Our experience with HomeSealed was great at all points from the initial presentation to the installation. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the windows were installed a month earlier than we expected. Okna windows are top quality and look beautiful, we had a special installation that came out great. I highly recommend HomeSealed for replacement or new windows. We had a patio door installed by them. It took several months to get the door in but the install was very quick. They sealed everything up beautifully. In addition, while there the installers noticed some wind damage on my roof and fixed it and cleaned my gutters. These guys are awesome definitely using them in the future.

I cant be happier with my new windows and doors from HomeSealed. Not only do they look and function amazing, the crew that installed them went out of their way to make sure everything was done as if it was their own home. The crew worked hard, however took the time to answer any questions I had without making me feel like I was disturbing them. The only window I didnt have replaced was the bathroom window because I would like a glass block window which they do not handle. The windows, trim and doors that I had replaced were white on the inside and outside. They removed the old bathroom trim on the outside, so it would match the dark brown trim on the windows and doors they were installing. At no charge! And they removed the stickers and cleaned all of the doors and windows after they were finished. They were extremely careful inside of the house and vacuumed the inside and around the outside of the house after the job was completed. I highly recommend HomeSealed, not only for their product, but their extremely high customer service skills. I cant remember a time when I was so impressed with a product and their customer service.

In my search for replacement windows, I asked around for advice from people I know. I like personal stories over commercials. Two work colleagues had used HomeSealed and I always trusted their work and research so I valued their input. They were enthusiastic about their experiences with HomeSealed. I had my first appointment with Joe and he explained everything in great detail and was very patient with all of my first timer questions. I felt very confident in my purchase, which is very important when making this type of investment. My windows came in early and the install team was over the top awesome. They were so efficient and clean. I had zero clean up work when they were done. My windows are absolutely beautiful and I am so happy I used HomeSealed. I will recommend them every chance I get!

We looked at many brands of windows and felt that the Okna Windows was the best for our application. They, by FAR, had a nicer patio door than the big named brands that we looked at. Our salesman, Joe, was so nice and informative and persistent but NOT pushy! When it came to the actual installation, I could not have been more impressed. Nick and his crew were SO polite and clean. We have a lot of windows, over 20, and they were done in less than 3 days. They even did what they could to fix a completely separate issue they noticed while installing the windows. Highly recommend using! Will definitely be returning when it is time to replace the front door. I wish they still did siding as it was a great experience to work with them.

I was considering buying replacement windows for our home. The windows are about 16 years old. James R. came to give me an estimate, he told me that my current windows are still in very good condition and he recommended that I just replace some hardware for the casement windows and they should last for several more years. He sure could have tried to sell me new windows and made more a nice sale, but his honesty and integrity made a huge impression! I appreciate honesty and always will refer family and friends to business that treat people well. Very positive experience. We had multiple companys provide quotes and chose Home Sealed based on their rating/reviews, and the knowledge that was shared by the sales rep. (Andy). The price was not the lowest, but we felt the quality of the product and level of service was going to be worth it. In the end we could not have been more satisfied. 8 new windows installed, 12 additional windows coil wrapped, and all done in 1 day!! The install team arrived on time, was very respectful of the property and professional. Amazed at how efficiently the install was completed and cleaned up almost better than it was prior.

The installers were on time and considerate. They did a great job and cleaned up well before leaving. The windows (two sliding windows and three picture windows) and screen door are great. We installed some picture windows in place of old double-hungs on our three-season porch, and now we can see out of our front porch! It is also warm enough in there to have dinner on our porch even when its in the 20s out. I got other estimates. Some companies couldnt do what HomeSealed Exteriors did, and I trusted Tim at HomeSealed Exteriors more than the other people I met with, even if they quoted comparable prices. Im very happy with their work and am looking forward to using them again in the future.

Had new windows installed. Our sales rep Tim did a great job and was very thorough without ever being high pressure sales. He gave us some great ideas that we hadn’t thought of. The installation was done in three days by Bruce and Dale both very nice and friendly guys. The did a great job of installing the new windows and cleaned up really well after each day of work. We recently had an entirely new living room picture window and two side windows replaced. From the sales process to the installation, we cant say enough about HomeSealed Exteriors. Our experience with HomeSealed was great from start to finish. The sales meeting was no pressure and many options were presented and explained to us. They didnt try to upsell us or get us to sign immediately for a discount like other companies have in the past (which is why those companies didnt earn our business). It took a few months for our windows to come in, but scheduling the installation was easy and communication about what to expect was excellent. I was not present for the install, but the finished product looks great and the team cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

UPDATE:We had 4 new windows installed in February and we couldn’t be happier. We had 4 encasement installed and they all work wonderfully and even make the rooms look bigger that they are installed in. The windows they replaced were old/cracked/not working. Those rooms are now warmer and even brighter with the sun light finally starting to peak through.Brandon the owner is very knowledgeable and was able to take care of my concerns and they are even coming back out to ensure the windows are properly sealed.This is part of a bigger project we are tackling hopefully by the end of the year we will be giving HomeSealed a call to replace our front door and sliding door and the remaining 8 windows so our entire home can be properly sealed from the harsh Wisconsin winters.

