I have had nothing but terrible customer service from everyone I have talked with at UPS. IT is my fault that my packed was not delivered. I got it sent to my work and they delivered to the wrong business. I keep talking to men who do not care, do not accept any responsibility and try an blame it on me rather than trying to fix the issue

My package was scheduled for delivery on December 23 2020 by the end of the day. No problem, it’s a Christmas present. Now, customer service won’t let me speak to anyone and claims they never received my package. I have a screenshot of the details... I’m livid with the brown! They are ALWAYS terrible!

Very nice when someone is actually at the counter when I drop off. I normally have my package ready when I arrive, I would give them all five stars if they had to help me, Im sure they would do a good job! So far a hello and thank you has been the extent of my interactions!

I’ve been waiting for a new phone that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday and it wasn’t. I happened to track the package today and it showed attempted delivery at 1227pm when I looked at 1255pm but no one attempted delivery to my house. There are 4 people here and no one knock or rang a doorbell. My other family members saw a ups truck fly by the house but none ever stop. Get it together ups. Fail x 2Promised a callback by the 800 representative by a manager at this location within an hour and now we are 2 hours later and no callback...google needs a 0 star rating option.

Would give them less than a 1 Star if I could. First they deliver a box of insulin in July 2019 and leave it at the SIDE of my house. Not the front or back door. It was in the heat for days. They claim it was my fault for not having the app. They’d never left a package there before! Pharmacy and shipping wanted nothing to do with bad insulin- so a refill wasn’t an option. Think about that! 90 days of subpar insulin.Yesterday I receive a notice that I must be home between 9:15-11:15 to SIGN for a package. I TAKE OFF WORK this morning. At 9:15 the app updates and says my package will arrive between 1:15 and 5:15. So now UPS is causing me to miss an entire day’s work. I call customer service and they read me the updates from the app. No one willing to help.I will never choose UPS to ship things for me. And I will urge companies I use to do the same. Amazon- bring on the drones!

Worst shipping experience ever with UPS. Shipped some priceless family heirlooms and irreplaceable items in October. 62 pound box just dissappeared and UPS has no explanation. Their investigation was closed with no effort and no care. Customer service was well below anything I’ve ever experienced. Not damaged, Not stolen, Not any reason... Just lost the package and can’t find it. Hours of time spent on hold with no resolve. Hope no one else has to go through this. Don’t use UPS. Brown can’t do anything for me and has proven it. Proceed with caution when using UPS. Whether youre just using their basic shipping or youre a major corporation- the customer service will not be there to support you when things go wrong.

Placed an order that was shipped from Wisconsin. My order arrived 3 days early at the Murfreesboro, TN distribution center. Then the distribution center loaded it on a truck and sent it to a city an hour away. Instead of just bringing it back to Murfreesboro they then sent it to Nashville. My package finally made it back to Murfreesboro only to be left on a truck sitting in the dock. When I was finally able to reach a human being on the phone I was informed that unfortunately for me the package would not be delivered on time because it was sitting at the dock. I pointed out that at this point in time the package was already a day late and asked if I could simply go to the distribution center and retrieve my package. Again I was told unfortunately for you it is still sitting in a truck at the dock and has not been sorted so you will have to wait until at least tomorrow.Once again I stated that the package was already late and that like everyone else that has things shipped UPS I needed my package. The lady stated that there was nothing she could do. So now I am stuck waiting.....again.....for a package that is in a truck sitting at a dock 10 minutes away. I have had numerous orders that have been shipped UPS in the past year. All of my orders have arrived in Murfreesboro to accidentally be loaded onto the wrong truck and sent elsewhere. This will be the last time I use this company. FedEx or USPS is the way I will go.

I only gave one star because UPS wont let you give them what they deserve, no stars. No stars for the non delivery of medically important equipment. The driver, against shipping instructions, went to the wrong door and slapped a notice on that door. The oxygen generator my father needs wont be available until Monday or Tuesday because a driver couldnt be bothered with doing his (or her) job. Meanwhile, my 89 year old oxygen dependent father is being readied for a trip to the ER as his oxygen levels are becoming dangerously low. Three calls from 10 AM to 2 PM were dropped, transferred around and dropped again. I was told I would be called within an hour at 10AM. No return call. At 11:15AM I was told we are calling the driver, he will call you in 15 minutes. Nothing. Failure on every part by every person I spoke with and the driver as well. If it were possible to give negative starts, you would have earned them. I get it, you dont care because the shipper has already paid you.

I have problems with UPS consistently never leaving my packages on the day they are supposed to arrive. They always leave a note saying I have to sign and have it dropped the next day, or that they require a signature. It is unrealistic and extremely frustrating to be expecting a package only to be told you have to wait, or not receive it at all until you can do so in person. The worst part about this problem is it could be easily fixed...that is...it should be easily fixed with a phone call. There is no possible way to contact the local UPS carrier. All of the UPS Stores are locally owned franchises. When you attempt to call your local carrier, it directs you instead to the parent office in Arizona, regardless of your location.Now how much sense does that make? In order to conduct business locally, you must ping anything you need done at all first to Arizona.After my most recent terrible experience with UPS, I will avoid them and instead use FedEx and the US Postal Service from now on. Terrible customer service, because it doesnt exist at all.

