The people working there are the friendliest and most helpful. Explained all the process and helped with everything. Would have been a higher rating but we bought 3 cars and each of them had issues that were not disclosed on buy sheet. I realize they are as is but the windows not working, air conditioning not working and some other issues should have been noted. Loved the whole process and contact but question the validity of information given

Went here with a relative who wanted my opinions on some vehicles because Im a mechanic. Spoke with the manager and staff, and was treated like a longtime customer, very helpful and welcoming.If youre in the market for a vehicle, check em out, nice experience.

Just walked out after looking at multiple trucks and I got to say Im impressed. Ive been to multiple auctions and every time theres an obvious failure either metal in the engine oil transmissions obviously going out or something major wrong. That was not the case here. These guys have pretty straight vehicles and the one vehicle I looked at with an issue was clearly noted in the auction.

Pleasant online auction experience. The website is live and updates well. The service over the phone and inside the building is exceptional. I have purchased a number of cars from T and A Auctions. It used to be a good local auction! Recently, since T and A auctions was purchased by Musser Bros, I have been bid up by the owner of a vehicle (owners are not supposed to bid on their own vehicles) so that they recoup their monies spent, and I have watched an online bidding that was supposed to end at 6 pm go on until 7:20 pm (or later) in order to get the price higher. They manipulated the clock every 30 to 40 seconds to continue the bidding. It looks to me that this is an auction to cater to the dealer(s) not to the car buyer that is going to pay a buyers fee of 10% for their service.

Poor disclosure of actual vehicle problems. I have had to get them to update their vehicle descriptions on multiple occasions, because whatever inspection they supposedly do is cursory at best. They do not allow test drives. Most vehicles have overpriced reserves, it appears that the most recent auction had about half not meeting the reserve. I won bidding on an Audi, only to find out that I hadnt. Big time and effort wasters these guys are. Steer clear of this auction house unless you have a very high tolerance for risk and a lot of time to waste. Buyer beware.Update: After reading the owners slanderous response, I am now livid and considering filing a complaint with the BBB. I have bought cars all over the nation at dozens of auction houses as a hobby, and these guys take the cake as the worst. I dont care what happened at your Pasco location, I have been bidding at your Nampa location at 2008 delta.

Usually when it comes to reviews people tend to only post the negative things about a business. But this review is nothing but a positive one. I recently won the bid on a vehicle with trucks and auto auctions and paid my bill. While they were going through the paperwork in order to transfer the vehicle into my name they came across a note from the test drive prior to the auction that they had missed. The note said possible transmission issues! Because of this note one of the managers reached out to me by phone and his name was Cody. He stated that in good conscience he could not sell me the vehicle knowing that there was a transmission issue that wasn’t disclosed In the description of the vehicle that I was the top bidder on. Cody explain to me that he was going to go test drive the vehicle in question and get back to me. After test driving a vehicle he confirmed that there was a transmission issue. He apologized and offered to refund my money.As much as I wanted to get the vehicle I did not want to have a vehicle with a bad transmission. In my experience it isn’t too often that you find somebody as honest as this. If I could a gave this business a 10 star review I would have, I really appreciate it Cody being so honest with me. I definitely recommend using this auction because it’s not very often you find people that are honest. Thank you again Cody Even though this vehicle didn’t work out I am sure the next one will.

Great place you buy a vehicle. Purchasing process took about 5 minutes and I was out the door. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I would recommend you check this place out. Just make sure you understand you will not be able to test drive them.

Bought two vehicles on same day, one for my wife, one for me. Still driving one of them and sold the other a year later. Good value but I definitely recommend viewing vehicles in person first.I like the way you can check the vehicles out on your own time before bidding.Will do business again.

Need to know cars pretty well to buy these or you might buy one with issues. although they say they drive them they dont hardly catch anything.

Used to be a great place for people to buy good cars at below book price... now since they include online bidders its only a good place to sell your car at book value or above. If you want a good deal on a car... i guess back to Craigslist until we find another auction that only allows in house bidding.

Thank you Trucks and Auto Auction for selling my Harley last weekend! I had tried Craigslist, Giant 5 and other sites and hated dealing with the phony, crank inquiries. Trucks and Auto gave my Harley the exposure it needed to sell at top dollar. Easy people to work with, great public draw and super easy on my part. I now have money in the bank instead of a motorcycle in my garage!!

Very great place to buy a nice car at a decent price. They dont allow kids which made it difficult for my family to all go in at once. They do have one mexican food truck option as well when youre looking at the cars.

They have recently came under new ownership. The cars and trucks are much better quality. The owners are very nice and involved.

When you need a car or truck ... Check them out .... Usually get a great deal at the auction!

Trucks and Auto Auctions went above and beyond selling my motorcycle. They took care of me through the whole process and I got more for my bike then it was listed for on craigslist for 4 weeks!! Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

This group and company is outstanding. Bought a few vehicles from them now and transactions are smooth and process is easy. Wanted to share a great story of one vehicle that I bought that didnt go very well. It was a tough situation and certainly not Musser Bros Auctions fault at all. You learn a lot about a company and organization by the way they handle situations like these. Brooke and Cody are dang good at what they do and they worked quickly to help take care of me. We bought 3 cars from Nampa auction, with one car we had problems, but my husband were able to fix them. Overall their prices are better then Meridian. We will stay with Nampa auction, not Meridian.

I like that they provide a listing of the vehicles with info. They also allow the public to view and check them out before the. Auction. The auction is open to the public.

Seller beware - they charged me to add 2 quarts of oil to a 2 liter engine that didn’t need it. I HAVE PROOF IT HAD AN OIL CHANGE 5 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SALE - THE MANAGER LIES!
