I had my first experience bidding on a used vehicle. Needed a good project car for my son. Musick Auction was awesome!!! The bidding and purchase process was simple and great customer service. They also have a huge selection of collectibles and weapons which was really cool. Definitely my “go to” for finding great deals. Thanks again Sue and Musick staff.

I enjoy buying cars there but descriptions aren’t accurate. Some have major transmission or engine issues that are not mentioned. If these cars are driven 5 miles like stated they need to describe these cars better. I’ve had a few 4 wheel drives with bad differentials that run thousands of dollars to fix and if I would have known this before bidding I would have never bid on them in the first place. A little more honesty wouldn’t hurt.

Bought a car that claimed it starts, runs, drives, and shifts. Turned out, the car would not shift into the last gear. While I was disappointed, the mechanics were super nice, and the office worked with me and gave me a refund. Keep in mind, when the auction says it starts, it does not mean that it starts on its own power. Most cars need a jumpstart.

I bid on some coins that ended up being counterfeit and they made it right, I will continue to do business here, just FYI its always a good idea to go out and look at items before you bid, and they are good about letting you do that.

This place is a joke. Do not buy a vehicle from them. They are garbage and I do mean all the vehicles are garbage. My truck made it a mile down the road before the engine blowing up. No refund. Othing just got ripped off by these crooks

Friendly staff. Sometimes are busier than others-timing. They have some higher end things at times as well as prices from the bidders. Looks a little chaotic on the outside but they got it organized crazy.🙂 I would recommend trying them out. Make sure you do your homework and inspect what you are buying. Have fun and good luck!

Josh is the owner of Musick makes no attempt to do right on poor sales.I had to take him to small claims court when he sold me a car with no transmission.He had every opportunity to make it right before court. Instead we were on zoom & he paid.

Jordan is the $h!+!! Just saying. If you end up here ask to tslk to jordan he wont blow smoke up your assk him about anything in there lots and he will be able to fill you full of info. Smart kid!

Garbage is sold here. Absolute garbage. Theybstolen$1899 from me and caused my business to fail.

It really saddens me how the lack of customer service there is now, the add on fees you claim is a “mistake” that has been happening. Instead of being annoyed that I caught your NICS fee on my invoice($18.00!!!), which is for firearms purchase when I clearly just bought a chair, asking to have it removed was like it was a burden. No apologies for the mistake, nothing. Then when running my card, she didn’t ask if it was credit or debit, so had to cancel out of it. Again, as if it was a burden. I’ve bought numerous things over the years and this is by far the worst service ever. Not sure what had happened but might want to see what is being done/not being done.

Totally addictive estate auctions! Definitely lots of deals at this place if youre willing to sift through the massive online roster. Really nice staff too, had never bought via auction & they were super helpful. Will definitely be a return customer.

Amazing selection of everything ... literally, EVERYTHING! All bidding is online, but you can visit their warehouse to review the item, or just tour. Sometimes the tour is more fun than a museum... worth a visit even if your not in the market for something ... but youre likely to see one of those oh, I need this. Great place -- great people.

Great place to find deals. Been really pleased with the bids I have won. Nice to be able t go in and preview then go home and bid online. I would recommend going in to look at the items you are interested in as the pictures dont show everything sometimes. Would recommend!!

There very customer service operated, very professional also. I go there once a week to purchase my items that I won on there on line auctions, they are very quick to have the items ready for me. Its wonderful knowing I can go and have quick customer service and nice friendly smiles.

Purchased a diesel truck through the auction. Was told in was inspected and in excellent condition. Wasnt allowed to test drive it or even start it (only a visual inspection from outside), had to trust their word. Bad move. Im out 7k in work on the truck, havent even put 5k miles on the truck. Probably will reach out to my lawyer to see what actions I can take. Be careful with these people. Dishonest and shady.

I always find something I cant live without

Purchased a pressure washer that was listed as “good compression”. After purchasing I never once got the washer to start, I opened up the engine to find the piston rings broken. Complete waste of money.

I bought my Dodge caliber at this establishment I was very scared and not understanding the process I gave them a phone call and the professional lady at the desk has given me knowledge to purchase my new vehicle and I am very happy with the results thank you very much mr. Car auction youve always been the greatest auction that have ever visited I will continue to visit this establishment in the future

Bought a 2007 Jeep, when I arrived to pick it up the jeep it had an airbag light on and a sway-bar link light flashing. I expressed my concern about the light to a manager he said that it wasnt on when they test drove it and he didnt know anything about sway-bars and that they take vehicles in on consignment and are not subject to vehicle resale laws because of that. When I had the Jeep dealer look a the issue I was told the sway bar and electronic disconnect had been taken off of the vehicle and the electric harness had been cut off. End result $3000 to repair a missing sway bar another $600 to replace the missing harness so it can be driven. Do not rely on Musicks inspection of vehicles they are cursory at best.

So if you read my last review you know there was a hiccup in my experience...well I have to say that Lou and Sue made sure they turned this right around. I am satisfied with the way things have turned out and have to give them credit for making sure their long term customers are happy. Thanks Lou, for excellent customer service!

Bought a chainsaw that was soaked in water i had to take it apart to get it working again... i also bought a roomba from them that had no charger also leaked water when i picked it up and doesnt hold a charge. Complete rip off...

