Outside of being just down right good folks, Charley and his team went above and beyond in trying to figure out what was wrong with my Mazda CX-5. After doing his own research and finding a bulletin posted about my vehicle, he knew exactly what to do and got it all fixed up. It took some time due to all the disruptions with the mail to get the parts he needed but his work is quality and I 100% trust the job he has done. I will go no where else, I trust Charley.

The best part about this little shop is the staff. Tremendously kind and down to earth! When I shop new places or am in need of hired services the staff is as important to me as the quality of the offered products! Definitely a gem here. Ill be back!

I had my car towed to quality automotive on a Saturday. I called them Monday, They told me they wouldnt be able to look at it that day and it would more than likely be Tuesday. Long story short, they had my car 5 days and didnt look at it. Never called me, I called them. They didnt mention they would be closed Friday, I just happened to find out. That meant, 9 days it would have been sitting there (theyre closed Sunday and Monday).If you cant work on a customers car, its fine, at least call and let them know that. I do work and I have only one vehicle. When i went to get my car (had it towed to another mechanic), they (Quality Automotive) said, sorry we couldnt do a better job for you! A better job? You did NO job!They could have done better, they chose not to. No business is that busy that you cant pick up the phone and inform your customer of whats going on. I Just wasnt important enough to them and Im okay with that, BUT at least let me know!If youre thinking about having them work on your vehicle, do yourself a favor and bypass them!

I have used Quality Automotive Care three times. Every visit has been great. The team here are friendly and helpful, even before I bring the vehicle in they try to talk through what may be the issue and five me pricing estimates up front. They have often suggested less expensive repair options if available. The prices have been lower for me here than when I called other locations. Great place!

This place was great the people there was great they did a great job on my truck the work they did was done with care and they was on top of everything they are very good on there products and the price was good they dont over charged you just say I will be going back for now own they will be doing all my work on my truck again I want to thank everyone who works there

Great service. They knew what they were talking about, fixed up my tire and changed all the fluids. Realistic about availability and only took a few hours thanks to planning a time to come in with me. A bit more expensive than other places, but was worth it.
