We have been staying at the Tilghman for over 25 years and just love it. Good value for a 3 bedroom condo. We have made great memories. We have grown from 1 condo to 3.

My family LOVED our stay in Condo 1001. The Condo was very clean and the view of the ocean was beautiful and just what we needed. The rooms fit our needs to the T!. On Thursday of our stay the washer quiet working and we called Grand Strands which immediately got a hold of the owners and they purchased a new washer and had it to us within 24 hours. They was very responsive to our needs. I want to Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a little piece of your beautiful place for a week. Thank you

We had a great time and really loved the atmosphere and ocean front views! Staff was very nice, the room was clean and spacious. The room could use some updates, but overall, it was nice. We’ll likely come back for our next visit to NMB!

This was our first year with GS Resorts. We were pleased with the ease of making the reservation, the cost of the rental, & the friendliness/efficiency of the check in staff.Our unit was well furnished & clean. The drain in the shower was slow moving but other than that it was a great stay.

Our rental was not cleanly by any means - the floors were so dirty that they made our feet discolored/gritty, dusty common areas and there was sand in the bed sheets (clearly had not been cleaned prior to our stay). The rental was very outdated and had a lot of damage to it such as holes in the walls, leaking faucets, flaking ceilings, scotch taped wallpaper that was coming off the walls, etc. This rental cost WAY too much for what we ended up getting from it, even for an ocean front condo. The only positives were that it was ocean front and had a pool - which was very small in itself. It also ended up being a pet friendly building, so there were dogs everywhere, all the time. I would not recommend nor rent again.

A little outdated, needs updating. No stove, 2 burner cooktop only. One of the beds needs replacing-deep dip in the middle. Had a great time. Pools are nice and elevators were timely.

We really loved our stay overall. Great view of the beach. Overall we would recommend this place to others. There were a few random dirty items in the bathroom. We would have appreciated having some hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper provided. The lazy River was down part of our stay but was really nice and fun when it opened. Other than those minor things, we had a great experience and may stay here again.

This unit was exactly as the pictures showed. Very clean and comfortable. This has been one of the most enjoyable vacations I have had in a long time. We are already talking about reservations for here next year!!

Very nice and clean place. It was nice that when you left you didnt need to clean the whole place. It really felt like a vacation and you could really enjoy your stay without taking a full day to clean.

Alicia, whom we worked with, was amazing. We come every year (typically I reserve the same room type through the resort)& this year we made the decision to use Grand Strand instead. We were able to get additional nights for the same price that I had paid previously. (1 week vs only a 4 night stay ended up being the same cost). Beautiful ocean front condo that we truly love and we would highly recommend them!! A few of our friends(also Baywatch visitors) will be using them from here on out as well!!

The condo above us had a major water leak due to someone changing a toilet and not turning off the water. We had water coming out of the light switches, outlets, from the ceiling and under the baseboards. A water restoration company came and set up 6 large industrial fans and a huge dehumidifier. The hosing from the dehumidifier was in our kitchen sink. We were told not to use the washer and dryer or the bathroom for 4 days. The noise from the machines was horrible! We couldn’t even have a conversation because of the noise. We had booked a 4 bedroom/3 bath for the week. Now we were down to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, no washer and dryer and no use of kitchen sink. Grand strand only gave us our deposit back. Extremely upsetting seeing we have rented from them for so many years. The damage should have been put in through an insurance claim and we should have received our money back. Thank goodness we had beautiful weather because we couldn’t stay in the condo!

We stay here almost every year. Our unit is always clean and comfortable. It is right on the beach I would recommend it!

Overall we had a good vacation but the few things that could use some improvements are:- construction later in day or a warning ahead of time... was woke up very early to a jackhammer right outside our door. This scared my 3 yr old grandson half to death.- some pools seemed to be closed several days.- many hairs left in shower from past guest.

Everything has been great so far. Check in was easy, just had to pick up the keys.The location is perfect, short walk to the beach. The view is amazing from the balcony. The condo is very large and comfortable, perfect for a family of 4.

