I needed my front door lock repaired. They gave me a time of 10 and Jack called at 9:30 and said he could be out in 15 minutes if it was okay with me. It was nice to have someone show up not only on time but early. Jack was professional, friendly, and had a mask on the whole time. While he was here he fixed a few other lock problems for me. I will be using them again if needed.

This is the worse lock smith ever. I called them to fix 3 doors for my business one guy came in on a Monday and fixed two doors and changed me 140$ for the service. He said I don’t know how to fix the third door so someone else will come on Wednesday. And that Wednesday the guy charged me another 20$ for a service call plus the labor. Why do I have to pay another call fee? It’s not my fault the guy didn’t know how to do his job. Unbelievable that they would take money from a business during the hard times.

Jack was professional, prompt, friendly, and took care of re-keying locks so I have only one key for all. Fair price for everything done on site. I will definitely call A Locksmith when needed again.

Just had a front door lock installed by Craig from “A” Locksmith North Naples. The work that he did was excellent! He arrived on time as promised, was through and assisted me with the lock programming. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Craig.

Each carefully chosen employee... must adhere to the strictest standards of ethics and professionalism while focusing on the highest levels of customer service.This made me chuckle and Ill explain why. My family and I are moving items out of 2 storage units. Unfortunately we did not have the correct keys to the locks. The employee of the stoneage units recommended this company. We called and they said a representative would be available in an hour or two. We called 30 minutes prior to when they would arrive, making sure we could meet them at the gate. The gentleman on the phone said the employee would be arriving soon. As he arrived (with no mask on during a pandemic) we showed him to the locks and he had much to complain about the type of lock it was. He tried his best to get it open, but no luck. Still commenting on how difficult it was, he tried the next lock, and no luck stating that he could not use a drill because of a previous injury to his wrist. He could not perform the service that this company provides so he recommended another company who was a god send. The next day the gentleman originally on the phone asked if his employee completed the job, we said he did not. His reply was oh and hung up the phone. If you are in a state of emergency or need of any type of service that this company provides, please save your money and go to Sterling Locksmiths. You will not be disappointed like we were with A Locksmith.

Throughout the years I’ve always been satisfied with the superb service I received at A Locksmith. My recent transaction involved a house call for an out of town customer of mine. The person who answered the phone, took down all the information accurately, contacted my customer to get her billing information and gave me a service date that week. Being new in Naples, I happened to visit the shopping center where A Locksmith is located and stopped in to see if they could help me. We have been using A Locksmith for years. Excellent company, excellent work, excellent customer service. A lot of Naples businesses could definitely learn from these guys. Craig just came out today and changed 14 locks for me today. Job well done as always.

You get what you pay for. Went to get my Honda key cut because they were $20 and BB was $80. Neither had the key blank so I ordered one, brought it in, they cut, didnt work. They blamed it on my blank and refused to recut or refund. I ordered another, went to the Honda dealer. Dealer recut the original one cut by A Locksmith and it worked no problem. $20 down the drain. They were all nice and friendly until the collected my money, then just shrugged their shoulders and gave me an oh well. Stay away from these guys for car keys. Maybe cheaper than anyone else but if it doesnt work, good luck getting a resolution or your money back.

I had a wonderful experience using A locksmith. I had to change my door knobs so we could install plantation shutters. I needed one type of knob for the interior and a different type for the exterior. Ken came to install both knobs and I noticed that the exterior wasnt what I had ordered. So, what had happened was...they had the right lever but a round back plate instead of the square plate I had wanted. I didnt know you could pick back plates. As Ken was looking at our other hardware he suggested a different lever and back plate that matched the rest of our house perfectly! As long as they were send back the set, He said I should get the set that matches and it was the same price. He came back the following week and installed the new exterior knob and it looks awesome. Im so grateful for his suggestion and the job that he did so perfectly

The tech who came to unlock our RV pretty much said he didnt have proper tools and wasnt sure how to do it, that he normally worked with safes. Instead of getting someone else he destroyed our door. We cannot keep it closed and his suggestion was to use a bungee cord. Called company since they charged our insurance company $125.00. This will cost us hundreds if not a thousand to get this door fixed now, plus hold us up from leaving on trip! They didnt have much of a response
