Needed a new chainsaw so came in to get one knowing the service would be top notch. The model I was looking for was not in stock, but was shown a comparable model at same price and had similar features I wanted. Have been happy with the purchase. Have not been disappointed with the quality of service anytime I have been there.

I knew when I had to buy a mower I would go there. Great folks beyond just power equipment... while purchasing a new climbing rope, my dog decided to come inside for a visit. Much embarrassed, I ordered her back outside to my truck. I was immediately overruled by a couple young women from the front office who had come out to the sales floor after seeing a pup go racing down the hallway.. Now, my dog jumps out of my truck and heads inside to see her friends in the front office, and then out back to see the mechanics on duty ever visit we make!
