Their exchange rate is really good and no service fee! Their exchange rate is much better than many other places in Manhattan and Queens. It was very convenient because they are located right next to Jackson Heights and I got my money very easily and quickly. I would recommend this place!

Wall Street Finance is great.I was in search for the highest exchange rate for Colombian pesos. I called several places around midtown and a couple in Queens, and even my bank, but this place by far had the best rate to give! And there was no fee to pay!I went in and the customer service these guys gave was excellent.Its located in Jackson Heights near the E, F, 7, M and R, so very convenient.I will be coming here for all future currency exchanges!

Very pleasant experience. I was going to exchange USD for Euros at my local bank, but My bank teller was rude when asking about exchange rates and said I would have to wait in line again. I decided to go to Wall Street finance and am very happy I did. I didn’t have to wait in a line, the costumer service was amazing, and they even had a lower exchange rate and no fees! Apologies for the late review! I visited New York during the Easter break. I went to Times Square to exchange GBP to USD and all I can say is AVOID going there as they RIP you off big time!! Was changing Dollars to Pounds and got an excellent exchange rate with them. You’ll find them on the 2nd floor. The entrance is a glass door beside one that says no entrance. And a lift once you go in.

These people gave me my British pounds very fast. Everywhere I went they needed to order the money and I needed it by tonight. Luckily I found this place so I got my money right away.

Highly disappointing experience. First of all the office is so small the only one person can stand at a time, the rest have to wait outside the door for thier turn to come. Secondly the staff is so rude, they dont know how to talk at all with the customers . They will spend almost 15 minutes on each note to check if its real. Also the rate is so less , I went to change 500 dirhams and they were giving me $110 for it, I took my money and went to T.D bank and even after charging me $7.50 they gave $131 for it. DO NOT GO THERE !!!
