I explained the damage to my sprinter van in clear detail and worked out a plan with the technician on how they could paint the panels about bringing my oversized sprinter into the paint booth and once I got there they said they couldn’t do it. Wasted a huge amount of my time and energy. They probably good at their job just not great at communication.

Juan worked with me directly from the very start, and Claudia worked with me regarding the paperwork. Both were very professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly. My hood was stuck and would not open. I took my car to two different mechanics and even autozone and all locations told me they couldn’t open the hood. I took my car to fix auto and Juan and Chris took it to the back literally 25 min later came to inform me they were able to open it. Very helpful didn’t take long at all! Love this place! The staff here is super friendly. They keep you in the loop on whats going on with your vehicle while its there. I was promised my car on Friday and they couldnt deliver so they put me in a rental car for the whole weekend. I would absolutely recommend you taking your vehicle to this place!

I walked lady at the front was very friendly she helped me with the paperwork. After I finished the paperwork Juan came out to my car to see if it was possible to install my emblem on my car he was able to do it super quick I recommend if you need anything done by a body shop give them a chance first.

I got into a little fender bender, so I brought my vehicle to Fix Auto Temecula. I dropped my car off on Friday and had it back the following Thursday. They did Excellent work and Nadine made sure to keep in frequent contact with me to give me updates. They washed and detailed my vehicle before returning it to me. Overall everything was a great experience and it looks like nothing happened to my car.

But, Juan unded up getting all my repairs done with factory parts and several hundred dollars lower than quoted. Work on my car was completed in just a few days. All of the staff was amazing. Went there to clean out my vehicle that was totaled out by insurance and Tatiana was wonderful to work with. I came in the rental with my two babies (2 week old and 16 month old EEK). Both of them were sleeping and I couldn’t really get out of the car. She drove up the vehicle right next door to me and let me release verbally over the phone. Fix Auto was absolutely phenomenal service. I brought my vehicle there right before the holidays and they worked tirelessly through the days to ensure I had my vehicle before the new year. I brought it in for a rear quarter panel replacement, including paint etc. I received my vehicle back and it looked brand new. They also fully detailed my car, inside and out including cleaning and polishing the wheels. Nadine set up a text messaging service which she updated me on the progress of my vehicle on an as needed basis and would answer any of my questions through that! 10/10 would go again, and would definitely recommend their service to anyone in the Temecula/Murrieta area.

Fix Auto is a wonderful place and they did an amazing job on my car. All I did was start the claim and they handled everything else, all of my insurance information and fought for the replacement of parts that the insurance wanted to just patch. Ok, some background info. on me is I spent just over a year after crashing into a ditch driving around without half my front bumper. I see you all too with missing bumpers and I just wanted to say don’t be afraid to get an estimate! I shopped around and honestly this one was the best price. From beginning to end the customer service was stellar, you can tell they are about business and won’t lie to you about what you need. I paid out of my own pocket and it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other places!!! Seriously, I couldn’t recommend this place more and the work speaks for itself. I’m back to driving around with a good-looking car and I owe the work to these guys! :)

I believe this is a second post on their service. Because I had to have them do rework.Didn’t prep the new bumper before painting, and the rough edges of the molding process were sticking out.The paint was beautiful, the fisheyes/nibs were less than others.The problems were fixed/redone.The work was delayed twice, so I was out of town when my in-laws had to pickup the vehicle.The USAA rep adjusted the price for my troubles.

Fix Auto went above and beyond in their repairs of a relatively minor accident to our Prius C. The actual damage done in the accident is completely repaired and invisible. What surprised and pleased me is that they also touched up some minor paint chips and scrapes elsewhere on the body, totally unrelated to the accident, at no extra charge. Also they COMPLETELY detailed the car before returning it to us. I havent seen the cargo deck so clean since we left the dealers lot 6 years ago!Id recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately my 2016 vehicle was rear ended while stopped at a traffic light in Temecula. The good news is that there were no injuries. I called my local Mazda dealer and found out they have been taking their cars to Temecula Autobody for many years, and highly recommended the shop. I took my car to the shop on a Monday morning. A new bumper was ordered, painted and polished, and the car was ready for pickup in three days. Very fast, and a great job, looks like brand new. Lots of praise to Orlando, who was my point of contact from start to finish, and to Greg, the manager of the business. I would recommend Temecula Autobody without any reservations.

Had the best service here! Having to get your car fixed after someone hits you is stressful but Temecula Auto body made it less stressful for me. I took it in on a Tuesday hoping to get it back by Friday. I have a disabled son and rely on my van to transport him and his wheelchair. They made no promises but said they would do there best.They sent me pictures via text as they worked on it. That was awesome! They also had my van done by Friday at 12:00 pm!!Couldnt have asked for a better job or experience. I would recommend this place to anyone needing bodywork.