Very nice property and seems clean and organized. Condo was in need of updating furniture as is was worn or broken. I believe this resort was too big as it made checking in a long frustration process to get to the room. But it is clean and accommodating located next to a beach store and a pub

Key door entrance issues wasted our first night evening and only owner can replace. We had to request a 2nd key since the other didn’t work. We had to slam the door just to get the door to auto locked. We received a second key and it was difficult just to enter the key in the keyhole. Maintenance could be improved inside with broken three bathroom sink drainage plugs. Cable TVs did not work in the two bedrooms and Grand Strand did place service maintenance service call on first night of 7 nights but nobody ever followed up during the week to fix. It was a little disappointing have to purchase the basic household stuff when it should be included in the stay for the price we paid. I wouldn’t book at Grand Strand Resorts again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and convenient to elevator, pool, and beach access. Bedding was very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with everything youll need. Booking was easy and the people friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, will take our family again.

NO PROBLEMS AS USUAL, EASY TO WORK WITH

We have been coming here for years and appreciate the thoughtfulness shown in our two units(1202 and 1203). We especially appreciate extra towels that weee delivered to us upon request.

Kristian has been fabulous to work with. So responsive and very helpful.She has made our vacation an amazing experience.

Smaller unit with noisy neighbors and construction/remodeling on the top unit starts everyday after 8:00 am. Otherwise the check in process was wery fast and easy and the office stuff are very responsible and professional.We are not coming again.

Pros: beautiful oceanfront view, clean condo, comfortable living room, washer/dryerCons: master was small with full size bed, only a tub in the bathroom, small second bedroom, extremely small bathroom that only had a shower, very small kitchenOverall we enjoyed our stay and we had perfect weather all week!

Management staff was very thorough, and pleasant. Condo is very nice…….could prob use a few updates. Once my wife put HER clean to a few things, all was good!!! I’d definitely stay at this property again!!

Booked a romantic getaway for my wife and I. Payed for oceanfront condo for the week. There was a pool on the 4th floor outside our balcony. Opening your curtains to kids jumping into a pool 4ft from your door, is not romantic. The room was ok for a bachelor pad, smell of marijuana, outdated.

This is our first experience in booking a house for family vacation and we were so very pleased with the ladies that helped us. They were very helpful in answering our questions about any concerns we had. We will definitely use them again to book another family trip.

We recently stayed at TBRC and were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our unit. The carpet was filthy, the ceiling fans and hall closet doors were caked with dust and the bedspreads and pillows were in need of a good cleaning. The instructions say to call immediately if the unit was not clean so I called and they sent a nice lady to sweep and vacuum the hall closet doors and even she remarked that the carpet was nasty. They told me the carpet cleaning was a deep clean yearly maintenance. My family was uncomfortable walking on the carpet without some sort of foot covering. I cleaned the ceiling fans myself. GSR should have been embarrassed to rent this unit. Positives were the location, pool and the tennis courts.

My family and I stayed at 901N. As I walked in the condo it did not smell clean. Entering into the master room and opening the blinds that needed updating several of them fell to the floor. One of our bedroom bed had a mattress that was full of old urine that had probably not been changed for years. We complained to the office, three days into our visit they came to give the unit to give a new mattress, with clean sheets. The ceiling fans were filled with dust and had not been wiped down for months. The refrigerator was nasty and had lots of dust at the outside bottom. The ac closet was full of dust. Gentleman came to change the filter that was full of dust. The furniture needed to be updated. My family and I went out to buy covers for the chairs and table because they were too nasty to sit on. The pullout couch had trash and a used washcloth in it. This was a very nasty condo. The coffee pot was never cleaned out. Utensils in the drawers were nasty and had dried up food on them. This condo should be take off of rental until it is throughly cleaned. I have pictures to back up all that I am writing about and even sent these to management. There needs to be a huge update to this property. It is very sad to pay the money that was paid out and get a dump of a place to live in for a week. This company should be ashamed of themselves for not checking on the cleanliness of the units before they are rented out. I would not rent from here again. Being with my family was great, but the accommodations were terrible. There were several families that we met and also complained about their units. It seems that there needs to be renovations to several properties with this company. Very unsatisfied customer!!

Predetory building practice of putting a 250 dollar fine on parking underneath the building while bringing groceries upstairs really put a damper on our stay. Loud parties 2 out of 3 nights here were allowed until the early hours of the morning. Also, indoor pool advertised was green, scummy and half filled, despite apparently still open. Unit 504 was newly remodeled and a nice place to stay, which is why I gave it two stars instead of just one.

Always a great stay at Baywatch Resorts! This is our 5th stay and have never had a problem. We wouldnt stay anywhere else!!

