If you ever plan to have movers come to take your things and have it run smoothly, do not do it here. I had scheduled an arrangement 2 weeks in advance so that my movers could get in, get out and get on with their day. When moving day came, the movers told me that the staff didnt know where my key was. The staff began to yell at me over the phone, telling me she didnt have my key and after I had asked her to contact management and/or maintenance in order to get this issue resolved. I, ultimately, while on my way to my new location for moving, had to turn around and bring my spare key. This cost me an extra hour and a half of the movers time. I had to pay the movers an additional $150 but only requested $100 from the storage unit. When I requested Republic Storage to reimburse me for the lost time due to their lack of organization and communication amongst staff, they declined to reimburse me. The following day, they had my key. It was IN MY FILE THE WHOLE TIME! They wasted my time, their time and the movers time with their failure to act like a professional establishment. Instead of doing the right thing, they stole what was rightfully mine.

Do not use these people!.I moved to Tennessee in 2017,rented a unit,for my stuff and kept up on my rent,came back to Idaho in 2018 and went to my storage unit to find my lock cut off and one of their locks on my storage...went into the office and told them about my locker and he said he was sorry and gave me a new lo andck and took the one that was on there..even had their sticker on the lock.. sadly things of my dads and my son both are no longer alive..were missing along with numerous diecast cars..they didnt care one bit!!.i asked the man in the office. I thought this was a secure storage his response...There are no secure storage units..Do not use these people!!

Everything is good as long as you dont have financial issues and get behind on the rent. Any payment must be the full amount, no partial payments & if youre behind you must pay in full at the office, no online payments or phone payments are allowed. And they WONT make ANY kind of accommodation that would be helpful to the customer. No payment arrangements, no partial payments, nothing. So thats the level of customer service/ courtesy that youre going to get at Republic Storage

Dont store from these people we rented a unit and didnt end up needing it and they would refund us our money. We didnt even put a lock on it yet. Had it for a week. Waste of money.

Communicate and keep them posted if you need more time to make a payment. And they will work with u. Very friendly. Will always suggest going to Republic Storage. There an A+ in my book.

The couple running the place are awesome! They found us a unit that worked perfectly and even though they were the only ones in nampa that had one available, the price was very competitive. The day we moved our stuff out was extremely hot and they were prepared with cold water in the office for us. Great people to talk to and we left very satisfied!

This specific republic storage is awesome.I recently needed to get a storage unit and I couldnt be happier that I found this place.The couple that runs it are two of the nicest people you will meet. Extremely helpful, accommodating and overall just a delight to speak to.The prices are extremely low compared to other places in the area. For a 10x10 unit, I paid $67. For comparison most units that size in this area are anywhere from $85-$120. They have great access hours and office hours, a secure property and easily accessible units.I highly recommend getting a unit here if there are any more available.

We have had storage here for a total of 8 years. Managers are very likeable and knowledgeable. Our storage rental has gone from $57.00 a month to $99.00. They claim it is to stay in competition with other storage facilities. As far as I am concerned it is all about $$$$$.

Great prices

My storage unit lock was cut and replace! All my boxes were opened and dumped out and some of my stuff was stolen! I thought I was going crazy when key didn’t work but once I got in and saw what happened I found my cut lock on the ground in the unit. I told the people that work there and it was like they couldn’t be bothered! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

Do not rent from these people. Over priced, money hungry, rude, no decency. They will lock you out of your paid for storage and wait until the 5th when a new months rent is due. They will say Oh its passed the 5th now you must pay to get your things out. Um ? What about all the days before the 5th when my account was PAID for, and I called and emailed many times to get your locks removed before the 5th...? They are just petty because I was moving my stuff elsewhere.

If i could give them 0 stars thats what I would do. I called them about a storage unit, and the man told me he would hold one in particular for me till the next day. I go to pay for it the next day and the woman then tells me - that the one i reserved is taken and I got moved to a smaller one, or i could pay for a larger one! They wouldnt even honor the same price for the little bit bigger one. Highly unsatisfied with there service. And i will tell everybody I can to not use there units.
