Dave (owner of North Suburban) came out to give the estimate and he was by far the best price. Went with him for the new system and he and his team were AWESOME! Very honest, very responsive and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!!

I called this guy on fixing my air conditioner, did an outstanding job! A lot of these type companies will gouge you for whatever money they can get from you by just making up repairs that arent needed. This guy is an honest person and does not do that! He replaced my capacitor in my AC that was already in the AC unit (a spare one) and could have easily not told me an trumped up the charges! I found out later, that he was the person that put the furnace in my house before I moved there. :). Great Job!, If I could give six stars, I would!

I called this company for furnace repair, they said they would have a tech call me. I waited a couple of days and when I didnt hear from them, I went to the office on Hannibal St. There wasnt anyone there, but there is a chaulk board there. I left my number and said my furnace was down and asked them to call. Waited a few more days and heard nothing. I called Carrier Heating and Cooling and a repairman was there in less than two hours and fixed it. I never did hear from North Suburban. Zero ratings for them! My kids and were cold and waited needlessly.