Wow! SO clean and spacious. It really felt like no one had ever stayed there before us--there was not one wear or tear on the furniture. I and my 6 friends were extremely comfortable there and we had a wonderful experience.

Our room was fantastic..even better than the pictures. The friendliness and courtesy of the people at grand strand resorts was awesome. We will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend them

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 20 yrs and always book through Grand Strand Resorts, all the employees are amazing and very helpful. We love Grand Strand, and we stay at Ashworth and the condos are always clean and comfy. If your going to visit, book with Grand Strand Resorts.

Condo was great...priced right, good location. I like to sleep in a dark bedroom, this bedroom was not dark. Need drapes at the window. Just my two cents. Rental agency gave quick service and was friendly.

Unit S208. One of the bedrooms had a very strong musty smell. Floor tile was wet from condensation and looked like it needed a good cleaning. Falling hazard. Fire alarm was chirping. Carpeting needed replacing. All rooms needed repainting. Several bulbs out. The sliding glass door lock didnt work. Patio chair broken. Balcony table all rusted. Kitchen light fuxture cover falling off. Dishes chipped. Dishes left in the dishwasher. Bath towels very thin. TV remote didnt work. Very noisy unit. Lots of street noise. Disappointed in unit compared to the condition of my sisters and nephews unit.

Unit was not cleaned to my standards. Dishwasher full. First thing I had to do on my vacation was rewash dishes ,since no dishwasher soap to be seen, then put away. Only food cabinet was filled with someone elses canned goods so I had to remove and put somewhere else to have room for my food. Master tub was not cleaned. Not a good start but am happy with the unit, price and location. Unit 1811 tower 2.

Great place to stay with lots of space! Great for a large family or two small families to share! The view from the balcony is unbeatable. Would definitely come back again.

Great location, but need to update everything in the condos, pillow and blankets had stains on them . When we arrived there were sand all over the bed . Feels like your gonna fall through the tub in the shower. After leaving the toast in the toaster for 3 seconds it was Burnt .. needs lots of work..

Check-in was seamless. We were welcomed like family. Linens were on the bed and all beds were made. Towels and washcloths were folded and hung accordingly. This sure beats stepping over a 40 pound bag of linens inside the front door like other units provide. A wonderful way to start our vacation. We beat the grocery store craziness by purchasing two days of food and drink via a third party recommended by Grand Strand. Our refrigerator, snack pantry and beverage counter were stocked before we arrived. Yes, a few dollars more, but my wife is worth it. Finally, the unit itself was recently remodeled with beautiful flooring and furniture I could not afford to place in my own home. The balcony furniture was without a doubt the best in the entire complex. We cared for everything as if it were our own including leaving a couple beach chairs and umbrellas for the next users. Thanks for making the owners outside storage closet available. A luxury not provided by many other unit owners. This unit is definitely a must from now on as we would be afraid to try out any other.

The condo we rented was nice. When checking in we had to wait for them to stop answering phones. Checking out no one was wearing a mask which made me question their cleanliness during covid.

Unit 8B at Emerald Cove I, a 3BD unit. It was really nice. Plenty of room for 7 people. Awesome ocean front balcony. Large, long balcony. We could have fit 12 people comfortably on the balcony. Only thing is the beds were uncomfortable & dryer did not work very well. If beds were updated & dryer worked better would have gave it a 5.

Unit 815 at The Oceans was perfect for me and my husband. The unit was decorated for beach life and the bed most comfy. This is a great area to stay in. The code key to enter one parking level was not allowing entry and Grand Strand Resorts had it fixed in no time. Will definitely stay here again!

Unit 1709 at Ashworth is great unit. Lot of space, clean,and up to date with furniture and kitchen equipment. Top choice at the Ashworth.

This facility is not heart patient friendly.

The excellent staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions that I have had. I would not hesitate to work with them again. On this visit to the beach, the original unit we rented was no longer available, and thankfully we were given the option of a different unit in the same building. I REALLY appreciate that they offered us this option, even though we were really hoping to stay in the unit we had enjoyed previously. The only problems were that this condo was in need of updates, and was dirty. We were expecting things to be more thoroughly cleaned, especially right now.

