One of the most efficient processes and fast visits ever. The waiting room was packed but I took the initiative to utilize the LabCorp website a few days before my visit and was literally in and out for my annual blood work within 5 minutes. Also the technician hit my vein on the first shot so that was a bonus.

Came in for my appointment only to realize that was their lunch time. Why schedule appointments? Just block out that time frame.

Its a place to get medical testing done, so youd think theres not too much to say. Relatively efficient when I went (though there was only one other person.) The reason for the 2 stars though, is that everyone was just a little mean. I could do without that. Dont need great customer service, just dont be randomly mean. Also the person who drew my blood was very rough. Getting blood drawn should be a pinch at most- this legitimately hurt.Lastly, employees mumbling that its too early for this within earshot of customers is not a good look. Im awfully sure you can find a better place to go to than this.

I love it idid my appointment yesterday for today. And I didnt have to wait for long they call me right away. I was already worried because I went to a lot of places and they could never get my blood. I was hoping that finally they could get it today. And ilsa try a couple times until she finally got it. Wow finally So satisfied thank you ilsa...

Spent an hour and a half just to not get any service although I had an appointment at 12:15. I had a confirmation number they said I needed a registration number. They were unable to ring me up for an out of pocket service. Gave me phone numbers of their corporate department who forwarded me to another corporate department and nothing got done. Unprecedented levels of incompetence from the local and national department. It got to a point where they were arguing with each other over my phone.

I did the appointment and I checked in by my phone. They called me fast. The patient was my 2 months old baby girl. I felt so sad for her but the staff helped me stay calm. I really like the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I had a good experience there. The lady on the front is very kind.

Worst location. The employees don’t care about their patients and don’t know how to handle queues. Arrogant employees

Was in/out under 10 minutes. Everyone was super nice and the place was clean and very CDC...easy peasie.

Only cause I can’t give zero stars. The lady at the front desk is extreamly rude I walked in to check in for my brothers appointment and she just screamed that there’s check machines that nobody should ask where to check in no good morning to acknowledgement that I was right in front just screamed to everyone else in the reception. Another patience older of age was near me he was having trouble checking in the machines her answer “don’t you got a phone is the same thing” I wish I could of gotten a name this women is unprofessional and nasty. Should not be in front door with that attitude.

Just left. Booked this appointment online last week. I was able to walk in at the time I booked the appointment. Everyone was friendly to us. I was there for my 6 year old and I had my 2 yr old with me. My daughter was scared to death and very strong. I was trying to hold her. Isla and Efrain were amazing! Took seconds! I would definitely come back. They were the best Ive seen in my experience.Thank you guys!

I did a blood test and was asked to follow up , I wasn’t given a date or time to come back in. Everytime I called to follow up I kept receiving different information . I’m yet to here what my blood results are !

Professional and prompt, Efrain was a real cool person and had good conversation.

Very nice women at front desk. This place does not have there act together unbelievably slow took me an hour with only five people in front of me. The people taking blood were in no hurry believe me.

This place is unbelievable. I called before Dr. Kings Birthday and the day after and they still not answering the phone. When you go to the online web it says their open but I guess they dont answer phones there smh!! So unprofessional!!!!

Doctors only see you for about 1 minute or less and don’t let you speak after you say one sentence of why you are there. They don’t check you correctly or prescribe the right medications. They almost killed my son with the vitamins they prescribed him. They spend about an hour with each patient but when it comes to someone different they see you quick. They only treat their race good. 3rd floor is where this review is for

Better when it was on Academy Street. Location is terrible and had a better staff on Academy. That is why I switched. It took the last person to long to find a vein.

It is a horrible service, the front staff is extremely rude. She talk in her phone instead of paying attention to customers. One patient was in a wheelchair she refused to open the door. She wanted the lady with the wheelchair to go around instead of standing up to unlock the door. She need to stop talking on the phone and do her work

Its was really very good experience, in and out in no time . I want to think asma she is very professional and patient my 20 months she didnt even cry ,she make it seem very easy,thank you again asma 👍👍👏👏

Im here sitting here. They sent me to a room and left me here. They filled up the rooms behind me and took those patients first. I never had these issue at the office on Academy. Just sitting here waiting.

The doctor was super disrespectful, did not examine me, and told me to look for another doctor. $ 90 thrown in the trash, asked random exams that I should come back and pay him again to hand me over the results.

This people never answer the calls. People in front should take customer service classes.
