Great experience overall. Manny quickly checked in. Tire rotation and oil change done in under an hour. Technicians trying to figure out how to reset oil light. After multiple attempts told they would look up and call me. As I was checking out mentioned to Manny. He offered to check, went to car, and he fixed it. I asked what he did and he explained and showed me. Outstanding customer service from him start to finish. Super friendly and helpful! The boise store also couldnt figure out so Ive been driving with change oil light on since May. Really appreciated his taking time to try and will be regular customer at this location due to quality service!

Will and the team at Peterson are hands down awesome. I travel 2 hours just to have my truck serviced with them and for good reason. They are always friendly and do an amazing job never do they try to push anything you dont need the work is done quick and efficiently. I have had issues at lots of dealers all over the states but not once here. I highly recommend them and will continue to come back.

Had an appt for a oil change and recall on the Jeep Wrangler. They told me they would have it done in 1 hour, when I made the appointment. Took longer, maybe 30-40 minutes longer.

Tons of people take vehicles here so to call it quick is not very accurate, the last time we were in for service is the worst experience we have had here, 4the service writer seemed more concerned with anything other than her job.

Manny is great. Takes care of my car every time.

There is NO better tough truck, RAM, than Petersons Service. After a thorough inspection of your vehicle, RAM 3500 in my case, the service representative who greets you will clearly accurately describe and explain both the essential needs and optional choices. He/she will also breakdown the costs of each choice. I highly recommend the customer listens to the professional opinion of Petersons representative.

Was informed of 4 recalls needed oil changed also. Got it all taken care of easily. Adam was my service advisor thank you.

Tire went flat used tire selant drove car to les Schwab they could not find the reason for the flat so now I have a tire I cant trust and no more selant because its on back order with Crystal. John the service mananger had my tire looked at and they found a hole so they fixed it and that gave me peace of mind because I now know why it went flat and because they could not order me a replacement canister they offered me a donut tire kit at half price. Everyone I met today had great customer service and I thank you for giving me the feeling of peace of mind that I can feel safe on the road at 530am. Thank you Peterson stampede.