We loved our condo at the Ashworth. We had unit #303, 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. It was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults a 7yr old and a 4 month old. The sofa could be let out for a couple more people, if needed. The dishwasher sprung a leak, it was fixed same day, within a few hours. We loved the oceanfront balcony and also great location to Main St in North Myrtle Beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, we cooked in a few nights, took advantage of the outdoor grill area, awesome! We had a fantastic time, despite the rain our first four days there.

Everything is great. The only thing was that there was very little hot water to take a shower or to do dishes.... The water temp was luke warm at best. Besides that, the staff was easy to work with and were professional and friendly. Our condo was beautiful and clean. Would definitely book with them again.

I can’t say enough good things about Whispering Palms. I’ve already started rallying friends for weekend getaway in the fall. The house and outdoor space were clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook together and all fit around the large table for meals. The décor was modern and comfortable. My room had an attached bathroom and balcony. It was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the evening. My favorite place was the covered patio by the pool and the umbrella covered benches in the pool. I could spend all day there reading and catching up with my sisters.

The grand strand resorts made it easy for us to rent this property.We found it clean and comfortable. If I were to list any negatives it would be the decor could use some updating for the price and the TV with instructions on which remote is to what(since there are three) .I would have liked a map on paper from grand strands showing were the property is and maybe some points of interest,but thats just me.I did have a great time and if your a fisherman or kayak user this is the unit for you

We’re having a good time! The staff at Grand Strand is wonderful! The unit we’re in is decent but needs a little TLC. We are comfortable though. The living room furniture and master bed is comfortable. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but we’re doing ok with it..

We were able to choose the perfect place for us. Everyone worked with us and provided all the information we would need. Our vacation condo was lovely and our stay was great!

My family and I enjoy our stay at the North Shore villa, we fall in love with the oceanfront view, the kitchen had everything we need it to cook, the building was kept clean and sanitize. I love the fact that it has a shower outside so whenever you come back from the beach you can clean off the sand off, definitely coming back.

Arrived to check in and key card did not work, was asked to drive back again just for it not to work again. Called emergency number-NO CALL BACK! Was locked out of our condo for almost two days! When we did get in, it was filthy! Dishwasher left open with dirty dishes, clothes in dyer, master bed and furniture was absolutely ridiculous! They offered no discount or accommodations for their very poor quality and unprofessional service! Would never spend my money here again and I would not recommend you do either! Even sent email after my return of how ridiculous it was and still no response a week later! You would think they would have at least wiped down counters, fridge, and dusted considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. They don’t care about you only your money!

Love going to Myrtle Beach every year. Grand Strand is awesome but they did offer everyone else a discount rate on condos left over should give those that are repeat customers a discount too. They didnt others got 30%off me nothing off☹️

The team at Grand Strand Resorts is great! Weve used their service for over 19 years. On this trip, we stayed at Crescent Shores N 502. Beautiful condo with a great decor.Opportunities for the owner includes:Replacing the battery operated trash can with a foot activated device. I put batteries into the lid, but it only opened 1/4 inch. I took my batteries back.The flooring in the living room and master bedroom are slightly buckled.The microwave light that illuminates the the stove top was out. I contacted Christy at Grand Strand and the matter was addressed that day.Cleaning Opportunities:Grand Strand charges a lot for cleaning services. On this visit, I almost asked for a refund.All towels and linen was clean. Beds were made and furniture was arranged well.Issues:Floors were dirty. The place had not be vacuumed. When the service guy came by to replace the bulb on the microwave, he asked to see the vacuum cleaner. He was told that it did not work. No clog was found, it only needed to be emptied. Cant housekeeping perform that task? When had they planned to let the team at Grand Strand know?Dishes were still in the dishwasher. Guest should not have to come in and empty the dishwasher. We reran the cycle just to make sure they were clean.Toilet paper was left in the bowl of 2/3 bathrooms. Weve never seen this lack of attention to detail in all of our visits. We ended up cleaning the bathrooms (did not trust that anything was done).Christy at Grand Strand offered to send the cleaning crew back out. We had already cleaned the place. A lot of money is spent for cleaning when renting these condos. Shame on the cleaning management team!The Isleys

We stayed at The Oceans in Cherry Grove for Memorial Day weekend then again for a whole week the end of July. We were in Unit 815 both times. It’s a very nice unit! Very spacious and clean. King size bed sleeps great and stays cool at night. Awesome ocean view from the balcony. Shower has good water pressure and water stays hot. This is important to me because we’ve stayed at some places that it was awful lol. Pool was also great.The staff at Grand Strand Resorts is professional and very friendly. They are also knowledgeable of the area and helped us a lot. We plan to continue to use Grand Strand for many years to come.Mike and Toni DiMaio

Neighbors the past two years have been impossible to tolerate. So loud you can hear every argument. Bedroom by the road also means you hear the cruisers and their music at all hours. The unit itself is fantastic and the building well maintained. We love the place, just wish it was quieter.

