Be careful taking your products here when returning them to eBay. I returned a paint sprayer to this location and EBay never received it. Now I’m at a total loss for the product.I spoke with an employee who gave me the shipping label number but, the number shows it never left this store. I tried to calling the manager and they never answered the phone after being on hold for 14 minutes so I just hung up and decided to write this review instead.I have returned several items to eBay over the years and I never had this happen to me.

I ordered a custom 36x48 poster board for a conference. The order became delayed and was not scheduled to arrive in time. Employees at the Murfreesboro location went out of their way to make sure I had a same-day print of the poster and had several suggestion for ways to quickly mount it to a foam board. Excellent customer service!

I like Office Depot but this was a horrible experience. I placed my order online and received notice that it was ready for pickup. When I stopped by to pick it up, the order was incomplete. The manager went to go look for the other items but he stopped along the way to help other people!!?? When he came back, he had a package that had been ripped open, and he was counting the sheets and offered me a discount. The cashier said that 3 of my items were not available and I was not charged for it. I said according to my bank the full cost was pending. I showed him. I asked him to check the 3 items in my bag because they do not total $66. He argued with me but checked the price--he was surprised that the amounts only totaled $43. I told him to refund the difference. He said he couldnt and neither could the manager. So I told them to cancel the whole thing. They claimed they couldnt do that. I walked out without anything and called my bank. Ridiculous!!

Horrible Attention and customer service, first store in all the country that doesn’t return just because I bought in another branch. Thank you Office Depot!

Leeta has been the most helpful & friendly person I could have imagined! She greeted me kindly even though she was busy. Then she made suggestions on how to get the results I needed and printed me some samples. After fixing my errors, she printed both jobs for me & finished them much sooner than expected! I highly recommend Leeta & Office Depot!

2nd update: TIME TO BBB!After 3 weeks of waiting to refund someone called me and told me refund rejected and the will start over for the 3rd time.Update: i sent email responding to Emma’s reply 4 days ago but no one contacted me!!!People in the store so friendly and helpful, but online service not good at all.I ordered 2x desks and chairs on 7/21 and suppose to be delivered on 7/31, today 8/12 and nothing yet.When i call the customer service they always say it will be delivered today and someone will call you to follow up which never happened.Now they are talking about cancelling the order, doesn’t make sense to hold the payment and keeping me waiting all that time and now they want to cancel it

If I could rate zero stars I would. I was just in there after getting a text saying my print order was ready for pickup. The woman working prints would not come help me and just stared at me from across the counter along with several other employees in the vicinity. Then when she finally decided she wanted to help me, was extremely rude and tried to tell me I don’t have an order until I pulled out my confirmation with that store’s address. Then said it wasn’t ready even though I had gotten a text saying that my order was, in fact ready. When I asked if she could expedite it since I was already there AND got a text saying it was ready I was met with absolute disrespect from her and a massive attitude.I will never use this location again.

This Office Depot is a bottom feeder of all the locations. The staff is absolutely terrible. They have 0 leadership from management. I spend a lot of money here for work, and I am going to look else where. Everything from their website to in store has been horrible. And I don’t need their management to copy and past an apology. Fix your store.

Just walked out of Office Depot and left incredibly disappointed. The staff was so rude to an older woman in line in front of me and then said “what is wrong with people” as she walked out. She was obviously confused and in need to help with whatever she was there for, but they were so impatient with her. Also, there is a sign on their front window that states “face coverings required” but two of their employees (one of which is the only cashier in the store dealing with EVERY customer who checks out) were not wearing them. In addition to what appears to be a company policy, there is a county wide mandate requiring masks.

New black lady work there her name Dale she is very rude and she doesnt know her job cannot explain anything if you ask her any questions.. before I very happy visiting this store but now with that altitude worker doesnt even want to go there

They are very rude and no noting about customer service. I bought a desk from them went home and it was missing file doors . So went back to the store and they told me its sold separately even though I specifically asked the sellsman. When I went back the manager sam told me only he can do for me is for me to take the desk apart and put everything the way it was in the box and bring it back after spending 2 hours installing it . The door in the desk also had holes and was powed and this is a 400 dollar desk . Not very happy with the customer service wont shop there anymore. From other reviews the store manager seems like they do not know what customer service is also. Maybe that explains why her associates are not professional. I think this office depot will go out of busy just like the rest because of the lack of customer service. I would say that the mamager I spoke to from the 1800 number was very professional and gave me 50% off of the peace thats missing. Thats the only thing that will keep me shopping at office depot Again.

