I had a water leak under my kitchen sink. We Care was prompt and thorough. The response time was much faster than I thought and Logan arrived shortly after I called. He was considerate ( shoe covers and mask) polite and very professional. He located my problem and thankfully it was not major! I will use We Care for any future plumbing, heating or air conditioner needs I have in the future. It’s such a relief to find a company that I feel I can trust!Thank you We Care!

This is an updated review after the service on 8/28/21.   I am satisfied with the service provided by We Care after this visit.My dissepiment comes from a communication error that a thorough maintenance check was not scheduled, which was what I expected previously. The Sr. Tech explained the differences between the two types of job when they come out, and mine was scheduled as a quick fix instead of a “maintenance check”.The Sr. Tech told me the office will contact me for a maintenance check but still quickly check the indoor and outdoor units to make sure there’s no water leak.  He also noticed my gas vault is old and suggested a replacement.  He said they put pictures on file, and there’s no charge for this check.  I am looking forward to the maintenance check in fall.Changing rating from 3 to 5. We Care act quickly once I expressed my concerns. I am satisfied with their service.Original post:I let my guard down because this is referred by Costco and good reviews on Google. Their sales or customer service team do contact me very quickly, and later assist me when the tech didnt do the job right. However, the tech spent very little time to inspect the AC unit, didnt bring any towers for clean up (said its in the truck), pick up the trash but work area isnt clean, so I ended up doing the cleaning. He didnt even test the water pump before leaving, so the water was over my wooden floor about two hours later. When I called him back, he simply told me to contact the office to set up an appointment for him to come back. The good thing is the office lady was very nice and tried to help and eventually the tech comes back to fix the water problem.

The three man crew lead by Raymond were on time, clean, professional andHustled to get the total job completed.Extremely customer oriented answering all questions patiently and throughly!During the removal of old ducts and install of new ducts they kept everything covered and clean. Really I was so impressed by the quality of workmanship and highest standard of customer service including Ed who came out to help me decided best system for my needs. The staff handling the phone were super friendly, attentive and quickly answered my questions!!👏👏👏👏👏👌

We used to love this company until we signed up for the maintenance plan where they automatically deduct their service fee every month from our account. I guess since they are already getting paid essentially, they dont care about the service they provide. Have had issue after issue since signing up for this. You are put on the back burner with this service. They have repeatedly canceled their appointments and had to reschedule. Every time they say, We are sorry, this is our busy season. Very frustrating, especially since their time frame is an ALL DAY time frame. So basically you waste your entire day for a no show. For our appointment today I requested if they could at least be out sometime in the am, since my son has sports in the afternoon. The scheduler said no problem. Even confirmed our AM request when they called to confirm our appointment the day before. After sitting here waiting for someone to show up all morning, I called their office and they said they dont have anyone available. I let her know that I requested am multiple times, still, no one available. So here we go again having to reschedule. So glad we wasted our morning waiting around again. Will be canceling our membership after the can find a time that they can show up for what they were already paid for.

Dewey was great. He installed our refrigerator water dispenser, he needed to go get a part, He did, installed part and all with a smile. Dewey was professional and really knew his stuff. He let me know that a few things I was worried about were okay. That was good and I felt like I was important to him. I highly recommend him and will ask for him if I need a plumber again.

Made an appointment for 2pm to have my AC repaired. 3pm came around and nobody showed up. I called to confirm and was informed that my appointment had been pushed to after 4pm. 6pm comes around and nobody showed. I called again and was told my appointment had now been pushed to later in the evening 7-8pm.Waited all night. I woke up today to a text message sent at 11:38pm saying my technician is 40min out and on it’s way…….. Unacceptable!!! I took half of a day off from work to be home!Very unprofessional.

