Big Idaho Storage is BY FAR the best storage facility I have ever done business with. First off their staff is top notch. from the moment I got there I was met with kindness and professionalism. You just know people appreciate you when they are willing to go an extra mile for you. I appreciated that.The facility is large enough for an 18 wheel semi truck to navigate through without issue (as long as you coordite with staff before hand its really easy.) The storage units are clean and spacious. I needed storage for a whole house worth of stuff and it was easily accommodated in their largest unit.Big Idaho Storage was centrally located for me and their prices seem reasonable. So far, I am very happy with their service and was pleased to see that they are currently expanding.

Im in the process of relocating from a small city to a larger City in Idaho and my new house is not available yet.I needed a Storage Facility that i could Trust with my possessions. Where do I begin? I have NEVER had ONE issue in the 3 yrs that I had been renting from Big storage. seriously NOT one! Everyone has always been so nice to me, the units are very nice, clean, and I have NEVER EVER had a pest issue with mice or bugs while storing my new furnishing here. I am so so sad to have to leave, as I really love renting from Big storage, but due to current finances I am forced to have to find a new storage facility😭😭 not that big storage prices are crazy or unrealistic by any means, just finances in my own personal life. I even emailed management letting them know my situation, Rebecca reached out to me and even offered to give me a discount, she was so friendly, understanding and pleasant! unfortunately I had to decline due to finding a storage facility that was closer to my residence as well as a facility with a price I knew I could currently afford. Thank you BIG storage and the wonderful staff who work here, I will definitely recommend you to family and friends! And I will definitely miss having you as my storage facility ❤

I just vacated this facility. The unit was extremely clean. It was nice to see a staff that actively patrols the facilities looking for problems and cleaning up any mess left by tenants.Becky is so easy to deal with. Will definitely recommend.

My boyfriend had a unit there and their manager is so friendly & awesome, she is always willing to do what she can for her customers, everyone that we talked to love her. Tracy makes you feel good about storing your stuff there, we always seen her out on the grounds cleaning up, sweeping units and always stopping to chat with your customers for a few, makes you feel at ease.When he rented his unit she explained what was expected from us in regards to paying, storing, and vacating. When we tell her we were vacating she reminded us to please sweep out the unit and remove all trash because she didnt want to have to charge us. I feel she was always willing to help us with whatever questions we needed answered, she was amazing at getting us the U- haul we needed and was sad to see us go.I will guarantee you that if you are needing a storage unit or need to rent U-Haul equipment Tracy is the right person to go to, if anyone has any issues its probably because they try to break the rules or do the company wrong.We will be renting again within in the next 6 months when are house is finished & sells and Big Storage is the only place we will go in this Valley. If you are moving from out of state like we did use this company!!!! Tracy went in after closing hours to allow the moving company in because we had not gotten to Idaho yet and no other storage company would of done that.Kudos to the owners for having such a amazing manager and office staff.We will be back soon

Enjoyed the staff at big storage from my move in date to the time I moved out. The owners are great to know and working with Tracy has been wonderful. She worked very hard to make sure I had my U-Haul truck on site when I needed it. Tracy you are awesome!! Thanks. When I need another unit Ill be calling you.

The manager is very courteous and professional. Tne facility was clean and well maintained. Would use them over and over along with recommending them to everyone.

Went to their first storage auction today. Everything seamed fine until the auctioneer and her husband started bidding against the other buyers. The auctioneer is supposed to be an independent third party. Makes you wonder if they already knew what was in the units!! Hope they dont let her auctioneer again!! If so, we wont go. Bad Form, very bad form!!

Tracy came to help us with our storage unit on a Sunday, even though the office was closed and it was her day off. She made it known through her actions and words that our business was valued by going above and beyond the call of duty. My family and I recently need storage for our household things when we relocated back to Idaho from Washington. We had a hard time finding a storage place with what we needed and willing to work with us on price. BIG Storage was amazing! So friendly to my family and even helped us jump my car after it died as we were unloading our uhaul. The owners are probably the most friendly people you will ever meet. The unit was clean and a great size. Thank you to BIG storage for making our move back to Idaho go a little smoother.