After multiple positive experiences, I have made two purchases in the last 2 weeks from the Musick Auction, driven to Nampa to pick the items up and the staff at Musick Auctions have not been able to find my item. Both times I am encouraged to wait or to leave and come back later while they try and find my item. My money was refunded both times. Once is an accident and understandable. Twice is a pattern and shows something needs to change to ensure that the Musick Auction doesnt waste peoples time by selling products they then cannot locate.

Vehicle description was inaccurate. Auctioneers notes were lies. Said vehicle ran well on test drive and no issues noted after accelerating to 1500 rpms. The truck barley ran. The dash lights were all off in the picture that was posted and when I picked it up it had 3 lights on, check engine light, traction control light, and brake light. The transmission slipped when shifting into gear and would not even go up to 1500 RPMs.

I purchased A vehicle that said no problems on test drive. Turns out it Had a bad transmission. Josh was very receptive to my complaint. In the end they did the right thing and refunded my money.

Took a lot longer to auction my lot than I was told and had troubles with communication from the staff but as soon as Lou found out there were issues... He personally stepped up to the plate, admitted the flaws, and with real genuine candor has offered to try to make a better experience for me now and in the future. This speaks great volumes to the direction this business will go. With good service skills and management like this, I foresee that the wrinkles will get ironed out quickly. And that this business will because one of the best auction houses in southern Idaho. I look forward to seeing the positive progress in upcoming months.

I’ve bought two pieces of equipment through musick auction. Both have been easy transactions and items were as described.

I love bidding on things during the online auction. I was able to get a great price on a chair for my living room and a lamp for my daughters room.

Looks like the Meridian Auction House, alot smaller. Very nice, clean, friendly. Workers in back also. Fast efficient. The only problem I have is the item descriptions. They will say 3 silver dollars and 2 are quarter. Cannot see item on screen. THEY SAY YOU SHOULD COME DOWN TO INSPECT. UNFORTUNATELY I LIVE 50 MILES AWAY. GIVEN THAT I BELIEVE THERE HONEST BUT INEPT IN THAT CATEGORY. Still you can find good deals on most anything you like

Sold me a fake coin. Called them before I made a bid online a was told it was a gold Krugerrand. Took forever to get them to ship to me. Ive asked to return the coin. Sorry, you bought it. No protection of the buyer here.even when it obviously a fraud situation.

I went in today to pick up my items today, that I had won. Kudos to Beth, Remembering a newer customers name, and then she still apologized for a company input error on last weeks auction, (not removing a single cabinet auction item, that was part of another grouping of cabinets). Beth made a difference for me. We all make mistakes, it is what we do after that mistake that makes a difference of keeping a customer or losing one. Beth you did a great job. Thank you.

Completely unorganized ,left two truckloads of items to be sold including hundreds of leather coats .only received less than $50 total.im not happy where are my coats if they didnt sale. I didnt get them back.

Descriptions of items is inaccurate.$650 for non-operateble firearms. I qas a regular bidder, but as of lately I wont return. Pants on fire 🔥

Please do not buy from them!The “ran good” car we purchased from them has been inoperable since the day we got it! The check oil & the service engine light are both illuminated. And it over heats, it is not even driveable. Please use my experience to dissuade you from making a bad purchase!

I had a bit of an issue with some of the merchandises I had purchased but Musick was more than will to help make everything right. I was very surprised as to the professional manner and how well they handled and the speed it which everything was handled to make sure that I was 110% satisfied. A+

Buying I have had an ok experience. When I had them sell my first item it went wrong. I had Ammo I was selling 2 different calibers. I told them one caliber is one lot the other was another lot. When I looked at the live auction they split it up in 7 lots and got charged their highest interest rate will do business elsewhere

We found this place a few months ago and have bought most everything we needed for the house. Some items needed tinkering but they were great deals & nice peeps.

The people were nice and as far as an auction house goes I wish you could test drive before hand.

This place is like a fun zone for grown ups! I love the auctions that they have!

They are very helpful they will address any concerns that you have and your always able to go view what u want to bid on

Its okay. A few items have been different than the pictures, but they did not charge me for those items. The biggest downside is that the location where you pick up some of your merchandise is a little hard to find. But then again they have moved the building and they said it was just across the street but there was maybe 10 buildings to choose from.

Purchased an item from an auction that turned out to be missing parts and broken. The company failed to mention anywhere in the listing of these problems. Avoid at all cost. Many other auction houses in the area that are honest. They obviously do not want your business. They are greedy and will deceive you. Take your money somewhere else.

I bought a veh. here and this is what I learned: The owner and a few friends buy these cars at the DEALER AUCTION in Nampa (dealers auto auction) they are there every Wednesday. It is for dealers only. They dont test drive the cars/trucks they dont check them out in any way. If there is a problem with the transmission etc they have no idea and dont care. They listen for engine noise only. You ARE NOT ALLOWED to test drive the cars and trucks for a reason. Dont be fooled by these people. The sales which they claim are ESTATE sales and the vehicles are FALSE ! They do their best to make you believe these cars and trucks belong to someone other then them... NOT EVEN CLOSE TO TRUE. Im filling a complaint with the AGs office for false and misleading and for violation of the Consumer Protection Act. WARNING WARNING WARNING