We made reservations after COVID to take my BF’s 83 year old father. Now he has some concerns about going due to all that is still going on and after explaining that to the Grand Strand they still charged a $200.00 cancellation fee. And this was cancelled 75 days prior to our arrival date. This is absolutely ridiculous to charge someone $200.00 with that much of a notice when an elders heath could be at risk. I am certain they have booked this room to someone else so they just made extra $200.00 on this room. I would not recommend staying due to their inconsideration of an older person not feeling comfortable going out of town.

Very nice, clean beautiful condo. The manager was exceptional in every way. The location is perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and have chosen this condo as our new “place”!

From the first time I talked to Julie Sanders, I knew this was going to be a great time. She accommodated us from the first hello. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they were great. There was some issues with the condo and within minutes, she had the issue solved. As I was packing up my car, my car wouldn’t crank, so I called and they said don’t worry about checking out until the tow truck arrived. If I could rate Grand Strand Resort it would 10++. I’m fixing to rent from them again and again!!

Stayed at Grand Strand III, penthouse 1. When we pulled up to the building we almost turned around to go back to rental office to see if another condo was available, but we stayed. The outside of the building looks like a dump. The pictures of the outside that are posted are deceiving. I was told upfront that the room was onThe third floor, no elevator, but steps were very narrow and dangerous. The inside was very outdated, the dishwasher had not been emptied. There were two sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, one door didn’t work and the other door didn’t have a handle on the outside, so you had to leave the door cracked to get back in. There were bugs running around in the deck at night, some were palamento bugs but the other bugs looked like roaches. The view from the balcony was the only good thing about the rental. Would not rent from them again. Definitely not worth what I paid for it

The location was perfect. The smaller condo complex made less congestion in the pool and by the beach. I wish the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly. The unit needs a deep clean (even without thinking of covid).

Have stayed at Cresent Shores many times. Condos haven’t changed much over the years, but prices still go up. Recently vacation there, arrived on a Monday, after having to pay for condo from Saturday to Saturday. Arrived after hours only to not have my keys in the night box. Called the after hours number, and 2 hours later someone arrived. Told me it was completely their mistake and they would make it right. The next day they wanted to argue with me and not return my phone calls to tell me that they Arrived an hour after they received my call and that their policy was if they arrived within an hour - so basically I’d been paying for a condo for 2 plus days and their mistake not to have my keys available, but they would do nothing to make things right, even tho I was repeatedly told when someone finally showed up that they made the mistake and would do something to make things right. I called them repeatedly only to get out on hold and transferred to several different people. I asked to speak to owner and was told he would call me back, and he never did. I ended up going into their office only to have them tell me I told them I was arriving on Tuesday not Monday and this was my mistake for not communicating this with them- once again, I was paying for this condo 3 days prior to my arrival. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Obviously they need to look at their late check in situation because the code opens the entire lock box and anyone could get yours keys, because the code is the address of the office. Extremely disappointed and offended. I have stayed at grand strand many many times, and was treated so badly and they didn’t care at all. I will be looking for other places to stay that actually care about their customers, instead of taking their money.

This was our first time to North Myrtle. The ph was amazing! We loved everything and we will be back again for sure! Beds are comfy and we really enjoyed the balcony! We did not want to leave.

This is a really nice condo for a couple or small family. It is clean and comfortable. I just wish they had better sheets in the guest room. The sheets in that room are really scratchy. Main bedroom has nice sheets.Im really impressed with Grand Strand Resorts Inc. They keep you informed of everything well before your trip. The office staff is so nice and helpful.

Family is having a good time once again at the beach. We particularly like staying at South Shore Villas and appreciate the variety of units to choose from through Grand Strand Resorts. GSR rental agents are both professional and personable, and we certainly are thankful for their service and understanding under the Covid 19 conditions.

The staff at Grand Strand Resorts was very easy to work with, professional and helpful. It began with helping us choose the right unit, giving us a discount, answering numerous questions prior to our arrival regarding the pandemic, and quickly addressing the few maintenance issues that came up during our stay. We will use them again!