Our techs, Art Bell and Jorge Fernandez were EXCELLENT in every way. Friendly, courteous, great communications, & professional.We live in a second story condo on a hill. We’ve had a lot of trouble finding a company with a ladder tall enough to do the maintenance for our A/C. Also, the ground is not level anywhere on the property, so it is definitely a difficult task. Several other companies we asked for service came out, looked at the circumstances, and would then refuse to do the job. But, Art and Jorge made it happen for us. I’m so grateful.Quality pictures and explanation of what is damaged and in need of repair. We will continue to use We Care and could not be happier. Thank you Gentlemen!

We Care definitely lives up to their name. I purchased a complete system from Costco, and We Care installed it in 1 day. Technicians Salvador and Oscar costom fitted our new system and it is working perfectly...their expertise and patience was amazing. The install took most of the day, but it was done right. I was initially somewhat apprehensive with such a large purchase, but I am very confident now with We Care and their fine staff...thank you for a job well done!

We made an appointment through Costco for a quote on a new AC unit and furnace. We had other quotes already, but we know Costco works with top quality vendors, so we wanted to see what they had to offer. A wonderful We Care representative named Brian arrived and we were so impressed with everything about him and the company. He was friendly, patient, professional, informative and honest. It was probably the best sales experience weve ever had. We werent expecting to make a decision right away but we did. We Care had the best to offer. The very next day, Ray and Jesse showed up at exactly 8am and they were an amazing team. They were pleasant and their quality of work was excellent! The Lennox brand they installed looks fabulous and runs quietly. Thank you for everything!

We Care is such a spectacular company! Customer service is truly a priority with this company! I was so impressed with We Care from the beginning when I spoke with a gentlemen We Care representative at Costco about the services We Care performs daily.When I called We Care, Connie was so kind and answered all my questions and scheduled a Saturday appointment for my AC unit to be inspected. Mike pleasantly surprised me with a call on Friday to inspect my system. Art worked for HOURS and went above and beyond to find out why the newly installed fan motor wasnt working. Art has such a joyous and bubbly personality! It was such a joy to hear him singing while he was working so hard to discover the AC problem. He was very honest with us about what was causing our AC unit to not work. Art honestly discussed with us the pros and cons of just buying a whole new unit. Mike was very responsive and came over that afternoon to discuss the different units. He was so honest and communicated detail by detail each unit. He waited very patiently while we made our decision. Mike is a superb supervisor. He communicated with Art and the whole installation team throughout the whole process to make sure it was a seamless process. We were previously scheduled for a July 28th installation. We were so pleasantly surprised on July 15th to get a call from Michelle who wanted to know if we could have our system installed that afternoon.The installation team was suburb! Jose G, Chris B, and AlbertI appreciate and am so grateful for this team so much. They had already completed an installation for someone else and it ended early.So they took on our job!All three employees did an amazing job! They work as a team like married partners so wonderfully together. Each of them knew what each other needed and was thinking before the other ones could say or do things. Each one knew their part and were experts at what needed to be done to bring the project together. The main leader did a spectacular job keeping the project going until it was finished. These men are very strong and hard working! They worked together to haul everything in and out of the house and complete every task until the job was complete. Each one was happy and very professional. Even though the leader had such a busy day he spent time showing us and communicating directions for our thermostat and unit and answering our questions. He was a good listener and very patient! We Care is definitely the company I will go to for all my plumbing, air and heat needs!

Great customer service, theyre very helpful and responsive. The company sends text messages to let you know who is coming to your house with a picture and name of the technician. The plumber (Gumaro de Santiago) was very respectful and professional, and he took his time to do the job right and explain to me my options. I would gladly recommend this company if you ever need a plumbing job in your house.

Our unit that was installed May 2018 was a headache since day one . Three years later we have paid thousands of dollars in repairs . Our system went out a week ago , turns out we have a defective unit and it will take 2-3 months for us to get a new compressor. We have been in our home without AC and under 104 degrees for the past 3 days. Please stay away from this company and invest your money elsewhere.

