We brought our truck in for new emergency brakes and they wanted to charge $900 bucks and we went somewhere else and the did the exact same thing for $450 They also tried to sell us new brake pads and rotors thatwe just had done. They said our pads were at 8/32nds and they were bad for being at this size when we know 3/32 is when they actually need replaced. Plenty of life left! And the rotors never had been touched by an emergence brake and they said they were completely worn. They kept making promise dates of when it would be done but they kept ordering the wrong parts and pushing out the finish date.We cant live without the vehicle for too long because we need it for work. Heard that because this company is employee owned so they like to jack up the prices more. The other business we went to was able to order the parts and get it done in a way faster time too.Very unhappy with commercial tire!

After taking my tire into two other places in town (simply because they were closer to where I live) and being told that I would needed to buy 4 new tires (despite the fact that my tires were new), I went into Commercial Tire and they got me all taken care of. Not only did they repair the tire that needed to be repaired, but they put it back on my vehicle, aired my tires up, and did everything in a timely manner. Very impressed! Will continue to do business with them in the future. It’s worth the drive!!

Biggest waste of time. Called a week ahead to schedule an oil change. Showed up on time for my appointment got checked in and then sat in the lobby for an hour and a half to only find out the vehicle hadn’t been moved or touched. Nobody came to inform me on how long it was going to take until I ask and was told it would be “Next”. What’s the point of an appointment?

They were quick to check out my concern and get me back on the road to home!

Best tire shop in Nampa. My rear wheel came off while driving. These guys came roadside and helped me get to the store where they were able to fix the problem. They charged me an extremely fair price for all they did. Will definitely be back.

I had new wheels put on and balanced. It was shaking at speeds higher than 30, after a week I went back and all they did was retighten the lug nuts and poke at my tire and say that its not the problem. I went to a different place that said two of the wheels were balanced incorrectly. After a rebalance and the correct weight put on, the vibration went away.

Have to commend Andrew. He went above and beyond to get a tire for me plugged. Other places wanted to give me the run around but he made sure I got taken care of. Nice to see good hearted honest people out there still.

Its clear they do not check their work once completed. Vehicle was misdiagnosed which caused a whole bunch of other issues which led to even more money gone. Rep looked irritated when confronted, only seemed to care about closing on time.

As usual, they spilled oil all over the frame and it drips all over my garage floor, customer service is so,so and they seemed too busy to care. Probably will not go back.

These guy are awesome had four tires put on my daughter car had to make an appointment for the oil change and they squeeze me in after they got done with the tires.

Had to use these guys two times in one week and have went to them before whenever I needed services. Very impressed with how the front and guys in the shop work/ communicate with each other. They seem really busy but get the job done.. I am never setting foot in les Schwab again.

I took my semi truck for a flat repair. I had never seen anyone fixing a flat leaving the wheel on and taking the tire off. The really beat up my wheel trying to get the tire back on. I will never take my truck to any of their lication for such slapy work.

Great place to get tires

Got there shortly before closing. They were still very helpful and managed to get me back on the street before closing. The front office did a good job explaining my options and the price was fair.

Really happy with the service. Dustin was in charge of taking care of my car. He was honest, timely, and provided great service. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Work truck picked up nail and they got me in and out quick!

One of the tires on my wifes car was flat. I took it in here only because they are close to our house. It took them about 45 minutes, but apparently there was a staple in her tire. Alrighty, on my way. But first, that will be $11. First time I have ever been charged for a flat repair. I promise you, that will be the last time, too. I called and confirmed that other local stores still do not charge for that service. I will not buy tires in the future from companies that nickel and dime people.

Most of the employees are top notch... some need to assume less and ask more questions. Only one talked down to me when explaining the difference between tires, but not a big deal.... over all great local business.