Needed to have both the screen door and entrance door in the back of the house replaced. Was impressed with the explanation of the products when Tim came out for an estimate. Was told upfront that the work could be more than 12 - 14 weeks out. Agreed to be patient. The day of the install came. I was told that the installers would arrive between 8:00 and 9:30. Nick arrived shortly after 8:00. Introduced himself and explained how they would proceed. A partition was put up so that the cold would not go through the whole house. The removal of the old doors and the install of the new doors went well. All work was completed and the work area was cleaned up. I was asked to check out the work and was also given the keys and an explanation. The project was completed in less than 8 hours. Very happy with the results. Will use HomeSealed for other projects.

We purchased 11 replacement composite windows (DH 7500) and a new screen door for our home.The team at HomeSealed were on top of their game throughout the entire process.I made an online request and even though it was on a Sunday they still responded to my online request the same day. Recently used HomeSealed for replacement of 32 casements and an 8 tall patio door. Several of the windows included resizing the window opening to make it larger. Overall very happy with the business. Brandon was great to work with and Nick and team were great installers. We had one window with a bad seal that appeared a few months later, and with a phone call and a picture, replacement glass was on order and quickly installed. Id definitely use HomeSealed again.

Had a few issues with the scheduling team accommodating my business schedule as they were not flexible. They only scheduled at their connivence during weekdays after my sales rep James told me that they could do installs on weekends.During a second install on April 13, 2021 I had to firmly “insist” the window installers to seal the inside window seals after he told me it was not his job to do on a newly installed window that he just installed. Also upon walk through I had to have the installers to replace a screen on a new window that they installed that had a hole that was clearly visible to them upon installation.

We used HomeSealed to replace 6 windows and 3 doors in our Shorewood bungalow. All of the products installed were of excellent quality. I was most impressed with their service though. Dan was our sales person and he was really easy to work with. They were able to schedule our installation about 4 weeks earlier than expected which was nice since it was late Fall. The installers did a great job getting everything installed. The project took 2 days and they were always on-time, easy to work with, and installed everything very well. We are very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend. Well likely use HomeSealed again for the other windows that still need replacing.

Great company end to end throughout the entire process. The sales guy we got was not a sales guy but rather had a background in construction. Incredibly easy to work with and after doing much research on vendors and getting 5 bids, we went with HomeSealed. This was a very large project - windows, front door, patio door, siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters/downspouts on the whole house. They have a high quality installation process, all 4 sides of the windows were flashed, the house was wrapped (original build didnt include any wrap and there was tons of rotted OSB behind the original siding), and the crews were very accommodating to our requests during the work. Small adjustments or mistakes we saw during the process were immediately corrected. Upon project review, they sent out a couple guys first thing in the morning the very next day to address some of the small stuff that was missed. For a project this large, its understandable that a few things will be missed and they remedied that stuff immediately. We have nothing but good things to say about HomeSealed. Quality product (Okna windows are extremely high quality vinyl windows) and good installation, and the crews do a great job with cleanup.

Had windows and sliding glass door replaced in our condo. Everyone at HomeSealed was very professional. Quality work, done on time and when promised. Once work completed they made sure everything was completely clean before they left. And since work done during pandemic, they also followed those protocols.

Second time using homesealed, first was for picture window in our old house. They did such a good job there I called them back to replace 2 sliding patio doors on our new house. These are located in a dinette which has 3 walls with sliding patio doors, so I REALLY wanted a solid product that sealed well. House was a foreclosure, so naturally upon ripping the old ones out it was apparent that there was no insulation used and water damage. Installer fixed up the damaged areas and sealed everything up really well, no more drafts or cold infiltration! Installer was very professional and was awesome to work with, finished product looks great! Their Okna products really do stand out from the other players on the block and I wish I would have used them for the first patio door we replaced. Great service through and through makes for peace of mind that the job was done right, thanks!

Our new windows were installed quickly and look better than I expected. These Okna 800 windows and exterior trim totally transformed the appearance of our house. My experience with Home Sealed was probably the best, that I can recall, with a contractor. Quality windows and excellent installation.

