of 4.5 star resort. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at inNorth Myrtle Beach.

Or new favorite destination at myrtle beach!! 3 bedroom condo was perfect, the pools left enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The span of the beach in front is perfect. I do not recommend the burgers from the poolside grill however, not good at all, really gross, gray and full of liquid.

My family vacation was here 2021. We had an awesome time. We have been here two other times. Theres something for everyone.

Came out here for a family reunion and was so upset with our reservations. The rooms and beds were so uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed in my room had a dip in it, so if you rolled to the other side you would be in it. The carpet throughout the rental was disgusting, as well as the walls. We had a little patio in the back of the rental that was screened in but the screen on the bottom of the door was torn open. We informed housekeeping of the matter and they never came to fix it. The resorts saving grace is the many outdoor pools and easy access to the beach.

The resort was very relaxing and the staff extremely friendly. Rooms very nice. However my only complaint the food in the resort over priced and terrible. To have a captured group. The food should be better. Nice to be able to get good food and have to leave the resort. Especially in a wet bathing suit

Nice resort. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner. All in all its a very nice resort. Will go back again Im sure. Ill just request that it be cleaned to perfection next time. No streaks on the fridge and microwave from doing a quick wipe down instead of a thorough cleaning/disinfecting job.. Take the stove apart when cleaning. You know things of that nature that should be expected from a nice resort like this. Also, check out time is horrible. I waited almost over an hour to get on the elevator. There arent that many elevators in the towers so they definitely need to come up with a better solution for check out/check in times. Its a pandemic and the elevators should not be jam packed just because people want to crowd into the elevator due to the fact that they have waited for over an hour just to get downstairs. It was absolutely horrible.

I have to say that this amazing place lived up to the 5 star reviews it has earned. My family and I stayed in the Tower unit 1404 Indigo. The resort was well cleaned and spacious. I also appreciated that our unit had a recliner. This was helpful for my wifes back issues. The only inconvenience we experienced was that the smoke detectors in our room went off at any use of the oven. I didnt want to leave this amazing resort and look forward to returning.Www

We stayed in one of the cottages and loved it! Short shuttle to the resort and beach. The shuttle driver was the kindest man, the resort staff great, and everything was clean! From check -in to check-out we had a great experience. Check-in for us went smoothly and they even let us check-in an hour early. Its a very short walk to barefoot landing from our cottage which we enjoyed. We did have one issue with changing the reservation name and lost our breakfast vouchers in the process, however, during check-in there was an envelope with coupons in it for breakfast for us! Thank you very much to the staff for making this stay such a positive experience.

We arrived one day late due to a canceled flight. The manager Shannon was very accommodating and did not charge us for the 1st night. The property is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable beds, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area is outstanding and only steps away from the ocean. Cant wait to come back!

My family has stayed here several times over the years. We needed to move our reservation due to Covid numbers increasing in August and having small kids. I was one day out of the time and the front desk did assist me. We were set to arrive next week, but now I have a child in quarantine because of Covid. When I called the front desk, the lady I spoke with said they were allowing reservations to be moved because of this. When I called back with options for new dates she stated the manger, John, would not allow it because they already moved our reservation one time. I spoke with John, explained our situation and that my child is not out of quarantine until the 20th. As a nurse caring for Covid patients, I cannot knowingly travel under these circumstances. I would feel completely irresponsible and knowingly putting other people at risk. I ask if there was anyone else I could speak to, I do not want money back just another chance to move my reservations because my child is in quarantine. His response, there is nothing else I can do to help you. Thank you, I appreciate that!

It was a beautiful condo, cleaning was definitely lacking. In the midst of looking for a missing necklace, under the couch cushions hadnt been vacuumed, behind the dressers and places like that definitely need deep cleaning.

Everything about this resort were 5 star. From the moment I called to make a reservation through my stay and check out was a breeze. Any questions, issues, concerns were handled professional. I will be back.

We had another fantastic year. This is our third time visiting the Resort and I couldnt think of staying in another facility. I would give this five stars, but there were some kitchen essentials that were missing. There were very limited drinking glasses and not enough utensils for more than one meal, as well as no pot holders to take anything out of the oven. But definitely not enough to ruin our vacation, just minor inconveniences. Overall, we will be back again next April and August!

We had an absolute blast very pretty, well maintained, The check in process is long but very informative please be prepared for that. We stayed in one of the cantor two Bedroom villa and we loved it! The entire resort is beautiful! employees very polite and helpful.Location very good.I loved everything, I’ll come back for sure.

