Slow service. My item was not scanned upon pick up from USPS. Which made it impossible to track the item until it was scanned into the next location. I called to follow up on the item shipped and was on hold for 20 mins. I had to hang up and call back to get them back in the line. I stopped over into this location because I was at Walgreens and figured it would be convenient. While the woman working was nice, she was so slow. There was no sense of urgency. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I love this place. I started to get terrible customer service at the UPS near Albertsons so I never went back. Im so glad I found this location. All of the staff there are super friendly and very helpful. The guy in there is a very hard worker and does everything right, efficient and fast. This is the only location I use now.

Overpriced, went there to get two letters sent certified mail they sent the track number to one then the other which was the most important I still haven’t received a number for.

Quick and efficient service every time I visit. His prices are a little on the high side but it is much closer than my nearest post office so it is worth it. The notary service I have used a few times and it is important to call ahead as she is not always available without an appointment.

Been going to this PA location for years. Friendly, family owned business with good service and prices that compare to every other business of its kind. But unlike the rest, they offer coupons for discounts on shipping services.

I use this location very often, over many years. The service is and has been outstanding. Very friendly employees. Efficient service. Great notary service as well.

Closes very early on Saturday (4pm) and doesnt have US Postal pickup until Monday anyway. Dont waste time, go to Postal Annex on Ynez and Rancho California. The have US Postal pickup everyday.

Overpriced shipping service. Also was promised a tracking number but didnt get it. She said she would also email it to me and never did. Go to the PostalAnnex off of Baxter, much nicer experience there

Passport photos 2 for $19.95 COSTCO 4 of $4.99 what a ripe off and person said they dont get many in focus besides.Never going back.

Horrible service. Was told the postman would pick up at 3:00PM on a Saturday. I dropped off the package in the early morning, to find out on Monday that the package never got picked up on Saturday. Very bad service. Employees dont care about the customers. Will not be back!!!

I was lost and in a bad place left out in a town I had no business in came into this store with no hopes thinking no help but the lady running this store is the most caring open heatedh Christan you can ever meet so pure best person I could ever run into in such a situation

Twice my husband and I sent certified letters from this location and they were never delivered -- sensitive, notarized materials that somehow vanished into the thin air and were undeliverable. Since I left the state, I couldnt go into the store. I have e-mailed and received no response.

Good place
