This place is terrible. DO NOT SEND YOU KIDS HERE
I would vote this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible counselors and terrible environment. The counselors favor little kids and bash you for defending yourself. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE. Just a bunch of little kids running around and getting pampered by the adults and the older kids getting talked down too.
I took a painting class at Gen 3 Learning and found it to be a wonderfully positive experience. The teacher was a talented artist. She walked us through various techniques of painting flowers. This was not a “copy what I paint” class. She taught us actual painting techniques, how to use shading to add depth, etc. The class included a mix of kids and adults. The teacher was patient and worked with us at a pace that was easy to follow. Also, the classroom was a pleasant clean environment. I would highly recommend Gen 3 Learning.
I got to work at Gen3 as a tutor and helped out during their summer camp as well and can honestly say that I have enjoyed every day that I worked. The kids get to master their chess skills, brush up on some math and reading while also learning fun things like music and art. Every day they go to a different place so that the kids have fun and are not stuck indoors all day. Send your kids to Gen3 if you want them to have a great time!
Really a nice learning environment with enough of resources , personal care is given to each child.I sent my daughter to summer camp here and she enjoyed it thoroughly, she had fun by conducting clubs for various activities also learnt through the same. Every day there was a calendar of scheduled activities and visits to local libraries and gym. Kids enjoyed much.
I went to the summer camp and it was pathetic and a waste of money. NEVER SEND YOUR KIDS THERE!! The bathrooms are dirty and everyone was throwing legos at each other the whole day. They take us on field trips in one smelly, dirty car, and the most of the kids misbehave. The guy at the front desk is mean too. He never takes care of our problems. He just says something like aehh stop that. One time someone almost gave me a swirly, and he didnt care. Kids are always cussing in public and he doesnt care. They really need to care more about the kids
Good learning environment, individual attention given to kid. The director is open for feedback and change. They are very transparent. I did a lot of search during summer to enroll my kid. I wanted to give it a try. They made best effort to keep the kid engaged, and the kids were taken out to taekwondo classes, tennis classes, library, park etc. often so they can have fun. The screen time is limited to once a week. The place is clean. During summer, they ordered food from outside, and when they noticed that kids were not interested in particular food, they immediately gathered feedback from parents and changed it. They also currently run after school now where the kids do ixl, chess etc. There are also other classes. I would strongly recommend this place. I also find the fees very nominal compared to other places
The center is very well run. The owners are very flexible and helped my child advance a whole year ahead in math.
Kids get personal attention. Gen 3 should focus on fewer areas than trying to teach everything.
Math tutoring is very good. Kids get personal attention and they love it.
Not recommended, very unprofessional. Please never send your kids to this place. Its not summer camp, its like a shop where you go and pay and in return they wont even give you a receipt as well. If you ask for anything, you will be told to go to the website and learn everything from there. If your kid is not well and cant go then they ask for doctor certificate for readjusting and also charge for $5 for food. You will be told that they order the food one day before, i dont understand for 10-15 kids where do you need to give order one day before. If you go sometime middle of day to see what your kid is doing, you will be surprised to see that its all mess will be there where kids are throwing things to each other and no one will be there to look after. Only one guy will be there at reception and he doesnt know whats going in room where kids are playing.
My daughter has been attending Gen3 for the last 2 years. If I am not wrong she is one of the first set of kids to fill in the application @ Gen3. She has been attending maths class there and both years , Vanitha had brought in very knowledgeable tutors to help my daughter.Vanitha and her husband, Sam, has been running this institute very professionally. They communicate promptly of any change in schedules or change in faculty. They take regular feedbacks from me and other parents and also act promptly on those feedbacks. In fact, there are times when she has even refunded for classes that are excused with valid reasons. So far , it has been a great experience for us with Gen3.
