A perfect experience every single time! I cannot say enough good things about Michael and his business. Ive walked by Swiss Precision every day since early 2016 and first walked in a little over 1 year ago. I needed a small service done on a Rolex and was hesitant to go over to 47th Street because of my previous mediocre experiences. I usually send out any watch work to LA. But after walking by every day, seeing Michael and his staff always working, I decided to walk in. After speaking with Michael the first time, I was very impressed with his knowledge, attitude and professionalism. Since then, I have been there no less than 10 times for various Swiss watch work and cannot recommend them enough. Michael is honest and professional - and youll feel comfortable trusting him with your watch. They have earned me as a permanent customer and I continue to recommend to him to everyone I know.

Brought a watch in for fixing as it was going slow. Then paid and left with the fixed watch just to notice that it now is going very fast. Went back and was then told that the watch is broken and that for another large amount they can fix it. No refund offered for the failed first attempt - won’t be back.
