WOW!! I am beyond pleased with the customer service I received when I took my wifes car in for ac repair. Everyone there is extremely friendly and down to earth. Somehow when they check the ac it was working fine. They still did a pressure check and nothing appeared to be wrong. When I went to pay they wouldnt accept payment. Honesty goes a long way!! I highly recommend P&T Auto.

P&T is the best! I had my motor replaced here and was extremely happy with the level of service & expertise. My car died on a Friday & I was able to get it towed into their shop the next day after I called to see if they could take a look at it. After I brought my car in they were able to quickly diagnose the problem & explained what route they were going to take to fix it. Also, the quote they gave me made for parts & labor made me so happy & relieved. Once they were done with the work my car worked perfectly & they did the work in such a quick/efficient manner! Wouldnt take my car anywhere else :)

I was shopping around for the best price for an oil change for my Lexus LS430. Every other shop in the area quoted me $75-$100, which is a little extreme. P & T got me in and out quick for $35. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them over the other shops in Murrieta.

I was reffered to P&T for a ac problem with my 93 Cadillac Deville.This family business with Paul and his sons and Trish, as the only non family member, was fantastic.My mechanic James, one of the sons and Trish got me on schedule to replace my compresser (ouch). It was a stressful moment not knowing who to trust for a honest mechanic.An ac troubleshoot is very complicated and only went there because my friend reffered me. Not only were they experts on ac troubleshoot/repair, they were honest and upfront with my cost.Now my classic 93 Devilles ac is like new.I highly recommend this friendly, honest family businesses.Go see Paul.

So glad I broke down in Murrieta and found my way to P & T!So it all started on a drive down to SD from LV. My car was acting up and giving me a bunch of electrical issues and I decided to take it to a mechanic in SD. At the mechanic they cleared all the codes and we decided to switch out my power steering pump since its been leaking for a loooong time and figured maybe that would make the car happy. The mechanic couldn’t find any other issues for the codes so we decided to fix the pump and see what codes would pop up after if any.I drove my car around SD for two days to make sure it was drivable and had no issues. Come Monday i leave SD early for LV and had no issues till i hit Murrieta. As i was driving my power steering gave out COMPLETELY! The first thing i did was maneuver off the highway, mind you i was in the fast lane! As soon as i exited the highway i got on yelp and found P & T Auto.When i got to P & T auto i asked Paul if he could diagnose my car too see if any codes came up.... I THOUGHT it was an electrical issue. Was i ever wrong! Paul popped the hood and the drive belt was dislodged, the pulley was loose and the bolt holding the pulley in place was missing! The mechanic in SD didn’t tighten the bolt completely so it FELL OFF!While i was in shock Paul immediately jumped on the phone and started looking for parts and even gave me the part numbers so that I could try to find them. In addition he was really helpful in coming up with different plans of actual to fix this situation. While we were doing this i called the shop in SD who forgot to tighten the bold and cause all this. The owner of that shop found the parts and contacted P & T directly to fix my car. The SD mechanic drove up to P & T with all the parts and Paul had his mechanics immediately fix my car.As i was waiting for all this mess to get straightened out Paul made sure i was comfortable. He gave me recommendations for a few restaurants in the area and even offered to drive me to the mall or movies to kill the time. I opted for drink at a local Mexican restaurant then came back and relaxed in his waiting room and watched some tv.Words cannot express how grateful i am to Paul and his staff. They’re attitude about my situation eased my concerns and stress. It’s nice to know that there are people in the world that still care and step up to help others. Sad that i don’t live near Murrieta or else P & T would be my go to shop.