Good service

I went in expecting a long wait time, as that was my experience with other tire places in the area. They changed all four of my tires and had me out of there in 45 minutes. They gentlemen working were kind and professional. The prices were also better than what I have paid for the same service elsewhere. I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Quick easy professional all the checks of a good mechanic. Did an oil change in 15minutes then checked the air in my tires for free. People need to be cautious with mechanics, but so far this is definitely a location you can trust. Prices are fair too. Ill be back again for tires soon.

Went in to have my tires balanced and get a free alignment check. While inspecting the vehicle before they did it, they found that I have a bad lower ball joint and steering box. They brought to the vehicle, showed me the issues, showed me other potential areas of interest that were in good shape, and explained what needed to be done and why. I am very impressed they took the time to show me and talk through what needs to be done.

Dustin Guinn at the Nampa store was SO amazing! He has the best customer service and such a positive attitude. He goes above and beyond to get you the best deal and discounts. We had a level kit and tires done. The car looks awesome! Commercial tire also has great warranties! If you need tires or any other service, definitely go see Dustin!

I called for a quote and was given one and told that you guys price match so I brought in a quote from other company. When i went in i was given a higher quote and was told that will not price match. I come here all the time to get work done and dont want anyone else touching my car but this time I dont have a choice.

Only place i will go to get my car worked on.. the guys in there are extremely knowledgeable, up front and are not pushy. They wont talk you into a bunch if repairs that have to be done, they will direct you in the right direction to keep your car on the road and in working order.

Ive never been to Commercial Tire before, but I have friends that have and I read the reviews, which were all great. I usually get my tires and service at Big O, but Im not impressed with the one here or how expensive their tires have become. I researched new tires and found the ones I wanted at Commercial Tire. It was a great experience. I spent a little longer time there than I anticipated, but they took care of all my issues. This is now my tire shop. Thanks guys!

My son took his truck in, he told them about the noises it was making when slowing down and picking up speed. They diagnosed it and gave him a quote of over $500. Said bearing. So now paid that money and problem not fixed. I feel they took advantage of a young kid.

Went in for an alignment and all the sudden theyre saying that my tire rod is crushed. 300$ to them to replace it and do the alignment. I dont know much about cars but i do know that crushing that would take a ton of force and doesnt make sense since the tire rod isnt hollow! He even told me that my tires were bald, and when i asked another guy there, he said my tires were not bald, which makes sense because i think I would notice if they went bald all the sudden. So I take my car home, without getting it fixed, and I take a look at it. I remove my tire and my tire rod is perfectly fine, like its not even bent. Im not sure why they would try acusing my car of having a broken tire rod, but it sure doesnt make sense. I feel like they thought i was just some kind of degenerate who doesnt know cars at all. Im 99.9% sure that they were trying to cheat me out of my money. Very upsetting smh. Im calling in the morning.

I had a trailer tire blow out. I called, confirmed they had the tire, brought my blown out tire to them and in ten minutes I was taking my tire back to my trailer. Speedy, friendly service.

Had a flat... Brought it in and they did a free flat inspection. Unmounted my spare tire and remounted the flat. And then put the full sized spare I had on in place of the flat for free and then aired up all of my tires

I jerry andree took my wife truck to have them find the fro t end noise they said it was struts mounts so they quoted 385 buck had it for four days to order parts then they never called to say it was done until I called them close to closing time to pick it up and they turned around and said it would be over 600 buck and drove it a week on free way for a week and the strut mounts bolts were alway loose only a hand turn in the threats and couple days later noise came back and took it back to they and they said it was lower ball joints were bad and quoted me another 800 buck I didnt fall for it a second time I sprayed white grease on up strut mounts noise stop for a week and came back they they wont warranty it out stop going to them oh the manager was supposed to call me and never did from nampa store I got rubbed out of 600 buck and have to pay more money to a other shop to fix it right going in other shop Friday

It clearly takes 3 hours to do an alignment.. I was next in line, they let somebody in front of me and Im STILL waiting. My truck hasnt even been touched yet. They have no clue what theyre doing. Les Schwab can have it done within the hour. Both companies are crooks.