The resort is beautiful, with a stunning facade as you drive up. The pool area is vast with multiple pools for all ages, including two pools for little ones, one with a slide. The resort staff in general were very helpful and friendly, from check in, housekeeping, and the pool area. We observed the hard-working pool staff clean and ready the pool area every day, their day starting very early in the mornings. We noted two dings that pertained to us - one was the two smoking areas in the center front of the resort - difficult to avoid coming in or out of the resort buildings. We dont begrudge smokers, but maybe the area could be in a little more out of the way area. The second was the very limited parking for larger and taller vehicles. There was parking out front to accommodate larger vehicles, but there were no signs to prevent smaller vehicles from parking there as well. The resort does have a multi-level parking garage to fit regular sized vehicles, but with the limited outdoor spaces, it was very stressful at times to find a spot when returning to the resort.All in all, our grandkids LOVED both the pools and the beach, and were very sad to see the trip end. Well definitely be back!

North Beach Resort & Villas is my preferred place to stay when in the Myrtle Beach area. The homes and condos are clean, well furnished, and provide amazing views of the beach. The pools and great for family and adult fun alike. I love this resort.

Room outdated, unfriendly staff, and the little food they had was over priced and terrible. The bar waters the drinks down and charges outrageous prices. Pool were kept nice and they were stunning, location and beach perfect. The staff is my biggest complaint. Paying for a high price for a premium resort I never have a problem with but it better be coming with good customer service and I got treated like our family didn’t matter I only gave 1 star for the pool’s but the staff taking care of it were horrible.

The specific villa or house that we rented was not in good condition. There were many stains on the furniture and walls. There were broken fixtures and the cooking supplies were minimal. There were so many light bulbs that were out that the maintenance guy had to go back and get another large box of bulbs. The A/C stopped working at one point. They did get that fixed fairy quickly. The employees were very nice, but for the price we paid, there condition of the home was unacceptable and should have been in better shape when we arrived or we should have been made aware of the stains and broken items before. The grill was nasty and usable. There was only two pots and one pan to cook with for a four bedroom house that sleeps 11 people. Some of the stains on the bathroom walls appeared to be old blood stains as well. We did however enjoy the pools. They were very nice.

I really appreciated the fact that there was no smoking allowed here. It was nice to sit on the balcony and actually be able to enjoy it. Our room could have used some minor maintenance (a fresh coat of paint to take care of some previous signs of water damage and a spot where someone must have pulled something off the wall and took some paint with it, fixing slow drain in one of the bathrooms, and realigning the washer/dryer stacking) but it was spacious and clean and had a ton of storage space to get our things out of the way. We would love to see the Seaside Cafe have a kitchen so if we wanted different things like Belgian waffles or eggs other than scrambled we could get that. Otherwise, there are plenty of food places and things to do in the area but long wait times during peak season. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 11 years but we never stayed at North Beach Resort and Villas before. What a wonderful hidden gem!! This was more than just a condo on the beach, this was a Caribbean-like resort experience. After the past year of dealing with Covid, and being confined to the house, I was REALLY needing to get away. This resort was exactly what we needed. I will definitely be coming back!

North Beach was a family friendly resort. The beach access and frontage was superb. The pool atmosphere was a nice change of pace when we needed something different. Our accommodations were comfortable and the resort is close to many fun activities. We enjoyed our time at North Beach thoroughly!

Loved the resort. Have been coming to Myrtle Beach our 30 years and out 5 resorts we have used over the years this was the best. Will definitely be using again in the future.

This place was amazing. There was plenty of amenities for the family to enjoy and if you have kids, its a kid-friendly place. You will enjoy the many pools! My family and I felt safe during our entire stay(we stayed on the 18th floor). I do suggest, you take your own pot or two if you plan to cook. Some of the pots need to be replaced. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Beautiful view from the balcony in the Indigo Tower! The condo was large and nicely furnished. The bathroom was a dream and the entire weekend in the space was lovely.

We are a family of 22 and rented two homes. One of the homes was modern and updated. The other home was old, dirty, and had not been updated or rugs/furniture cleaned in years. There was a leak in the master bedroom which ran down to the living area. The mold was evident on the ceiling. The maintenance dept attempted to fix but needed to open the ceiling and could not do that while we were there. There were no vacant homes or condos, and no vacant hotels in the area to accommodate us. We had to stay in that home for a week. Thank goodness we were able to spend most of our time with family at the other home. The Resort did make a slight compensation, but not enough to our liking. Although the grounds and resort area were very nice, the living condition did put a damper on our vacation.