This company did nothing right. They installed the condensate drain incorrectly causing it to back up and shut the AC of on default. The filter needed to be changed so I looked the unit up bought a filter that matched what was replaced, they came out claimed it was the wrong filter sold another filter for $95, just had a local AC company out asked who changed the filter, it was We Care AC, yeah well they installed the wrong filter that is why the door doesn’t shut properly. They don’t itemize repairs just give you a lump sum invoice. Took them months to get a bad sensor, which they installed incorrectly. Horrible every step of the way, complete rubbish. I work commercial construction, believe when I say use the next door neighbor that knows nothing about HVAC systems before calling this company, you’ll come out ahead.

They are always extremely professional and call a few times before your actual appointment to confirm times. They do offer additional services but dont pressure you to purchase them and I consider what they offer as informative. They do a good job in a timely manner and the techs are always very polite and wear appropriate protective gear. They are also very respectful of your home. WE CARE service senior technician Darrell Henry thoroughly checked over my AC conditioner unit and gave me pricing and explanation of why a new unit is necessary to purchase. Thank God that my really old unit did not completely stop which could’ve been more nerve-racking in an emergency situation. The noise and the electrical lighting in the house flickering were signs of my air-conditioning unit failing. Darrell was able to give me the best pricing with affordable monthly payments. Called to set up an appointment for AC maintenance. Got an appointment of 6/2. Called that day to get an estimate of when someone would be there. I was given a rough estimate of after 2:30. They NEVER showed up. I was at home all day waiting for someone who just didnt have the decency to call to say they werent going to come .

Not only did they work hard but they worked long hours until everything was completed. I have a membership due to their quality of work, great customer service, and professionalism. To be honest the pricing is a little high; but worth the piece of mind. As a first time homeowner, I have had tons of questions and concerns, especially with a 1989 home. The techs have always been friendly, responsive, and very honest. We care really made it a priority to come out and see us ASAP because our heater completely broke. They also worked with us to find an option for heat that worked with our home, and really helped us figure out financing that would work for us (since this was not something we were expecting to be purchasing any time soon!). On top of that they put a rush order in to get everything installed since temperatures have been about freezing at night. I really feel like they cared that we got the best setup for our home and situation!

We found We Care through Costco because we were looking to find pricing to install an Air Conditioning unit (and replace the heating system) at our townhouse we just purchased. We made the appointment at a Costco location, but no one showed up at the agreed time. As you can imagine, we were peeved.But, I have brand loyalty to Costco so I assumed that something went wrong because I believe the companies that Costco works with would have a similar customer service moral.I reached out to We Care to address the miss communication (rather lack of) and I was embraced by an apologetic customer service manager, Rachel. She sent me a very well-spoken voicemail and e-mail. She reassured me that it would be handled internally and asked if we would give them a second chance. We Care was very accommodating on the time to make a new appointment and we were connected to Brian. Brian came earlier than the agreed time but he efficiently used his time before we arrived to the property, with our permission of course. He started to do the measurements for the roof installation (of the town house) and observed other neighboring houses to see what they currently have installed. When we arrived he greeted us with smiles and warm welcome. We appreciated his advice and wisdom he shared about how an installation would go. As new home buyers, we are new to this. We already checked a few prices from other places so we didn’t want to feel ripped off. But Brian gave us a reassurance and with Costco membership, was able to bring us to the best rate we gathered from before. We signed the contract immediately and we felt confident, good about our purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would urge you to avoid We care Plumbing, Heating & air Inc. I write this as they have had terrible service in all respects: 1) they have done worse than terrible in the ability to install a working AC. 2) they are terrible in finding the problem. 3) they are terrible in the management department on returning phone calls. 4) they are good at telling you “we will have a supervisor call you back”… but don’t expect it. “We care” in their company name is NOT what I received!I have now had my “new AC” in coastal So Cal for nearly 2 years and I bet it has worked for less than four months. For the same problem I get different service techs. Some say the problem is one thing and the next person something different with a huge extra cost. Basically, it took a second company I hired and me seeing their Infra-Red detection of leaks when We Care wanted to charge me an extra $2600 saying the leak was hidden in the wall. I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I wanted to like this service because the lady who answers the phone was exceptionally nice and the technician was very mindful of cleanliness in my home. My problem has to do with the repair estimate. I was told that my furnace blower motor was bad and that it would be $1300 to replace. The technician had informed me that per his testing of the motor that it had poor resistance across the terminals. I had asked if he checked the run capacitor and he said it was not necessary since the motor was bad. I asked for lead time and he said it would about a week for parts order then the repair could be completed. With that, I asked for the quote in writing but it was not given one instead I was only offered a quick view of his tablet screen. I would later check the motor myself and found all resistance values normal. I also measure the capscitance on the run capacitor confirmed it as failed. The new part was $8 off Amazon and the system is back up and running for the last few days. This office was highly rated on the Lennox website, I specifically chose them over the office in Orange, CA which is closer to my home. In summary I would recommend avoiding this vendor.