Front entrance door install went great. A little disappointed with the quality of the screen door. Wanted full exposure with no obstructions, but the screen door has a chain hanging down in front of our beautiful leaded glass storm door. Was very detailed in the purchase that we wanted full exposure with no obstructions. My old screen door had no chain hanging down from the top. Was told I could buy a cylinder to replace the chain.

I had 8 Okna casement windows installed with triple pane glass with a uPVC fusion welded frame at the beginning of February just days before the sub zero temps hit our area in S.E. Wi. The windows easily held up to the minus temperatures weve had the last two weeks. What a great replacement window. The sales experience was very pleasant and they were the only company to show us an actual window in the color we wanted to see the color match. Other companies just showed us the color in a catalog.The installation was equally professional. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. We were completely happy with HomeSealed Exteriors. From scheduling an estimate to installation everything was seamless. Installers were great We had 27 windows and a patio door replaced. Windows included 2 octagon windows. They look like a piece of art now, compared to previous window frame. Highly recommend HomeSealed. Ended up choosing white windows rather than wood or the wood look. Love the udated look it gives the house.

The price was right for a quality product compared to that of the competitors. I had to replace 19 windows on my current house and found Home Sealed exteriors to be the right company to work with as they gave a reasonable price quote and did a great job with the installation. The two carpenters assigned to do the installation were fast and efficient. They advised me throughout the process any concerns they had and at one point the project manager stopped over to further assist in anyway they could to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied with the windows and quality of work. I really appreciated that.

HomeSealed installed a five-panel OKNA bow window. The three-man team did a great job and cleaned up as well. They returned the following day to replace two, corner kitchen windows. We are very pleased with the finished product. Would definitely recommend them for any job.

This company is a gem, if you use them, you wont be disappointed.

Im definitely happy with the work performed by HomeSealed. We had what Im sure was a relatively small job for them (four windows), but every contact we had with them was very professional and helpful. The salesman that initially came to the house was thorough, but low pressure. He even showed us how to fix an issue ourselves with some existing windows we though would need to be replaced. The installers work courteous and worked quickly, and put drop clothes down everywhere they were going to walk. The finished windows look amazing.I would certainly recommend (and have recommended them to others) having them out to look at your project.

We contacted Home Sealed for a siding replacement job including replacing the gutters. James, Wade, and Niki were great to work with as were all of the workers we encountered. I had two entry doors and storm doors installed in my 1965 built home. The sales person, Tim Burns, seemed quite knowledgeable and straight forward. The installers, Nick was the lead person, were on time, seemed very friendly and skilled. They were careful about my home and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. This was a costly project so Im hoping for many years of trouble free service from the new doors. Only time will tell, but it seems that it is off to a good start.

They actually got the product and installed it before the date that we were supposed to start. They did an excellent job of installation and cleaned up well. The most positive thing from my perspective was that they did their own review of the install found a couple of problems and came back within a week and fix them. Some of them were issues like a screen with a slight tear in it that I didn’t notice, but they picked up on it and went ahead and fixed it. I had a great experience with them, but probably won’t need windows for another 30 years.

We replaced all of our windows. We had a great experience start to finish!One year later had a few caulk issues. Immediate service. Cant be happier with this company!

June 2017 we contracted with Homesealed to install two windows and a set of french doors downstairs. In August 2017 Homesealed scheduled the install. During the initial install, the contractor installed one of the windows reversed, the magnet on the screen was peeling off the track, and it was discovered Homesealed ordered the wrong door so we needed to reorder the correct door. The reversed window was taken out and installed properly and the magnetic strip was replaced. October 2017 Homesealed scheduled the install of the correct door, finish the trim and paint.The contractor came and installed the correct door but while painting the outside trim, he painted our screens. He installed the correct door but the hardware has been installed incorrectly (knobs and strike plates), he didnt paint the inside trim. He said someone would be back out to finish the job. No one came or called.We contacted Homesealed to come finish the job, they sent Eric out to look at what needed to be done and we were asked to complete the job with the stipulation that the above would be corrected. We agreed. We were told someone would be contacting us that week to schedule the completion. No one called.We contacted Homesealed in December and January. Nikki sent another contractor out to look at the door and make notes on what needed to be done, he took pictures. We were told they would be scheduling the repairs/replacements...no one called.We contacted Homesealed in February. Nikki sent ABC Distributing to look at the door for warranty work....ABC Distributing said our doors werent defective, it was the install. He said to give him 7-10 days to talk to Nikki about next steps and they would be in contact with getting things fixed. No one called.We contacted in March. Nikki apologized.We contacted in April. Nikki sent Provia distributor to come look at the doors. Provia distributor said it was installed issue and recommended we totally replace the screens with storms and he said he would look up our hardware and Nikki would be calling that week. Well, that was over a week ago, and still no call from Homesealed.We are done calling and asking for Homesealed to finish our job and fix the mistakes by their installer, we are now filing complaints and asking for outside entities to help us and make Homesealed accountable for the mishandling of our job.Update: Waukesha County Small Claims ruled in our favor and HomeSealed complied with the judgment.