Location was awesome, hotel staff was great, room could use some updating and be cleaner.

Really nice resort and CLEAN, which is not common for Myrtle Beach. My husband and I booked a one bedroom ocean front condo, while my mom booked a 2 bedroom villa. Both accommodations were lovely. I felt right at home. The bathrooms were clean. The finishings were modern. The appliances were updated. My moms villa even had a Kuerig. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 was because there were too many maskless guests and Im immunocompromised.

Would recommend and will be back, just be watchful for quite a few roaches around the resort in general. Our stay was positive for the most part; however, there was miscommunication when we booked and we were placed in the wrong unit. We still managed to have a good time, and the steakhouse was worth the $1200 bill. It was amazing!

Accommodations, pools and beach were perfect, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There’s lots of rules, such as cannot access beach through pool area with your beach chair, which was somewhat inconvenient. Also, outside food is not allowed, which would be okay if the food from snack bar was edible. I’m very curious as to what type of meat is in the burgers?? I am not a fussy eater, but those burgers were beyond horrible and the hot dogs were ever so slightly better. If you’re going to force your guests to eat your food, it should be a whole lot better.

Very beautiful place to stay!!! We stayed in one of the cottages 2bedroom/2bathroom and it was gorgeous!! It was equipped with everything you need plus more..Pool area had so many pools to swim and relax in and the pool bar drinks were good..My 6 year old enjoyed the kiddie pool with slide..Even had a shuttle to take us back to the cottage after a long day at the pool area definitely an A++ for that!! Definitely would be returning next year!!!

North Beach Resorts is a beautiful vacation resort that we have stayed at for the past two years. Last year, everything was amazing, but this years condo (Unite 1501 in the Indigo Tower) was awful. There is water damage on the walls, furniture is broken and stained, and there was dust and dirt all over the condo. In 2020, we stayed in Unit 1901 in Indigo Tower and it was beyond my expectations with amenities and cleanliness, but this year was a definite disappointment. The pictures listed on the website are definitely not a true representation of Unit 1501. Some major work needs to be done to this unit before it should be rented again. With regards to the amenities at the resort, they were well kept and the staff that we met along the way were great (especially John who shuttled us around for the last three days of our stay--he was fantastic). I would suggest anyone considering Unit 1501, look for another unit. Definitely not worth the money we paid to rent for a week. Based on our experience this year, I will be very cautious before I book again which is really sad, because I love the location and the amenities, but the condo was very disappointing.

Nice, clean, spacious condo, needs some updating. The mattresses left alot to be desired, flimsy and I had to put a pillow behind my back to keep from falling downhill. Not as many amenities as other resorts Ive stayed in at the beach but nice enough. Rules that are not posted such as no wagons or carts in pool area which made it difficult with an infant and toddler. Wagon had to be taken back to room and repack bags to take back to pool. Staff would not allow us to unload and take wagon back out. Also, gates to pool were locked except main entrance, we went to closest gate to our room and had to walk back around. Once we learned all these unwritten rules the hard way we had a more pleasant trip. Friendly staff. Beautiful Oceanfront rooms. Large balcony.

Absolutely beautiful. The Condo we stayed in (702) exceeeded any expectations I had. Beautifully laid out and beautiful decor. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here when I visit Myrtle Beach again.

My mother and I had a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable time. We will be back very soon. There wasnt anything disappointing expect for the fact that we had to leave so soon.

I stayed at 438 Banyan. We did not use the backyard because the chair cushions were dirty and the grill wasnt cleaned before we got there. The couch had stains. The customer service is excellent.

Great trip! We just got back from a 7 day trip 4 kids 5-10 years old and 2 couples. We stayed in the 3 bedroom Magnolia and it was incredible. Highly recommend the Jasmine Tower if you want direct ocean AND pool front. Beach was insane busy but thats just a public beach in July so we expected that. Great family vacation! North Beach staff were really nice and always very professional. The house we rented this time needed a really good cleaning and a few minor plumbing repairs. The kitchen sink leaked and the master toilet was loose.

Positive: The 2 rm room was huge with a full kitchen. The grounds were nice & the resort was full of pools targeted to different age groups. My daughters enjoyed the lazy river. Being on the beach but across the street from Boardwalk made location ideal. Negative: The room was dirty and out of date. We spent an hour cleaning it upon checkin. The carpet was vary warn w/ wrinkles. The washer was full of mold. Towel were tossed by the front door. The tv had several images burned in & most workers appeared overworked.

