I have been going to Ultralux off and on since they opened… the location is very convenient for me. In the service Industry it’s not uncommon to have a good experience with one service from provider in a bad experience with another service provider. That’s how I feel about ultra luxe. All of the males that I have had work on me are rough, they rush and do a terrible job…. Every time I’ve got a female I’ve been pretty pleased! A few really good ones are Fiona, Linh(Lynn), Kim,and I’ve just recently started seeing Diane! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Diane! She really takes her time, and pays attention to detail! That’s exactly what Im looking for in a nail tech! She’s so kind and accommodating, and getting an appointment with her is very simple! Im so glad I had a friend that recommended her! Also, the citrus pedicure is amazing! All photos are Diane’s work.

Ive not had to wait before being seen. Nails look great, they actually shape properly, prices are comparable to other places.

Went in for a simple eyebrow wax. After about 10 minutes of waiting up front, he sent me back to the waxing room (which is not private at all & they offer Brazilian waxing) I waited another 10-15 minutes before a lady comes in with another customer, moves me out of my chair, puts the other customer in that chair and waxed her eyebrows. Then, another employee brings yet ANOTHER customer in and sits her down, she comes over to me and starts on my eyebrows while I’m in a chair with no light, does half the job there, then moves me back to my original chair and finishes the job. My hair is put up and she somehow got wax IN MY HAIR, doesn’t even acknowledge that she does it. The wax room did not appear clean to me at all. I will definitely not be back.

I wanted to love this place but was disappointed in the pedicure I received. It was great until my toes were painted. The paint job was terrible. Not even, sloppy, and on my skin. He saw me SCRAPING paint off of my skin and didn’t offer to fix it. He knew it was my first time there so I’m not sure why he wouldn’t want to make a good impression.Update: A week later and more than half my nails are chipped and coming off. Usually my toes last so long. 😭

Quick and super friendly. But every time I get my nails done the acrylic is filed so thin that the nails break the next day/two days later. Ive had to go back and pay to have them fixed the last 2 visits. This time Im just going to count it as a $50 loss. Ill be back for only pedicures

Got the citrus treatment & it was amazing and only for $36. However, I went to get a manicure afterwards. They charged me $50 for my regular nails with no color, then charged me $30 for a basic design which only included one color & a basic swirl on every nail. Total? $122 (no tip) I had asked beforehand after showing what I wanted what the price was going to be , was told only $55 for the mani. If youre wanting to come in with a budget, expect slight changes in the pricing every time.

Gorgeous atmosphere. So relaxing. Super nice staff. Stylist Chris Stacy did amazing job with my sisters hair and the nail artists are great. Especially liked the complimentary wine and the pedicure chairs. Elegant setting with affordable prices. Definitely worth every penny.

The staff treated us horribly, clearly talked to their friends in a different language to make jokes about us. My hands and my friends hands were manhandled and it was extremely painful. I was charged 85 dollars for a french set with some bling on my nail, then was told for regular gel on my toes it was 40 dollars.All and all my nails look awful. They are not at all blended properly, and they should not be treating paying customers so poorly. If I could give this shoppe less than a star I would. Would not recommend.

Eye lash tech.. is horrible. Horrible experience. She Gave me eye infection. 4 days later went back for her to take them off she pulled nearly all my lashes out. 😒 Report to BBB.

There’s a braider there by the name of Rakeesha. She did my knotless braids before no problem but I recently tried booking with her and she caught a major attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day but it doesn’t excuse the level of unprofessionalism. She told me braiding isn’t her “real job” so I suggest going to someone else for braiding.

This place is amazing it was my first time being here and they actually acknowledged me unlike many of the other nail places out there, he was gentle and sweet. This is definitely my new nail place

At first I was very happy because Polo did my nails so fast and the acrylic was layed smooth and my nails were shaped beautifully. But he didn’t smooth them at the end. I decided to get a pedicure and the girl finished up my nails and did my pedicure. I asked for nail art but she could only do stickers. I can do that myself, especially for $5 a nail. She didn’t spend any time on my feet at all only my toenails. My heels look exactly the same. Still rough.

Kamal has been cutting my husband’s hair for years. He’s the only one that he’ll let cut his hair. We visited the salon on our anniversary and he even helped my husband surprise me on our special day. 10/10 would recommend!

Husband was dissatisfied with his cut. Was charged $35 for a mans cut because it was faded. Still didnt cut well. She acted like she disnt know scissors, just wanted to use trimmers. Husband is Mexican, hair is soft. Needed scissors. Refund was not offered!

Awesome experience! Ive been twice and have been satisfied twice! Max and Ling are meticulously wonderful at their jobs. I went for a Dip Manicure and was extremely satisfied with the service and durability of my nails. Also, the Salon is clean and brightly lit. Highly recommend this Salon.

Gave most stars for the pedicure received. The set of nails I had put on were atrocious and I will never let them do it again. A guy did it and he did not know what he was doing. My daughters have had better experiences. Watch them very carefully and dont pay for shoddy work like I did.

I’ve been only a couple of times! And both men possibly the owners did an amazing job! They got me in on Friday last minute! And the older men I didn’t catch his name did my fill-in so fast an accurately. Such amazing job he done! Had me bomb for the fourth. Time be couple weeks back had the younger male Nail Tech did my nails with such the same perfection! I was a walk-in that morning. Didn’t know I had to make an appt with this pandemic we are all facing. But the front door clearly stated walk-in lolol. All good they sit me right down. Then I was walked to the back and proceeded to get my toes done.. By another gentleman would recommend anyone who loves to be pampered make an appointment. Everyone their is so nice and kind an some funny! Lol. They offer eyebrows; and other body spa treatments and believe body wraps!! Thanks so much you guys!!

