I have been CrossFitting for a year and never thought it was possible to accomplish the things that I have accomplished because of the amazing coaches here at CrossFit Unscathed. The time, dedication, training, and knowledge that they pour into ever member here is irreplaceable. You are welcomed with open arms, smiles, and a place that can challenge you to become more than you ever imagined. It doesnt matter what fitness level you are at...you can be 85, 47, 32, 19, or anywhere in between; you start at your fitness level, and everybody around you couldnt be happier you are there trying it out. Its a place I never want to leave because it is my second home and they are my family. I doubted my closest friends and family when they told me about a good CrossFit family. I didnt understand. I have been doing CrossFit for about 3 years and been to a few different boxes. Never have I felt more at home than I do at Crossfit Unscathed. While I was trying to find a box that I LOVED I realized its not about where you are, its who youre with!!! At Crossfit Unscathed, I have never felt more cared for and more as an athlete and as a person mainly due to the coaches. They are very knowledgeable about what they are teaching you and most important how to do the movement in a safe way to benefit you in the long run. I have been to a couple boxes where they just tell you what the lift is and you are expected to know how to do the lift. At CFU you are shown the mechanics of every movement and scaling according to your skill level. At CFU it doesnt feel like s normal gym. It feels like family. Working out with family doesnt even feel like youre working out at all!!! Im so grateful that I not only found a positive community to workout with but I found a family!!!