We checked in and were given limited information unless we asked, got to our villa and there was a toilet in front of the entrance. They were in the middle of repairing our room. When we went back to share this info there was no apology even offered and we were told that was the only villa available so we had to just wait for it to be fixed. Dont even bother ordering mixed drinks or food by the pool. The food is inedible and the drinks are so small served in tiny plastic cups. The WI-FI is also awful and slow. We had to tether off our phones instead. It is also very crowded at the pool and beach area which I guess we should have expected. Not worth the money in my personal opinion. On the positive side our villa was clean and the location was convenient for Barefoot Landing.

This is our fifth year staying in your community at a 3 or 4 bedroom home. The homes have always been great, however this years home was disappointing. We stayed at 451 Banyan. First, sadly there was no safe in the home. Four adult men spending 5 days golfing, eating at high scale restaurants, etc have alot of cash and we have always appreciated the safe in the home. Second, the bolts holding the master bath toilet to the floor were completely rusted away. The bowl was wobly and every time I sat down I felt as though the bowl was going to fall over. Third, the dryer vent hose was broken/disconnected and there was dryer dust all over the laundry room after approx 15 minutes of running the dryer. The gentleman who came to fix it was professional and courteous. Lastly, the washer and dryer appeared to be over 20 years old. We love the resort but I would never recommend anyone stay at 451B.

Overall a nice place with many great houses and condos in a gated community. Lots of amenities. Great for families. Easy access to beach. Very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, etc.

This place is totally amazing. The oceanfront property with its beautiful views are breathtaking. The resort pool area with 5 different pools and 4 jacuzzis is great. Our condo was roomy and each adult had their own space. We will return!

This Resort is AMAZING! I highly recommend them! Me and my family stayed in one of the beach houses directly across the bridge.The house was very well maintained, it was obvious that it was cleaned prior to my arrival, which I truly do appreciate. The maintenance and front desk staff that I had the pleasure of coming in contact with were professional and friendly. This is one of the best resorts that Ive stayed at thus far! There is something here to accommodate everyone, from families, couples, girls trips, etc. Thank you North Beach Resort! We are already planning our next family vacation!

The room and resort are great, but the food at the pool is a shame. The bun was obviously stale and burger itself was the generic 50-cent flower-shaped frozen patty that clearly had never seen a grill. I swear they boiled it frozen and dropped it on a stale bun. The attention to detail with the food didnt match the rest of the resort.

Completely frustrating. We havent even stayed here but viewed it as an option. Ive been organizing a family vacation for a few weeks at one of their condos, the price skyrocketed on Monday! Went from average $780 a night to over $950! Then we looked at Villas which were about $526 average per night as of yesterday, confirmed with everyone regarding cost and went to book to find its now $800 a night! Called and they werent helpful at all. Asked if we can get the rate that was just yesterday and said they couldnt do it. Now we have to scramble and look somewhere else. Extremely frustrating.

We booked a two bedroom apartment, and the room was so spacious and beautiful! It looked exactly as pictured. The entire resort is beautiful! Our view was like a little piece of heaven. Check in was exceptional. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very welcoming! The only thing I wish the resort would add are heated pools. The water was a bit cool for the babies. Overall, everything was great! Thank you for our beautiful stay!

Overall a great place to stay. Superb pool area, rooms were clean, staff was amazing, and breakfast and poolside drinks were excellent. I could drink my weight in Tipsy Turtles. Several minor issues drag down cost to value for me though. Check-in experience was hectic with layout and technical issues. Getting in and out of property seems more tedious than necessary and depending on where your room is located, may require a lot of walking or waiting for elevators.

This resort is just absolute perfection. It has just about everything you would want or need. The gym is clean with state-of-the-art equipment. Hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes are provided for safety. Patrons are respectful of cleaning each equipment after use. The pool deck has more than enough room for guests to spread out with various pools and hot tubs. There’s also an indoor pool with lazy river. The swim up bar is fully stocked with all the drinks you could possibly want. The grill always has a line for delicious snacks or quick lunch. You can also order drinks and food from your own private cabana. There are two beach access manned by resort staff for any assistance you may have. Our condo is spacious with everything you need for cooking (if you so choose), stemware for drinking, jacuzzi tub, and a huge balcony overlooking the pools and beach. Resort staff comes daily to provide fresh towels. And when you want some shopping and more food offerings, Barefoot Landing is just across Kings Highway. We loved our stay at North Beach Resort. Definitely five stars.

