The technician came to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He offered two lock solutions which he said would last us for as long as we needed it. I wanted our front door hardware replace as the original 4 year old set was corroded. I paid BB Locksmith $149 by credit card to come out and measure and take photos to order the replacements. After a week or so they called and said the replacement was in. They came and installed the hardware but did not tell me it wasn’t a replacement but something similar. The front door looks awful and now needs to be repainted ($250) when I questioned the workmanship. The guy sort of shrugged and said I had to pay $474.Although I did not authorize it they charged my credit card. This is not a reputable company.Your reply is BS none of what you allege happened, you do not have a signed invoice, and you stole my original hardware. Your incompetence has caused me to have my front door repainted at a cost of $1200 which I am seeking advice for a small claims court action. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Not only that your operative blocked my driveway until I called the Sheriff who ordered him off my property.

The deadbolt lock on the entry door required a repair. No parts were needed and the technician did a great job -- a total of 25 minutes on site. Unfortunately, their pricing was not clearly disclosed. $99 base trip fee, plus $100 per hr for labor. My complaint is that they charged an ADDITIONAL skill fee (on top of the hourly charge). If you use their services, make sure that you understand their cost structure in advance.

Inaugural camping trip with our brand new travel trailer, and managed to lock ourselves out (with the spare key safely at home 3 hours away....). We initially called another Mobile Locksmith service, stressed to them that it was an RV; their guy came out and fiddled around for 45 minutes, managing to dent our door frame badly but couldnt get us in. ZERO stars for those guys, but thats a different review.Then we called BB Locksmith. From the start it was obvious we should have called them first. Highly professional on the phone, asked exactly the right questions that told us they knew what they were doing. They gave me an estimate of how long it would be; a few moments later the technician (Addison) called from the road to tell me exactly when he would arrive. He was very pleasant and professional, didnt make us feel dumb in any way, and had us in within just a few minutes. An expensive mistake ($250, ouch!) but couldnt have asked for better help when we needed it.

I needed locks replaced on several doors. An appointment was setup and the installer arrived on time. I explained the problem I was having.It took about 25 minutes to fix the locks on the doors.I should note that this on a weekend during season. Service, wasprofessional and on time.

I have never taken the time to write a review before but this company is more than worth it. They are professional, timely, honest and joy to do business with. I would highly recommend using them for all your locksmith needs!

Do not use this business!!! All they are interested in is selling safes, which their floor is loaded with, most importantly, there are NO PRICES on them. They set the price as they go. I wanted to buy a simple sliding door lock, and they try to push this elaborate other door lock. The simple one is all I needed. Works great. But when the clerk came out with them, he asked the owner how much they were, he said $25.00 each! Spurned because he couldn’t sell me the more elaborate one! They are $15.00 each any other place. I said “keep them” and walked out. I hate going in there and did so to save time. I WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I brought a key for a storage lock to copy . Other key duplicators said it wasnt a common key blank so they couldnt copy it.BB had it in stock & made 2 copies quickly.The owners are very courteous & helpful.

After coming back from the beach at sunset, I accidentally locked my key fob in the trunk of my car. I could not remember the combination to unlock my car and had to call a locksmith. I was given the name of BB Locksmith and they came quickly and were able to get my car unlocked. It took a little bit of work as ,Mike said the Lincoln doors are very well sealed and hard to get past. but Mike was able to do it and cause no damage. I was very grateful for the professional care.

This was one of the WORST retail experiences I’ve encountered in my life! Went there to have a small locker key made and owner quickly made one from a blank and charged over $10. The duplicated key would not even fit in the lock. After holding the keys against each other it was obvious that the new key was substantially wider than the original key. I made the long trip back to the store and was handled very rudely and they refused to rework the old key unless I brought the actual lock to them. Told them it’s on a locker at a country club and that I could not remove it.I’m upset with the fast and sloppy manner in which he attempted to make the key but most offended by the condescending manner in which I was treated and their refusal to stand by their work. I would give them a minus grade if it was available.

Terrible customer service. Called back to have an explanation about my invoice from the previous day and was laughed at over the phone by the technician who’s name was Mike who then quickly transferred me back to another service rep. Unprofessional, rude and condescending when asked to explain the invoice to me. Never will I use this company again. They have lost future business with me for sure.

I find BB Locksmith professional, polished and yet friendly. I appreciate the fact they come when scheduled. I also like the fact they wear large ID badges with their picture easy to see and read. His work shirt had the name of the company and so did his truck. Its just me and my cat, so I felt safe letting him in. He also had an easy lock for a slider. We have used BB before and this was a repeat call a year later. Our technician was quick and friendly.Being a repeat customer we went off an old invoice. The service call was expensive and not quoted in the original call for service.While we are happy with the service, an $89 trip charge on a call for service (not to just get a quote) was a bit excessive.In the future we will shop around before relying on past service.

This place is First Class! Never had a key cut wrong ant the employees are very courteous.Their selection of products in stock is awesome to say the least. There are very few locksmiths in America that have more than one location or one service vehicle. These folks have multiple locations and vehicles.The other bad reviews lack all the details.....are they real reviews?or reviews from the competition?

I called BB Locksmith when we bought our home in Bonita Springs. We wanted the locks re-keyed, a couple of sticky ones fixed, some other security enhancements done, and extra security locks put on all sliding doors. They came promptly when promised, and did an excellent job. The technician neglected to clean up metal shavings - probably due to my distracting him with questions as he was finishing up - and I called the office to report that oversight. They sent a supervisor over almost immediately and he cleaned up everything and made sure we were fully satisfied before leaving. Every service company will have such incidents so how they handle it is all that really matters, and they were excellent.

Dishonest & Repeat Customer Relationship Worth Nothing. Local Contractor that have used Naples Branch Several times.Had them re-key Large Estate home 3/13/17, $492+ bill. Discovered one of the locks they provided & installed would not work with key.Technician told me it was OEM specs & Never Keyed. I made the mistake paying for re-key assuming a call to the office would be worth the credit or return of my $$$ for something that Was Not done Originally & Paid for.**I Waited but Did Not speak to Owner, instead got message thru employee that it was my problem..Like every company in demand. Customers dont matter, always someone else.

B&B Locksmith was able to cut and program a car key/fob that I brought into their shop. They charged me a quarter of what the Toyota dealer wanted. If I ever need another key made, Im going to B&B.