Beach club III 1E is a very nice condo! Very well decorated, clean and the kitchen is stocked well. My only complaint is that you can not see the beach from the condo, you can see the ocean but not the sand.

We love this unit. The only only thing that we see is that it needs more kitchen supplies. We will request this unit whenever we book again.

We have been booking with Grand Strands for the last 4 yrs about twice a year. The staff is amazing. Very nice and extremely helpful.

The Ashworth condos are very nice, we stayed in unit 603. The condo was clean and the furniture was nice overall. Awesome amount of seating in the living room. We had our 2 adult daughters and their husbands and we could all sit together with plenty of room to relax. Though we did have to bring in chairs from the balcony to sit at the table for a meal. The beds were crazy hard. So nice to have a washer and dryer that works correctly! Sadly the kitchen was not well equipped if you wanted to eat in. That was very disappointing as most of our meals we eat in.The hot tub and other pools are fun and well maintained.We love working with Grand Strand Resorts. Everyone is so sweet and kind! We have worked with other companies in North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Stand is by far the best around!!!!

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Remarkable accommodations... Even better than we expected! The office is very easy to find and everything is a breeze. Cant wait to return!

This is the 4th Year we’ve stayed in this condo. Every year it gets updated. Easy check in, good location.

The website clearly states that if a competitor offerS a lower price to please call at let us match it. If you not are going to even consider it when calling please remove it. IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING.

South Shore 803 is a fabulous condo and great location. They definitely need a new cleaning service. The sheets smelled used, blood on one, dirty dishes in the cabinet, balcony was dirty, stains on couch, countertops in kitchen and bathroom needed a good wipe down. Needless to say we washed sheets, wiped down all surfaces and cleaned the floors. Not the ideal way to start a vacation. The complex was great though, nice people, not too crowded. The lazy river is closed and we were told it was open. A few hiccups but we are having a great time so far. Would reccomend if the place had been clean.

The place was beautiful. Great views, furniture and closet space. The beds were very comfortable. I loved that they had plenty of hangers. The outdoor deck furniture for our unit was great too. It had a pub table which made it perfect to view the ocean while eating or reading. The sheets and towels were disappointing, both were rough. Wish I would have brought my own.We lost internet for a whole day and a few hours in the morning. We could never get into the pool since it was way too small for both towers. No clue why they had a lazy river instead of 2 pools. Not sure we would stay here again for that reason. The kids were bummed they couldn’t use the pool due to no where to get in. It was that crowded.

We love the verandas and booking through grand strand. The condo we stay in every year is very nice and always clean however even though there are no smoking signs posted all over the grounds, unfortunately in inconsiderate guests break the rules and make it very unpleasant for others to enjoy their balcony. Smoke travels up and we had guests staying below us that smoked the entire time. I wish something could be done to stop that!! Everything else was great. There is no place like the beach!!

We had a beautiful view from our balcony, the room was clean and had more than enough accommodations for our family stay. Will stay again!

Building was old and rotting away. The pictures and the description in NO WAY represented the disgusting appearance of the property. The railing on the decks were broken and should be condemned. I’m really not sure how they were approved to rent this unit to the public. The neighbors that live permanently at this building smoked like chimneys and the stench of cigarettes and cigars filled the unit even with the doors closed. The AC in the unit did not work. In fact the thermostat read 80 degrees every day. The doors were difficult to open and on one occasion my grandson was locked out on the deck because the sliding glass door locked from the inside. The steps going up to the unit were so small a child’s foot would not even fit on the raggedly carpeted steps. In fact my daughter feel down the flight closest to the unit because the stoop was so small and the door opened out onto the steps. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted and will never rent from this company again.

Found the condo very clean and spacious , could use some touch up 0n the paint but other then than that it was a wonderful 3 months ! would rent again !!!

I made a reservation for a beach house but unfortunately hurricane Dorian had other plans. When I called to see if they would refund me since they were under mandatory evacuation and I would be unable to come down they told me their policy was not to refund so I asked if I could change my dates and I was told that was also against there policy. Who does business like this? A hurricane comes and I have no choice, but to cancel my vacation and you can’t make any accommodations. So I’m just out of luck you got my $1200 and I get nothing. Thanks for ruing my vacation and stealing money from hardworking people.