This place is a perfect vacation destination. Beautiful Villas and great location. So many shops and food places within walking distance ❤️❤️❤️

Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Soap, shampoo, condition, lotion, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent paper towels were available. In hindsight I would pack coffee filters, my own laundry detergent and salt and pepper. Ice is for sale on site. If you have reusable chillers for the cooler those are handy as the ice maker makes just enough for drinks.

We had an absolute blast and the view was amazing. The check in process is long but very informative please be prepared for that. We stayed in the jasmine towers on 18th floor and it was truly worth every dollar. When we needed anything guest services delivered within minutes. My children loved that there was direct access to the pool and beach. There are like 8 pools so even when it’s crowded there isn’t an overwhelming number of people in one pool.Our room was beautiful and I loved the tile floor. Our shower was huge and the rooms were far enough apart where our children could run and play without making too much noise. This was a great experience and I’m so thankful to the staff for their work.

Decent play to go, but DO NOT go to Myrtle Beach unless you want to cook all your meals. The wait times to grovel to get into a restaurant is about 2-3 hours per night. Very few people are working as cooks, wait staff, bus boys, etc., so most restaurants are operating at 30-50% capacity. The people who are working are irritable because they are either overworked or oversubscribed with vacationers who are still paying top dollar for poor/no service. Its a no win situation. Do not put yourself in that position because it is a waste of money...unless you bring your own food and cook in your room.

We’ve stayed twice in the towers and love this resort. It doesn’t have a lot of food options, but there is a breakfast cafe in the towers, a pool side grill, bar and an upscale steakhouse that was absolutely delicious! The best thing is you don’t really have to leave the resort, you have washers and dryers, full kitchens, pool, bar, and beach access. Just a super clean, friendly, homey place to relax.

I would love to have giving this place five stars. The resort is great. The rooms are clean and the view is beautiful. But check-in was terrible. The person checking my wife in was rude. And on top of that she told us the wrong room number and gave us the wrong place to park. This is our first staying here and will possibly stay again. Get pass check-in and everything else is perfect.

GREAT LOCATION , GREAT AMENITIES . most unit managed by North Beach Resort and Villas NEED CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. Try to rent directly from owners and/or look for the properties managed by the owners. Otherwise, it is the probably one of the best locations in North Myrtle Beach

Wonderful place! Our condo was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Access to the beach and all the pools is quick and easy. The security at the property is reassuring, yet not invasive. The absolute best place to stay in the Myrtle Beach area!

Been there twice and I loved it both times.

Room is not cleaned well, stains all over on the 1970s green sofa, dirty dining room table and chairs and non-luxury room for a luxurious price. The resort pools look nice but I rather sleep in my car. Had to put sheets on the sofas just so my family could sit down.

Loved our first time stay at North Beach Resort and Villas. We stayed in a Villa house - we had 11 people and fit perfectly. The manager at check in was awesome and the check in process took less than 5 minutes - including standing in line. Not used to that. The house was amazing. It needed to be cleaned better because our feet became black after walking barefoot on the floors and there were cobwebs in the corners. The staff were all very friendly and nice. We called the front desk a couple of times to get assistance because our internet in the house wasn’t working and another when we needed trash bags and after being told they would get right on it we never seen anyone. Other than those couple of things our stay was great. We are happy with the resort and would like to return in the future.

Great customer service, clean rooms and you have everything you need at this resort. My family have been coming here several times a year and each time we enjoy our stay.

Great resort! This was our 3rd visit. We have stayed in a different home unit each time. The resort area is quiet and not as busy as Myrtle Beach. We like staying here in North Myrtle Beach. All of the accommodations are top quality. We will definitely be back again.

Best resort in North Myrtle! We will continue to return for years to come. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. The views of the ocean, especially from the higher floors, are incredible. There is a pool for everyone (babies all the way to seniors) and is always a staff member holding open the gates, making it contact free. We enjoyed the swim-up tiki bar - a must for hot days! The beach access is convenient even with toting small children and all their stuff and we love the proximity to Barefoot Landing, the on site steakhouse, plus the mexican restaurant, the ice cream/coffee shop and Hamburger Joes all within 5 minutes.

The resort is going downhill. The carpets are stained. Beds are horrible. Lazy river was gross. My daughter broke out in a rash after getting in the pool. Very loud. Master Bedroom lets in lots of early morning sunlight and you can’t block it. Getting to parking garage is really tough depending upon which tower you’re in. The TVs are old and the furniture is old. Very overpriced. We will not be back.