This is the 5th time using there services, we are very happy with there service, we found that we had a 2nd leak on a Sunday the 14th of March and found ourselves having to call for service, customer service was friendly and helpful, they called us to let us know when the technician would arrive and when Melvin arrived on time it was appreciated. He wore booties as asked and found the issue, explained flawlessly what our options were, the pros and cons and no pressure sales, we came up with a game plan, he performed a temporary repair so that we would have water use, called us the next day to let us know when he and his team would be back to complete the total repipe. They protected everything completely and work timely and repaired everything to its original state. We will definitely use and recommend them. Our dog chewed the foam insulation off part of our AC lines that go between the house and condenser unit, exposing the refrigerant lines and some wires. $45 and they came out, visually checked the AC wires, and told me to go buy new foam insulation. So, basically they looked, turned the unit on, and told me to buy new foam to fix it myself.11/4 2:30pm - Reply to We Care.1. Your tech didnt say that the issue was cosmetic. Only that he didnt have the insulation required to repair the damage. That is totally different then it be a cosmetic repair!2. Exposed wires outside the home that are visible and exposed to the environment to a $20,000+ piece of equipment is something that should be fixed by a repair service tech.11/4 3:00pm - Update with We Care.I spoke with Albert from We Care and hes going to fix my issue. Tech came out quickly after my call and called to update time of arrival. Anthony was detail oriented to make sure he found the source(s) of my gas leak. He had to take off a few different times to get materials but one was to buy his own compressor to make sure the job could get done while he was there. He gave advice on some other issues/ future projects I might need and was off. Will use again.

Contacted We Care for quote on new AC/Heating system. Scheduled an appointment with ease. Ryan Showed up on time and ready to go. He conducted his inspection and sat down with us to explain our options. We chose the system we wanted and scheduled the install which was for the next day. The installers showed up on time and began their work. The finished product was installed in about 5 1/2 hrs. The installers were professional. They cleaned up, showed us how to program the thermostat and went on their way. From start to finish, We Care was the best. Even the girls in the office with whom I talked with we very professional. I would definitely recommend We Care if you need a new Ac/Heating system. 100% professional and very friendly in every aspect. Thank you We Care.

Called to verify appointment a day before. Called again the day of to confirm and give a time frame of when he would arrive. Arrived exactly in that time frame and came in professional from the start. Wore a mask, and covered shoes with show cover when entering into the home. He worked on cleaning out the system checked for any issues and made the proper repairs. Gave recommendations at the end of the maintenance and left the work areas clean. Very happy with the performance and professionalism I received today. Will happily call and use them again in the future.

This is a great company. Ive been part of their maintenance membership for years now. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. There are a lot of companies out there that make you feel like youre getting ripped off but not this one.Ive had the pleasure of having Dewey assigned to our plumbing needs and he has always done a great job. We just had a new water heater and faucets installed and everything looks great. It gives me peace of mind knowing that hes assigned to the job and if we ever have any questions or concerns hes more than willing to answer them.

