There are quite a few Dollar Tree locations here in Naples but not one of them can come close to the level of customer service and care that is given here. Everything in the store is $1 so I dont go in thinking Im going to get a personal shopper experience. Although this is Naples so maybe some do expect that kind of attention. Anyway, Rhonda is this stores manager and shes a wonderful lady that takes pride in her workplace and staff no matter what the cost of the products on her shelves. When I walk in she greets me with kind words and always finds a couple minutes to chat about this and that. I think shes great and its rubbed right off onto her store. When Im there I feel like Im in some small town where everyone knows your name. Its comforting.

Miya one of the mangers is always helpful & polite. I wouldnt even visit the location if her presence was not there. One of the cashiers always smells.

I had the pleasure of shopping at this location yesterday. Outstanding customer service. Family Dollar stores are not the same. This location is neat clean and organized. I will definitely make this location my store, even though it is further from my home. Thank you Anastasia and team for your hard work, it shows.

The manager Rhonda always make sure to solve any issues I have, ordering or otherwise, friendly service and the store is always clean

Merchandise on the floor of every aisle. Could not shop with a shopping cart.

I visited the Naples Center location today at 3713 Tamiami Trl E. Had a wonderful experience! The store was extremely well organized and well stocked, especially for it being the Christmas Season. Met one of the managers, Heather. Very sweet, very knowledgeable! Knew where everything in the store was and helped me find some items. The whole staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful as well. And they had more than 1 register open👍I have been to many MANY $Tree stores and this one is by far one of the very best. Kudos! Great job! 😁👍Sharon Longo

Had most of what I shopped for. Covid-19 concerns has some items flying off their shelves.... Paper products, hand soap, cleaning products, etc. Very well kept store with friendly staff.

Very Rude customer service! I had a child 4 years old with me and i was trying to teach her to pay for her own things, but the cashier was a little too fast when i asked her to separate the order she INSTANTLY got an attitude and rolled her eyes. I asked to speak with the manager which i did and was just brushed off like ok whatever Ill talk to her.

Not well stocked. But, they had great novelty Christmas decorations.

Customers throw things around and the staff is always trying to clean up - and no I do not work there I am a customer; one that is always calling people out on making a huge mess. I can usually find more items at this location than the bigger/newer ones

The only store that makes the customers put up the hand baskets. Guess the staff at this location was NEVER trained on how yo multitasking task and straighten up/clean!!

It had what I needed. They where putting more stuff on shelves. No hand sanitizer if you are looking for that.

Friendly and helpful staff. More than one register open would have been nice for all the customers wanting to check out.

Everything really a dollar. Great for everyday things and household items. Also great for helium balloons for occasions. All a dollar. Usually 5-6 dollars everywhere else.

The whole store everything is a $1.00 Some in house specials 2/$1. on marked items, cards for all special occasions 2/$1.,cute holiday items, helium balloons $1. Next to Sav A Lot.

Not much I can say about Dollar Tree that everyone doesnt already know. Great place for little things for only a dollar. Just keep in mind its only a dollar so things arent going to be the highest quality.

Gotta love The Dollar store! Convenient for picking up odds and ends that if you only use once and lose it or break it, its only a dollar!

I like to shop at Dollar Tree but this one was the worst in East Naples. There was no stock on the shelves and no help. The managers were complaining about working and the general feeling in there was negative. I will definitely not go in there again. The way the boxes were left on the floor was an accident waiting to happen in there. My advice is stay away from that store..Complete Dump!!!

Like dollar trees products a lot. However, I have been in retail for a very long time and I cannot believe how dirty and disorganized most of the stores are that I frequent. Is it a lack of staffing or training for employees .I have been in management for along time and considered applying at the company to help turn things around. I am not the only customer who feels this way. Any thoughts?

Only had one lane open people were lined up to the back of the store. I felt bad cause I had a full cart. Someone ask the head cashier to open lane and she said no.