Im not 1 to leave negative reviews. My family has stayed here 2-3 times per year for 5 years. Its been going down hill each year. They scheduled our reservation incorrectly and instead of manager calling me back she just cancelled reservation without a call. Well be staying at newer resorts from now on.

I had the best time here. I will be back!! The pools the staff, the villa I stated in was great!! My family had a blast. The Cinzia spa gave me the best spa experience I ever had in my life. You will not be disappointed coming here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and had an excellent experience! The staff was kind and accommodating, it was nearby amazing restaurants, the beach was clean, the room spacious, great stay overall. There is a shuttle service that will take you wherever you need (within the resort) and the driver was awesome! If you like to go out and about, I would consider getting a rental vehicle, as most of the tourist attractions are several miles away. Those Lyft charges really add up. That all being said, North Beach will definitely be a yearly destination for us. Great job, guys!

We had a wonderful stay at North Beach Resort and Villas. The staff was friendly and always lending a hand. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The pool area was clean and the water was so clear. The beach area was very well maintained and clear of any debris during our stay. The staff around the pool bar were great with keeping up with food and drink orders and would remember what you wanted the next time around. We will be going back. Thank you all for such a great stay.

Very nice condos, great pools. Parking and elevators are limited. Condo was mostly clean with some stains. Our washer broke. But they actually brought a new one after 2 days. Not bad, but not the best either.

Home away from home. The only place my family and I stay when we visit the area and we make it a goal to go at least once a year.

Wonderful experience for sure! My family and I will definitely be back. We had an amazing beach/ocean view from our room. The condo was extremely spacious and they have the best customer service. If I had to call for anything they always took care of my needs. I will definitely return to this amazing resort!

The fact that you can not have beach tents in Myrtle Beach is ridiculous! The fact that it is not more publicized is even worse. No reason given on why you cant have golf carts at the villas?? Saw plenty of them driving around. People putting towels on pool chairs and then not using them for hours is terrible. Food at the pool bar was terrible and drink were over priced considerably. Would not recommend Myrtle Beach to anyone nor the North Beach Resort and Villas

The resort is very nice and the condos are spacious and very nice!! The pools and grounds are well maintained!! The spa is amazing - a must every time we visit!! Check in was quick and on time!! We highly recommend North Beach Resort for a home away home stay!!

When we check in at 4pm we were told we would have to wait due to carpets were cleaned and the were still wet. We later found out the room was flooded from the washer. The second bedroom had a strong mold odar and my daughter has asthma. She tried to sleep on the couch pull out bed but was not comfortable so she ended up sleeping with me and my wife. After several call they had the room cleaned and gave us a 250.00 pool credit for food and drinks. When I got home the billed my credit card for the credit they gave us. So disappointing to have to deal with this issue on a family vacation that we had been looking forward too.

Resort was great. Our condo wasn’t as nice and clean as the online pictures. I would return but would need to know more about a unit and see reviews.

Outstanding experience beautiful room in tower with gorgeous views of beach and surrounding area. Every staff seemed genuinely interested in our care. Pool facilities were clean and 3 heated water pools. Inside the resort had everything you needed restaurants and spa plus shopping. But also located adjacent some awesome restaurants and event venues. Easy access to beautiful beaches. Well be back.

I was staying at North Beach as part of a room block for a wedding hosted onsite. Bell services was very friendly and assisted us with luggage to our room—the only positive. ..Our room was horrible. It was on the second floor and our view was of 2 palms and the pool. No where near “oceanfront.” Given we were so close to the pool we had the pleasure of hearing the blaring music and strong scent of marijuana, which no staff seemed to care about. Within our condo there was a horrible smell, like dog and the carpets were stained. The furniture was dark and outdated and the carpets felt like they had layers of sand. Given I was the bride of the block I decided to contact guest services after finding out others received upgrades and was told that rooms were “signed off by a manager” prior to being assigned. If the rooms need to be signed off on why was mine allowed to be given with such stained carpets? I approached the manger on duty regarding the situation and was met with zero empathy. He offered to have someone come in to inspect and clean the carpets the night before my wedding. I had to decline due to wedding festivities, cleaning smell due to migraines, and the possibility of having wet carpets when getting ready. The manager didn’t understand what an inconvenience this was to someone having their wedding onsite. The price I paid for the room is no where near market value. AAA should really reevaluate the 4 diamonds they have. This is a classic example of they want to be a “resort” until something goes wrong…then that is on the “homeowner.” I truly regret not renting a week long condo north on the Grand Strand given the price. I will never recommend and given the end result I will never be back.
