Just okay. I normally go to a different nail salon in Smyrna, but was in a pinch so I came here. I’m a little disappointed. I could have done this at home. I got the regular manicure and pedicure and it was very sloppy. I also got painfully cut on the cuticle. I won’t be returning.On a positive, everyone was very friendly! Just wish the quality would have been better for $45. Maybe they are better at gel, but a basic manicure shouldn’t look this bad. There is polish all over the sides, and while I know my nails were short to start, the shaping was subpar and again sloppy. I’m planning to fix this when I get home.

I had been here before for pedicures a couple times. This time I had a mani pedi with gel on the fingernails. The tech did a terrible job leaving my nails jagged and polish on the cuticles on some and not up to the cuticle on others. The top coat didnt cover the whole nail on a couple fingers. The polish was so ugly that I had it redone elsewhere less than a week later. Dont waste your time and money here. For me these services are an indulgence that makes me feel happy and this place ruined it.

Love Tee♡does a great job, nails stay on generally until next needed fill. Very unusual with others Ive used in past! And, she has a sweet and genuine smile and sense of humor!

The male tech was very rude. The nails came out very thick and crooked. I asked for a natural look, he basically yelled at me and said there was only one white and one clear and he basically gave me just a clear coat at the end lol. Didn’t even give me a palette of colors to look through, which is a basic thing to do at any salon, He also made two of my fingers bleed. I’m a local, and decided to try this place since it was new. But it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I still paid and tipped because I’m not a bad person. I never give reviews unless they’re positive. Although, this place was just not it!

Awesome place for Mani and Pedis. Im a man and part of being a man is doing things with your woman. This is one of them and its not a bad thing for your feet to be pampered every once in a while. Few people have perfect feet. I know I dont but I feel like I do when I leave Magical Nails

I started coming here for pedicures since I had a condition that would keep me from bending to complete the task myself. Staff is always friendly and even the regular pedicure is accompanied with a great foot and lower leg rub using quality products. I keep coming for the relaxation and the beautiful results that last a long time.

I do not get fills or gel nails, but I had a great experience at Magical Nails! I called after 6 to ask if I could come in for a manicure and pedicure and they said sure. (They close at 7:30pm) I was a little late getting there, but they still took care of me. I had a great lady that massaged my legs and hands for some time. She put three coats of nail polish on too and the total was $37, before the tip! I will definitely be back!

It has good service but no internet. When I had visited it was slow because it was very busy. So I guessed it was very popular. Not even an hour after I got them done it smeared😡😬🙄

Dont bother. Nail polishing quality is amateur at best. Rhinestones on nails fell off after 2 hours. Polish was not covering the entire nail and the pedicure was almost as bad. This was for my daughters prom and we had to have it redone.

I went with my gf for a deluxe Mani and pedicure. Lovely staff. Very accommodating! They told jokes and were amusing by our banter. Gave us multiple free beverages. Will come again!

The lady at the front right always does my nails to where they come off in a week... Kyle is good but very very slow.. i waited an hour for a full set, people who had came earlier in the day and left frol it being too ill were picked first over me . Which if you get up you lose your turn... but the owner is always eating while doing my nails. Depending on the one of day depends on your work ...

The color on their sample chart did not at all match the color on my nails. The sample was a deep red and the nail color was pink. They said an extra coat would deepen it - not! I had a job interview and had to paint over it with a darker color with regular nail polish later. Also, the technician got the polish on my skin along the side of two of my nails. Less than one week and I have a chip. My last set (done for a wedding) lasted 3 weeks without a chip (grew out so I had to take them off, but they werent chipped). Still searching for a nail spa to call my own now that I have a job and can afford to have my nails done from time to time.

Have been going to this salon for 2 years now. The quality of the nails is always good, and very reasonable of pricing.

Needed 1 nail repaired. All they had to do was match 1 to the 9 that looked great. The 1 that is new is God awful. Having no nail would look better on my hand than this.

Kat is AMAZING. I am a professional stylist myself and am often so busy doing for others, I have no time to do my own. With Kats work I can cut, shampoo, color and perm hair, perform facials, manis and pedis. I can even do Polish changes (using acetone) myself for 2 weeks without need of a touch-up.

This place is horrible!!!!!!!!! I called before driving there to verify they are open until 630pm. A lady answered the phone and said yes. I told her I was coming to get an overlay on my nails and a polish change on my toe nails. The lady said OK. I get there at 5:45pm and am told they are closed and there is no one there that can do my nails (mind you, there is a guy in back doing a pedicure, she was finishing up filing down a full set of nails on a lady and there is no one else in the salon). The open sign is still on and it is posted very clearly that they close at 630pm. Dont waste the gas in your car driving to this place. Seriously!!!!

I am VERY disappointed in Magical Nails. I went in today with my mom and she got an over lay and I got a full set. The nail techs were not talkative or friendly. I got my nails done and I come home and find that pretty much every nail on my right hand is crooked AND noticeable. I am VERY disappointed in this place.

A couple of my girlfriends and I went here to have our nails done for a wedding the other night. It was the closest location to the bride and they had been there before. NEVER again! I got a shellac/gel manacure and another girl got a full set. Her full set cracked the night we got them done and my shellac has lasted only 3 days before cracking. They didnt do ANYTHING during the manicure the lady only shapped my nails (which were already long and in good shape) then put the polish on. So basically they charged us $30 to paint my nails and it didnt even last 3 full days. Im really disapointed. I also asked her if she would atleast massage my hands and she told me no. I have gone to a few other places in town and had a ton of mani/pedis before. They should have atleast pushed my cuticles back and buffed my nails....nothing. Do not go here if you are looking for a relaxing lasting mani.

Very disappointed on the job they did on my nails. When I went to pay, it was $15 more than what I was expecting so I wont be going back.

They argued to my daughter about the shortness that she missed cut the nail and so do not come here the ladys are rude and just making all kinds of MIs takes

Asked for a price list and was given a brochure with one price only to be told that it was actually $5 more than what was listed.