We found having our roof put on was a pleasant experience. I was dreading having a new roof put on with all the scenarios that could go wrong, but everything went perfect as planned. The salesperson was not a high pitched person and did not push us in making our decision. All of the crew, from managers down including the woman we did business with on the phone who was setting up dates and times were very polite. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I felt they were an honest company and there was no hidden costs to the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

HomeSealed replaced our kitchen window in December of 2018. What sold us was the professional and thorough presentation by the window rep. Even though they were pricier, we felt more confident going into the project. The installer arrived on time and did an efficient job. The final project looks great and matches our other windows well, despite being a totally different window and material. We’re super happy and would highly recommend HomeSealed!!

It only took 2 1/2 days for the total house to be sided, and the new storm door to be installed. The men were here every day they worked by 7:30 am. Wonderful job, wonderful company!!!

HomeSealed Exteriors just finished replacing the rotting wood siding on our house with LP Smartsiding, and it looks great! I love driving up to my house in its restored beauty!Brett did a great job walking me through and educating me on the different siding materials available today, along with explaining my options on trim and colors. He noted my concerns and made sure Shawn, our project manager, was up to speed. Throughout the project, Shawn did a great job to check in with me to address any questions I had and keeping me updated on the scheduled work.Gone are the days of worrying about peeling paint, woodpeckers and rot! HomeSealed Exteriors made the whole process of purchasing windows a stress-free experience. Our sales rep never pressured us into making a decision. He made helpful suggestions on designs. That right there gave us peace of mind with our project. It was also good to see other project members come out and do multiple measurements to make sure that they were correct. The office staff kept us updated on the status of our windows while they were be made. When it came time for installation, our installer was right on time on the day of installation. Our installer even checked all the measurements before starting. He kept our house clean as he was doing his installs and kept us informed on his progress. He had all 13 windows installed by days end and only have to come back the next day for a few hours to finish the trim work on the outside. HomeSealed Exteriors puts the customer first and is truly a first-class company.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with HomeSealed. We had two picture windows replaced in our home. The salesperson Tyler was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The man who installed the windows explained everything well and was courteous. It did take longer than we expected from first conversation to the complete installation, I think 3-4 months. This was mostly because the manufacturer of the windows changed their policy and no longer made a certain type of window in the size that we wanted. But the communication through this change was very good, and in the end they provided a more expensive window for no additional cost to us. Overall, I would recommend HomeSealed as a high quality company and service.

Everything is as promised. Install was finished quickly and professionally. My only issue was that I wish the installers would have worn masks in our house during Covid.

If your looking to have your home sided look no further. Home Sealed Exteriors did a great job on my home. They were prompt and the crew was great and best of all no surprises. Best of all was the price.

I never thought I would say that I love windows. But my new windows from HomeSealed are wonderful. Already notice a difference with the house staying warmer longer. The installers were outstanding. Very conscious about making sure my flooring was protected and always letting me know what was going on. I wish all my windows were from HomeSealed. Excellent windows with comparable pricing.

I have used Homesealed for doors and windows and in both regards they are great. From start to finish they are great people to work with. Jon the salesman was great at getting me the info I needed and sharing the different options available. Doug and Paula we are installers and they were great and very communicative throughout the whole install. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

HomeSealed made our window replacement very easy. The HomeSealed team was very clear on the timetable for measuring, production, and installation. When it came time for installing, there was a snow storm and the HomeSealed team of installers completed the installation with only a 2 hour delay. Once installed, our family saw the difference in our home ‘s warmth and energy efficiency within a month. I would work with HomeSealed again and recommend them to all my friends.

From the moment we made the online appointment to the follow after our install they did an amazing job. We had several other estimates but they were the only company that made my wife and I feel comfortable with the extremely tough decision of who and what window would suit our home the best! The windows looks awesome, my wife and I are both thrilled that we decided to move forward with the window replacement. Everyone at Home Sealed was terrific, from the office communication, Bruce the lead installer was great, and even the guys assisting Bruce were awesome. They even treated my dog with love when I had to go back to work. I couldnt have asked for a better window replacement experience.

The crew that came to complete the job did awesome work and were very friendly and efficient. There was some miscommunication with the scheduled time they were suppose to come. I heard one thing and they did another. My husband took a day off of work for their first day and they never came. He was not able to switch days off so now hes down one day of his PPL. Great company anyways.
