Loved the upbeat answer I got when I called, Doris was a great help and was on top of getting a tech out to me quick! Thomas showed up and was amazing, gave me a estimate, nothing hidden Ed and explained to me what needed Fixed vs. estimate on a whole new unit. Overly pleased and will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs!

I HIGHLY recommend Integrity Heating and Air, their service, beginning with the first person to answer the phone, is second to none. I recently hired a competitor to do a furnace inspection of my 5 year old appliance.When he finish his inspection he presented me with almost $4,000 in recommended repairs - I immediately sought a second opinion. Enter Thomas, with Integrity. He was able to come out the same day, inspect - and remove the part in question - so I could see for myself - NO DAMAGE FOUND. On top of this level of service, Integrity waived their inspection fee! I cannot recommend Integrity Heating and Air enough, I will never use any other company for my HVAC needs.

The frustration of coming home and inside the house is 89° is beyond grimacing. Called Integrity, they had Brett and Thomas come out and take a look. They were both professional and understanding with the urgency. They had a new system on order immediately. Then installed. By morning the house was 70°. We were definitely thanking our lucky stars. I dont think our tradesman get enough credit. These are the guys that make living conditions very comfortable. Thank you Brett for the super awesome job on our new AC and Furnace installation, and thank you Thomas for the initial quote and order for the equipment. Good job guys!

Had my AC unit freezing up lately and they were able to squeeze me into a same day appointment. Doris, the office gal who scheduled the appointment, was very personable and easy to deal with and the tech who came (Thomas) was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem today so I dont have to melt in this heat! Very satisfied.

This company was referred to us by a friend after we had called another company to have our heating, A/C and water heater serviced and were told we had a crack in the heat exchanger in the furnace and that they had to turn off the heater and replacing that part would cost about $1,800. We started exploring our options of replacing all of them since they were old and got a quote from that company of $8 to $10 grand depending on which kind we wanted. So I contacted Integrity to get a second opinion and quote and their service tech, Thomas came out. Thomas saw that our heater was only 6 years old and contacted the manufacturer to see about their warranty on parts. He also said the cracks we were told we had were probably blown out of proportion, which we learned yesterday was exactly the case. The other company even turned our furnace off because of the hazard of it leaking Carbon monoxide. Thomas said our 6 year old furnace was still under warranty for parts and that they could install the part for labor cost only which turned out to be about $300, NOT $1,800! When Thomas removed the part yesterday to replace it with the warrantied part, he showed us the cracks the other company blew up. They werent cracks in the actual air flow heat exchanger part. The cracks were very small and in the corner where the crimping is that seals the 2 pieces of metal together. We do need to replace the water heater and the A/C unit because they are over 10 years old but they are still funtioning and summer is coming to an end so we have some time to save for those replacements as right now is really hard as it is because Im going through chemo again. Needless to say I will NOT be using the other company though their staff was very nice, either they are ignorant or intentionally deceiving us using scare tactics. I did find the other companys finance person has been VERY pushy calling multiple times about financing our system replacements which I told her we were looking into other options. The other irritating thing about her calling me multiple times is that, does she think Ill forget that I have issues with my furnace that need fixed? So I told her again not to call me and if call them when we got it figured out. I will recommend Integrity Heating and Air now in the future to anyone! They represent the name of their company well and their staff is great and their tech was very helpful, informative, on time and friendly!!

Owning a home can be overwhelming in itself especially when there are major repairs needed. You find yourself combing through reviews and calling multiple companies hoping you find an honest service company.I was in this situation a couple of weeks ago with my AC unit. I received so many different analysis, most of them being extremely costly and over the phone diagnoses. I came across Integrity Heating and Cooling and thought to myself the name says exactly what I want in a service company. I requested to have a technician come out to my house to offer an estimate. The turn around time was surprising (weekend). I was greeted by their technician Thomas (very polite - personable), and showed him to my unit. I stood there, cringing, waiting for another expensive assessment. But, that was not the case. He said here is your problem. I can have you back up and running in 30 mins for $150 and he did just that. I explained to him I had a company out a couple of months ago to perform a tune-up. He walked me through what was to be included in a standard tune-up, it was apparent to me that the well known (think pink) large company I had out, did me no favors in regards to performing the job they stated was completed. If you find yourself in need of a heating and cooling company in the valley, make Integrity your first call, you will thank me for it!

This company is built on SERVICE! I was having issues with my furnace and their service guy came out and had it fixed tout suite. He even explained that it was a issue with my sensor. Did not try to up sell me, or use confusing jargon. This company truly deserves the name INTEGRITY!!

As a property management company we take care of numerous homes that require regular maintenance and repairs of the HVAC systems. They have always been quick to respond to an emergency, on time for scheduled appointments, and take care of the problem the first time without any return trips. The prices are very competive. This is a serious issue of our heating system installed by Integrity Heating and Air. After being in our home for 3 years, my wife and I decided to have our heating system checked for proper operation. My wife has a friend who works for a heating and air conditioning company in Nampa so we decide to have them come out and look at our furnace because it had not been checked since the initial construction. After checking the system, they informed us they would need to shut the system down because it was emitting enough carbon dioxide to be a hazard and could no longer be used without some serious repair. They explained that the gas setting on the incoming regulator was set at 8 which was more than double what it should be and had burned holes in the chambers and allowing harmful fumes into the home. The technician who discovered this had been in the business for over twenty years and said in all the years, he had only seen this one other time. I asked him the likelihood of this becoming out of adjustment after the initial installation and he said that was very unlikely, meaning it was most likely installed this way or was never checked during the initial installation and was set this was from the factory. The technician also said a proper installation technician should have made this check and it should have been caught during the initial installation. Integrity Heating and Air from Nampa performed the initial installation. I called them and asked them about the issue and they said the manifold has a lifetime warranty but the extra cost above and beyond the manifold would be so cost prohibitive to just replace the manifold, we would need to install a new furnace. Of course we did not have them install a new one, they didn’t install it correctly the first time, how can we trust them a second time. This was over $3000 out of our pocket after only living in the home for three years, when we should have had 15 to 20 years of service from the original furnace. The subcontractor for the HVAC during the initial construction was Integrity Heating and Air from Nampa and I will be giving them a “F” rating on the Better Business Bureau website.