Worst company!!! They dont even know what kind of service they provide. I called in for water osmosis to be repaired. The first appointment got cancelled after I did follow up 3 times to check in, if the technician is on they way or not! Then I have been told that he got stuck at another job ,and can’t make it. I had to reschedule, then on the 2nd day, again after 2 times following up because it was past the appointment time, I received a call and have been informed that they do not repair water osmosis!!!!! and they guy named Omer did not even apologized for the lack of knowledge & communication of the people in the company!

I had a hard time finding someone who would come out and search for leak in our propane gas system.We care came out the same day and located the problem. By the following day they had dug down and replaced the section of gas pipe. It was where the joints all come together right were they come up under foundation of the house. Now using them for plumbing, HVAC and gas. One call for all.I checked and they do not inflate prices once you are a customer.

Today, Javier came and gave us a quote for a complete replacement of our old unit. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to educate us and didnt automatically try to up-sale us. He did advise us as to what would be our options and allowed us to make the decision. Very old furnace stopped working. Called to have a WeCare tech come out. They assessed the situation and said I had a cracked heat exchange. Showed me pictures and said it would be about $5k of parts to replace a number of things, with the exchange being $3k.I said lets have somebody out to talk about a new furnace. In the meantime I start doing research, go up and check out my unit as well as have a second opinion. Sales guy comes out and does pitch. Second opinion guy comes out and says it is strange they didnt highly recommend shutting down the system altogether as a cracked heat exchange poses possibly massive health risks to my family. I then could not find any cracks on my own and the second opinion said it would take about an hour at least to get in there and do a proper assessment for cracks. The WeCare tech was at my house for about 30 minutes total. Second opinion also said system looked fine. He couldnt find any cracks, said the starter had become unplugged (which he found comical because the bracket tends to break, it doesnt just become unplugged naturally). Within an hour the second opinion had my system working like it was brand new, said a few things just needed to be cleaned.I told the WeCare sales rep that all the allegations from their tech didnt seem to be truthful and I was not going to go with WeCare for an install. This sales guy never calls back, never emails, doesnt try once to apologize or remedy the situation. My entire experience in all honesty felt like I was being scammed, from what seemed to be phony pictures and bad assessment, to pushing a new system on me. Additionally, second opinion guy showed me a new heat exchange price that he could get it for fractions of what WeCare quoted me. Never ever will I go with WeCare, and I will always recommend everybody get a second opinion. Not only could it save you from taking unnecessary actions, but that second guy could end up fixing your system for a fraction of the cost.

I called We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air because my AC unit stopped working. I spoke to a kind lady by the name of Jennifer - she was very informative and got me scheduled for next day service. Vincent - The technician arrived on-time with a great attitude, face mask, and booties on ready to work. I had this company install a new HVAC system several years ago. Last year I called them to fix my air that was not working. The variable speed blower motor went out and was under warranty. After a week of phone calls getting no answers on when they would have the part I had it replaced (paid out of pocket) they day I called another contractor. It took them one month to get the part last time and I laughed when they called me to install it. Fast forward to this year, the compressor went out last week. They came out Wednesday and said they could have the part (still under warranty) in 2-3 days. Well its past 2-3 days and they dont even know if the supplier has the part in stock or if it has shipped. How can you not know? How can you not tell me when my AC will be fixed? How can you not even offer me an alternative to get it fixed quicker? I would think twice about having this company work on your house. Way too many layers of management and not enough people who get you answers or get things done!!!!

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year. We lucked out and got the last appointment on the following day. The We Care HVAC Technician was on time and diagnosed our issue in 10 minutes, and our air conditioner was up and running 10 mins latter. What more can a home owner ask for. The employee was very polite and very clean, he wore his mask and was very cordial. However the part that was to be repaired which was the sensor to the heater was just cleaned off and put back in. He tried it four times and it worked so he left it at that. I think it would’ve been appropriate to at least have ordered a new part to replace itAnd come back at a later date to put the new part in. He did repair it so that it could be used that night but we still have to worry about it not working at a later date