Customer service here was amazing tonight. I missed my delivery today so I came to pick up my package tonight. It was around closing time & I know everyone was ready to be off work. I had my two kids with me. All of the workers were so polite. I gave them my slip & they found my package within minutes & even surprised my 4 year old with a UPS toy set to bring home and play with. Made his night! I was walked to my car with help carrying the huge package. Thank you guys again for being so sweet!

Absolutely unbelievable. I was greeted nicely by Dwight and then told he would go check on a package for me. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. No, Hey it may be a little while. Or Ill call you back give me your number. Nothing. No, I cant go do that for you or anything. Just basically put me on hold and then left me there with no response for 30 minutes. Absurd customer service. I love UPS, but whoever this employee is or whoever is in charge at this facility needs to train their staff to be a little kinder to customers. Putting them on hold for 30 minutes with no timetable or response is about as bad as you can get. I dont think anyone likes getting their time wasted and I just spent 30 minutes of my time to get nothing. All the service rep. had to do was just let me know that hell take a look, but that hell call me back or that its gonna be a while and call back later. Something has got to be better then what I just experienced. Pretty upsetting.

This rating could change, for now though after being notified that my package was out for delivery at 6 am I received a notice that requires my immediate attention, my address was not good, it was good and verified for delivery next day, next day I received notice my package was delivered and on the porch, it was not. Upon calling I was informed that it was delivered to the wrong address not even on the same road as mine. Called, my package was then retrieved and taken back to their facility, I was told my package would be delivered come Monday, upon my calling them I was given a different address than before and at that time I told them that I would pick up my package at their facility to not deliver it. I picked up my package on Monday and before I got home received a message that my package was delivered on Friday and signed for by me. Not even did they not deliver it to me but said I signed for it too!

Always use FedEx instead! I paid $20 to have a debit card overnighted because I absolutely had to have it ASAP! It was shipped a little before 4am on Thurs. Now granted Fri was a holiday, I didnt receive it til Monday! They said they dont consider the weekend as business days, even though they operate on those days. It sat, literally 20miles down the road from me the entire weekend (with UPS trucks running up & down the road) til it was delivered on Mon.! If I hadnt paid for overnight, it wouldnt be a big deal. That was just ridiculous!

Watched the UPS truck drive by our neighbor more than one time in the last two days, and my package has been rescheduled 3-times. I keep getting a notice that my package is out for delivery in the morning at 8:00 AM, and by the end of the day they keep rescheduling it. I called the customer service, and what a professional response I got, their response was Im not sure why. Now I decided to to go and pick it up by myself from the UPS center.

Customer service nonexistent. Had a next day air pkg shipped to work on 6/6/18. Ups made one attempt on 6/7/18 and left a notice on door. We signed it so pkg could be left. UPS hasnt even made another attempt to deliver either on Friday 6/8/18; or Monday 6/11/18. Called in morning and afternoon on the 11th and was promised a call back from local office within an hour on both occasions. Still waiting on that call a day later. Tracking shows that no attempts to deliver have been made. Extremely disappointed in the service.

This is the worst delivery place. Twice they have not delivered my package because the driver didnt want to. They claim that the address is wrong but once it finally comes after a weak of calling and e-mailing all of the address labels are correct.

Wish I could give less than 1 Star. They need more drivers so that my packages don’t come at 8pm. FedEx always gets here before 12. And they held a package at a murfreesboro location over the weekend and wouldn’t let me pick it up because it had to be delivered on Monday. They make planning on doing car work really frustrating.

Showed up before noon on a Friday that I had taken off of work to deliver a pre-paid package that I’ve got to return for warranty work (and the local UPS store won’t take). The customer service door is closed and there is a sign that says “sorry, closed on Thursday and Friday”. Is it really that difficult to get one person that I can hand my package to?

This UPS store has some of the worst drivers possible. Over half of the packages that I order get delivered to the wrong address or days late. My house is not hard to find or out in the middle of the country. My house is in the middle of town. My address is plainly marked on my mailbox and it can be seen from the start of the road. Its ridiculous that they can not get it right. UPS response was contact the seller and talk to them. Good thing Amazon is a much better run company than UPS. UPS overall isnt a bad company, just this delivery customer center. If you want something delivered in the Middle Tennessee area go FedEx or USPS. Avoid UPS here.

Box did not come on Friday for a 2 day signed delivery, rescheduled for Monday. It is now 7 pm. Watched the UPS truck drive by our house twice today, no package. I am now certain that our box in in the back of someones car and stolen by a UPS driver.