Great experience, went for a specific thing and they didnt have it in the store but they had it on line. The postage was twice as much as what I wanted. The young man helping said they could order in store and ship to my house free. I think is name was Josh and he was great. Would recommend this store highly.

Very clean environment. Place was far from crowded with the entire staff ready and eager to help me to find exactly what I needed. They also have an excellent return policy, wherein you can bring the product back for up to 14 days, not that I needed to as my product is still working great! Brightly lit and easy to navigate with a great selection. Convenient location and not too busy. Great staff.

Getting spiral binding put on top of work book because Im left handed. Now I can write better in the book without holding my pen crooked.

Asked sales clerk for check registry she pointed to isle and disappeared another clerk pointed to same isle and walked away could not find registry help was terrible

Very poor customer service. I’ve been to this location three times last week for some prints. Each time thinking I would have a better experience the next visit. The first time a cashier had to come tell me someone would be with me shortly as the worker sat there and never acknowledged my presence one foot away. I understood he was working on something but he could have said I’ll be right with you or give me a moment. All three times I was the only customer and it’s took more than five minutes to be greeted. The workers were very young and just gave the vibe that they didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about the customers. What made me say I’ll never be back is when I heard the young lady say to her co-worker that lady was nice so I did finished her order quick. Everyone else will have to wait. Customer service is everything and they lack it greatly on the night shift in prints.

Not a good experience at all. After a long run around for weeks with the printing Dept, finally got my order in. The guy under the managers approval gave me a refund was SO rude about the whole thing. I guess it made him mad that they gave me a refund. Won’t be using them again!!!!!! He needs to learn better customer service and accept the fact that he messed up! :(

Beware of ReturnsManager rude, insane return policy that you cannot return a computer if the box is opened . Have spent thousands of dollars though the year thanks to the manager who treated my wife the way she did today, well not spend another dime and will advise my fiends in business to stay away from this place for bigger purchases. Another store is letting us do a return on 2 computers we bought at same time and factory reset them before return, put them in original packing. The only thing that was open was the flap to the box,. I suspect they didnt want to take the return because of some internal numbers would be thrown off, but really poor customer experience. Hope making me stick with a 400 dollar purchase is worth loosing my business in the future.

They have most everything I need for my business need as well as stocking all the stuff I need for back to school supplies for my two daughters. They supply lists for the local schools and prices are usually lower than their unnamed competitorThe only complaint I have is that the staff is not always the most knowledgeable about their products.

ALWAYS superior Customer Service at Office DEPOT in Murfreesboro, TN. The entire team and Management Staff are wonderful. Copy and Print is awesome, too. We buy all of the supplies we can from Office DEPOT in Murfreesboro not because of price but because of the awesome service we receive there.

Staff does not seem to know the policies on their rebate system, and it is very frustrating. They are usually friendly, but you will be approached by several of them asking if you need help. Items for the back to school deals are typically sold out within the first two days, so shop early if you dont want to be disappointed. The corporate customer service line is a joke.

Short and sweet, I would not recommend this place to anyone ever under any circumstance.

I can always find the office supplies that I need here and can be assured of biyong good quality.

Called this morning and asked for the printing department, got transferred and just sat on hold forever. Hung up and called back, explained that I had just called and was simply left on hold, the lady stated she would check to see if they were available, put me on hold and never came back. Guess what? Ill never call back!

Watch for the sales. Some great products go super cheap for a short period. Dont miss it!

So.... I went into Office Depot (off Memorial in MBoro, behind Burger King) to submit a one page fax. I only brought $1.42 in change, thinking surely this would be enough for a ONE page fax. Turns out, it costs $2.07. I had literally .64 cents left in my bank account, which left me one penny short. The cashier (who was very pleasant) called the manager to the register. Brook (the manager) proceeded to ask me, in front of other customers, if I failed to read the prices that were apparently so clearly listed. Hmmmm, no. Sorry. I had no idea that anyone would charge over $2 to fax one sheet of paper. I offered to go home and get more change to cover my transaction. She just huffed and cancelled out the remaining .65 cents, and left the cashiers station. I have never encountered such horrible customer service from a manager, and all over one cent. Brook embarrassed me in front other patrons and talked to me as if I was stupid. Over ONE PENNY. I will never go back there even though I could walk there in 5 minutes or less. Go to Kinkos for your fax/copy/scan needs. The one on Old Fort is fantastic. I shouldve just drove there instead of utilizing my neighborhood Office Depot. This store needs to re-train their managers on what customer service means.
