Never again. Matt is overwhelmed and obviously has some shady people working for him. They couldnt install a transmission pan gasket without messing up the fit and it leaked badly. Not wanting to have my car sit outside next to a metal recycling center for another week while the parts were orderer, the gasket was wrecked due the improper fitment. I ordered a new gasket, fluid and special pump and did it my self. NO LEAKS! Hard to see but they also neglected to even clean the pan magnets that help to keep metal particles from doing damage.

Matt is Great, Back up his work, got down the to problem and fixed car at a very fair price. Funny thing is about another review needed O2 Sensors, I also got O2 sensor issue and Matt fixed it in 45 minutes. I like his shop and have found that he is very honest and fair dealing with me. A friend of mine recommended me to this place a few years ago and Im glad he did. Since then Ive been going to them for any mechanic work. Theyre honest about what work you need done in your car.Not like the other mechanic shops charging an arm and a leg for work that you dont even need.Automotive solutions prices is always reasonable.Today I had a stripped bolt on my brake calipers that I cant unbolt. I tried taking it off but that thing is not budging. I called automotive solutions and Samantha told me to bring it in and have Matt look at it. I showed up,in less than an hour Matt got the bolt off and my problem was SOLVED and he didnt charge me anything for it. This place is awesome and i will always recommend them to my family and friends.

Took my new Porsche to automotive solution for an oil change and I was very surprised with a service I got from them it was the cheapest place in the area to do an oil change for my new Porsche and matt was very helpful and known of the vehicle. Thank you guys.

They post their own fake reviews. They are a scam shop. Literally told me pepper would be the solution to my cooling problem. They threaten to come to my home when I posted an honest review about how they scammed me.. they also threaten their other customers. We have voice recordings.

They quoted me $70 to fix my timing and then they couldnt get a bolt off so they said they will just charge $85 for the time they put into it which makes no sense why they will charge me more for not doing the work then to actually fix it. And they said they dont want to touch it in case they break the bolt off. So we were gonna go get the car towed back to our house but now I guess they fixed it without our knowledge and now theyre trying to charge us over $300 and we told them we cant afford that and they said we have to pay or we cant get the car back.

Fixed a huge problem I had at higher speeds with ease. Only had it in for a few hours and I was very pleased with there services.

He never called back when I called and never answered the phone! Most HONEST and Reliable that Ive found. I trust Matt and his techs more then any other mechanic or dealership that Ive dealt with in the last 25 years. I was very skeptical the fist time I ever took one of my vehicles in, because of hard lessons learned from bad mechanics over the years. I knew right away after getting a clear diagnosis of what I thought was definitely needed repairs, that Automotive Solutions was the only place I would ever take my truck, and my wifes and daughters cars.

Automotive solutions Stole $1500 from me. I asked the shop to fix my power steering. They gave me options, and failed to repair the car based on the option I chose. After the car had come back 3 times with major power steering leaks and issues after the initial repair, they cussed me out and told me that Im an idiot if I work hard for my money. When I asked for a refund, they claimed they live for going to court. My car has been back into the shop 3 times, and has sat there for a total of 8 weeks in the past few months. Each time they attempt to fix it under warranty, the car comes back home in a plume of smoke, or with other issues. They also refused to do an alignment on the vehicle, which could have caused my wife to crash according to Ramona Tire which performed the alignment after the initial repair. They ended up replacing a rack & pinion on my vehicle, and left my blown out power steering pump on the vehicle which caused the new rack & pinion to fail. This is not what I agreed to. The agreement was that they will put a new power steering pump on the system along with the new rack and any other parts needed to fix the power steering, but did not do so. This has cost us a tremendous amount of money, all for nothing. We have used up all 4 of our AAA tows to get the car back and forth. My wife has broken down 3 times on the side of the road as well.I cannot stress enough, do not do business with these people. If anything goes wrong, you have just lost all of your money.After deep consideration. I have chosen to go public about this serious issue with a repair shop named Automotive Solutions located at 26871 Hobie Circle, Unit A7, Murrieta, CA 92562.They told me I am an idiot if I work hard for my money in response to my statement that $1500 is not a drop in the bucket and I am not ok with the fact they were unable to fix my vehicle as promised, because I do in fact work hard for my money.The cars original power steering went out. I asked them to do whatever necessary to fix it right. They gave me two options and I took their recommendation.They admitted to me over the phone that they left my original power steering pump on the vehicle which pumped metal shards into the new rack & pinion which is continuing to circulate, causing the new power steering pumps to fail over and over again, (but they dont care). After the third warranty repair It also came back home in a plume of smoke and the pulley they replaced on the power steering pump is wobbling badlyThey are claiming that I refused to pay up for OEM parts, and its my fault the car is still experiencing power steering problems because I was being cheap. I was advised by them that they have great luck with a particular brand and that I should allow them to fix the vehicle using the parts they recommend. I would have gladly paid for OEM parts if thats what I was advised to do.The cars power steering pumps keep going out and it has been through several (5) under their warranty.If you are looking for a repair shop, stay far far away from this one. I appreciate those who have honest advice for me. I trusted them, and its my understanding they have an obligation to provide a warranty and agreed to do so. They have not. Each time the vehicle goes back to the shop which has been 3 times in the past 8 weeks, it comes home with new problems.Again, they refuse to refund me, they dont know how to fix the vehicle, and claim that Im trying to scam them. .

So many add ons and my car was still not fixed properly. The day I brought my car home from auto solutions it wouldnt even start! Then they tell me its another problem.One add on on top of another. I thought I was paying them all kinds of money for them to fix my car problems not continuously add new ones. I will never take my car here again, Waste of time and money!!!

This was the worst experience I ever had in 50 years of owning a vehicle.they did not do the work that they charged me for I took it to the two other places and had it checked out and theyd never change the parts they were the original parts from when I bought the car new.and they promised the car is going to be ready and its not and then its over the weekend and you cant get your car and then they park it in a tow-away zone and people were coming in and out of there with their cars being towed it was just an unbelievably horrible experience.
