Received a quote on a vehicle I was looking into purchasing, a 1000c motorcycle, it was higher than I liked so I opted for a 600cc bike. When I added the smaller bike to my insurance coverage was $100 dollars higher than the quote I received for the larger bike. When I asked why they told me it is just computer generated and they had no control over it. So definitely dont buy motorcycle insurance here since they dont seem to know the difference between a 600cc and 1000cc bike. These guys literally insured everything for me, and after this they will no longer insure anything for me.

Peterson Insurance Services have helped me out with all avenues of my life. This includes vehicle insurance, insurance for my 5th wheel and homeowners insurance. They have provided quotes for pet insurance and life insurance to me as well. I have been with my insurance company for 4 years and I’m saving the most money through them. The team at Peterson Insurance is highly knowledgeable and truly cares about the well being of their customers. I usually work very closely with Keisha and Vicky at the Nampa store but based off of my 5 star experience with the two of them I’m sure the other stores have amazing representatives as well. But if I were you I’d recommend making the drive to see these girls. I know they’ll take care of you like they have taken care of my family.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Straight HOT GARBAGE!!! ALLSTATE and this insurance office added someone to a policy without permission and overcharged multiple months. Each time either office was called they deflect by saying the other office must make the changes to issue a refund. Almost 4 months later and still not resolved. So unprofessional!!! Hopefully the ALLSTATE Mayhem comes to both these businesses. Anyone looking for insurance, should stay clear of these unprofessional and unethical insurance companies!!! If you want to get scammed pick Allstate and Peterson Insurance.

For car insurance I paid first month $130 and $56 thereafter they like their paperwork fee homeowners insurance was standard flat rate no paperwork fee shopped around month number 3 Towne insurance $35.56 a month