The owners are amazing, nice people. However my recent run in with the manager left me not wanting to recommend this place. I have requested that the owners call me after the manager was so rude and condescending that I could not even get one word in while she kept letting me know thats just how we do it, Im the manager, why dont you talk to the owners?. I have not had a call back yet. Prior to this experience I would have recommended this place in a heartbeat, but now I wouldnt, especially if this manager is who you will be dealing with on a regular basis, not worth the headache.

Old owners were honest people, The new owner is a cheat. He will make deals with you and break them, won’t pay his bills, and does not honor agreements made by the former owners. Don’t work with this company period!

I recently used the Uhaul services at BIG Storage and found myself between a rock and a hard place but Tracy went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. I would never expect anyone to go out of their way the way she did and I am very grateful. I would recommend BIG Storage on customer service alone.

Very clean, friendly staff and low prices relative to the area. I definitely recommend this place. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles that the newer places offer, but the price is right.

The Big Storage owners are over the top awesome! Last winter, in the middle of a snow storm, 6ft. of snow already on the ground, I had been loading up my vehicle to take my possessions to a unit I had in Caldwell. Soaking wet, no coat and tired, I decided to get a unit close. I called the number for Big Storage, they hadnt even open up totally, and were burried . The guy was so nice and helpful, told me to go over and his wife would take care of the rest. I was so grateful to them for being around that day. The units are new, clean, accessable, and secure and well maintained. 100% Big StorageThanks to the owners and 2 new staff

Really bad experience I had here. They started to charge me at first 49 for the small space then they start charging me 65 a month. Them they told me that I had it to change my lock for one special one. And if we didnt change it that they were going to cut my lock and put the one they want. And charge me for it. So I dont think that is right.

They are always so helpful when I call with a question or to make a payment, I recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Everything was great until we moved the entire house into 2 units on site. We were $204 / month for the year for both units. They raised their rates starting the 2nd year to $250 / month. This seems like a great Bate and switch technique.They dont return phone calls. At least the last managers would get back to me. They changed auto pay systems and in turn hit me with a $25 late charge. Because they changed auto pay software, my gate code was changed, they neglected to let us know of this the code change. Consequently, I needed into the unit before business hours and was stuck at the gate on two consecutive mornings. Clean units but be prepared to get a ever increasing bill...My advise is Please read the contract in detail.

ZERO stars for this place, but that isn’t an option. Prepaid for 1 year at an agreed upon rate, had to move stuff out after 4 months because of rats! New owners didn’t honor whole year that we had prepaid & wanted more money for a rate increase. NOT HAPPY

Staff dont care and the company sent out a letter that we did not receive until Aug 7th saying they were raising the rates from 99.00 to 130.00 on Aug 1st not only that but there phone systems are horrible TRYED calling every day between the 1st and 9th to make my payment left countless messages And never got through or got called back so by the time I got back in town to go I person I had a late fee and found out my rates were raised

I wish i could speak with owners, their manager is very bad. I went in with my daughter in law cause the lady was mean to her. Very big problem with theft and she didnt want to go alone. but needs to talk with owners this lady starts yelling in our faces i ask her please dont yell in my face but we needed help can we have owners name she said im not telling you nothing. very very rude you cant get any info. She said she didnt care about peoples items in the storage units. never have i been treated so badly. owners may not even know because this lady lied a few times what little i was there. Very bad lady I personly would never leave my stuff in their care for she said to me that shes not responsible for anybody stuff on their locked property. Crazy people pay you big money to watch and care for their belongings until they find a home. You should care. Please if you know the owners let them know a custmor needs their help but manager is rude mean and crazy. We really need owners to get in touch asap