My guy is Kevin James; hes far beyond 5-Stars, but thats all I can give. Its difficult to find someone who can cut naturally curly hair, then style it smooth and with volume using a blow dryer and round brush these days; but Kevin sure can!

Very long wait.. So long that i was only able to get my toes painted and i had been there an hour and a half. It is a new business, but they treat their customers as if the customers arent detrimental to their success. I definitely will not be returning.

I got the dip powder, a pedicure and my husband got his eyebrows done. I had Diane and she was awesome!! I never try new nail salons but they did fabulous! She took her time! & the salon was very clean & new.

I’ve been to ultra lux several times and never had an issue until my last visit. I was a walk in and was seated. But then was told to get up and WAIT for another tech to get done with a client. I was highly upset. A group of white girls came in AFTER me and they were assisted without being told to wait. I was highly offended and left. That was my last time visiting ultra lux. I will not be back whatsoever. They had excellent service and reasonable prices. But with this incident I CANNOT overlook their racist behavior. Highly disappointed.

SO DIVERSE!!!! employees and services. Great place to go for events (prom, graduation, wedding party) you can get your nails and feet done ...amazing prices...and your hair!! The salon is always clean and relaxing. I cant get over this place if I could give more stars I would!! They really put alot of thought and time into this business. Called around 12:00 asked if I could come around 4:45- 5:00 it was no problem on the phone. Got there at 4:40I got there, The tech was busy with a pedicure, the manager told her I was there and I needed to go first. She refused said she didn’t have an apt. I sat an hour before being service. The nail tech was cool, but very unprofessional. Her client that was after me was sitting next to us. I felt rushed and my nails don’t really look great, if I’m paying $60-$70 o expect them to be BOMB. I was trying to find a place closer to my house but I think I’ll stick to the place further from my house because I know he will take his time and do them right.

Walked in to a great atmosphere, I was greeted immediately by Kenny. He offered me a complimentary drink while I waited on Angie to finish her client. He also conversated with me to make sure that I had some entertainment while waiting. Angie has done my nails for 8+ years. She has been the only person to do them right & make them look real, but can also do the craziest most spectacular designs. My nails & gems always stay on for 2 weeks+. She really wants to know what you want and how you want it done. There is nothing that I have asked for she hasn’t been able to do. The whole staff was very welcoming & professional. I rate this business a 5/5. If you want your nails to be perfect Angie is your gal! Thanks UltraLux, y’all are the bomb ! Will recommend to everyone!

Our overall experience was hands down the best, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. You will feel like your home here. My daughter and I both received wonderful service and beautiful new hair styles. We also both got our nails done,they were wonderful with my daughter and our nails look fantastic still days later. Their prices were as good as anyone elses around. We will definitely be going back and recommend anyone else who wants a day spa experience somewhere you can make new friends should check it out!Thanks guys!.

We had an appointment at 4 and they said we could bring kids in. When we showed up they told us to get out and would not even let us talk to them. They even shut the door in our faces. They were very rude on the phone as well. I would not recommend going here. I will never go to that place again would not take kids there!!!

Awesome experience! I was surprised to see many familiar faces when I went to this new salon today for the first time. Some of my most favorite nail artist opened their own location and I had no idea! I found this salon on Facebook so I read the recommendations, looked at the pictures, and watched their video. What caught my attention was the multiple color choices, no matter the style of nail your prefer. I keep my nails done consistently, and as a professional, I often find myself running out of color choices at other locations. I’m also extremely picky, so I know what I want and always ask questions before we begin to see what my nails need in order to satisfy the look I want. Sometimes I need a manicure with my dip, sometimes I don’t. I am more than satisfied with my nails! I’ll definitely be back! (See my Facebook recommendation for pictures.)

Beautiful new shop in a stand-alone building with plenty of parking, and comparable prices. James did a wonderful mani/pedi. This week’s special: buy one add-on with your Pedicure and receive another at no charge. I chose the sea salt scrub and the hot stone, and both were great. They have pedicure chairs for your Prince or Princess. Also a hair salon and coming soon...massage.

Great manicure, not happy with my $40.00 lashes asked for a natural short look, they were too long and too thick. I had to trim them when I got home. I dont look middle age, but they need technicians that understand not all of us want to look like we in our 30s. I love the fact its a one stop shop and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Despite the Las experience I will be bacl.

The guy that did my full-set and pedicure barely painted my left foot and my nails were uneven. I came back to get fixed and the manager messed them up more. Then the manager was cleaning while I dried my toes and said “All ya black people messy. Then to top it off my set of lashes came off the next day! Only gave two stars being nice.

My nails look like they already have a week or two of growth and I just got them done yesterday. The gentleman that started doing my nails was very side tracked and was more focused on helping other people walking in/setting up the business vs. me (I understand they are new and trying to get squared away). I was switched to someone else half way through and she didnt seem to pleased about it. When I went to pay (and this is partially on me for not checking prices first) my jaw nearly dropped when I was told it was going to be $55 for my nails. For the service and nails I received, Ive paid $25-35 at a mall (and liked my nails much better). My sister said she paid the same for an upscale nail salon in Nashville and it didnt smell (its bad there and made me sick) and she got a hand/arm massage along with her manicure. Its been a few years since I got fake nails and I was looking forward to them again and I left incredibly upset.

I went to the nail salon spent $107 dollars and tipped good thinking nails were very cute to walk out and three nails pop off within the week my feet was horrible polish chipping off no top coat,I went back they fixed only for two days later two more nails come off when I was putting my hair up in a ponytail horrible experience money lost.
