Scammers! Not professional! Avoid!! Will upcharge drastically (out 100 dollars) for everything. Will claim to fix, watch broke again. Then makes you pay more to fix again. Scam artist!

Scam alert! I gave my watch repair and the guy charged me $60 and $40 twice to fix it. When I refused to give him, he got violent and tried to hit me.

Not professional at all. $30 watch battery replacement- and only found out after he replaced the battery. Plus its cash only and was only told that after the fact. (His businesss Yelp profile also says they accept credit card) My debit card wasnt working and he didnt give one care. Treated me like a thief. Ended up getting cash in the end. Never going back.

Wife of owner of shop was very gracious in accommodating me to fix watch. Will be returning to have 2 additional watches fixed by either owner or son. Pleasant experience...

During this phase of reopening I was happy to find this place to repair my watch, friendly service and the price was fair for a watch that was taken apart and put together again. I was happy with my service and now repaired watch

This place is great! I brought two watches in - my Cartier tank watch to have two holes added to the leather band, and a Tory Burch watch to have two metal links removed. He did both in about 5-10 minutes, for only $10!its a funny little spot (its also a barber shop and shoe repair, but they did a fantastic job.

Owner was quick and efficient removing a few links from my metal watch bracelet. However he was not very careful with the process and deeply scratched two of the links and the clasp itself. Unfortunately only noticed when I got home.

This has now become Shoe and Watch Repair and a European Barber shop. The barber is a chap named Boris, who relocated from the Wall Street area after his former landlord raised the rent, and has been rebuilding his trade in the new location. He put three barbers chairs in, and is doing well enough to now have a second full time barber and a third on call. I live in the area, and its become my regular barber shop. They have reasonable prices and do good cuts.

Brought in fake rolex for resizing. Quick and reasonably priced

Rafael is decent guy, he added a hole in my strap, and at first cautioned me it could be too close to the other holes and might rip, but I said go ahead. He did it for far far less than other shops quoted and its great.

Rafael is professional and charges a reasonable price for key duplication, watch repair (battery replacement) and show repair. I’ve been dropping by ever since I moved to NYC!

Battery for watch replacement is $15 really? If I had time to go to my regular $5 place I would. Not coming back again.
